First of all, the host gets your phone number and contacts you constantly on WhatsApp. He was bothering me because he messaged me more than five times a day, even though my check-in date was still far away. When I arrived, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to come and give me the key.

The place was terrible. There were too many cockroaches, and the room smelled very bad, like bed bug droppings. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Very clean and quiet facility. Close to the Airport. Mohammed was such a good host. Made us comfortable. We had to check out late due to or flight time and he was very understanding. I will visit apartment again in the future. So worth the money.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Apartment bardzo fajny, duży plus za dwie toalety. W budynku jest winda. Lokalizacja okej, blisko lotniska, można iść na nogach. Ale do centrum Marrakeshu dość daleko.

Brak obudowania prysznica, przez co cała łazienka jest w wodzie ale dla mnie to nie był duży problem.

It's really easy to contact with the owner, he is always ready to help you out if you need anything.

I wish it was closer to the center but that's not a reason to complain at all.

Do not trust google maps since it does not contain an accurate map of the last road leading to the appartment. However with the pin sent to us by the owner it was very easy to allocate the appartment. Google maps will navigate okay to the right area.

Le propriétaire Mohamed très sympa ! L'emplacement ni trop près,ni trop loin du centre. Le côté village avec tous les petits commerces, boulangerie, épicerie, fruits et légumes, snacks à toute heure. La taille du logement avec son vaste salon et ses deux chambres La cuisine bien équipée Le rapport qualité prix irréprochable

The nice open feel. It has all the amenities you need to have a relaxed stay. Mohammed was truly a special host. If you are ever looking at staying in Marrakesh here is the place to be. Only a short drive (10min) to the old medina and shops. Also very close to the airport so much so that we walked to the apartment as it was only 15 min away.

Un grand merci à Mohamed pour son accueil remarquable. J’ai oublié mon portefeuille dans un taxi en arrivant tard le soir, et il a tout pris en main pour m’aider, avec gentillesse et efficacité. On sent chez lui un vrai sens du service et du cœur. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation qui se trouve dans un quartier animé mais néanmoins nous n'entendons aucun bruit.

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary appliances, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Nearby, there are plenty of small shops and a few bars offering affordable meals. The host was waiting for us with the keys, explained everything to us, and answered all our questions.

Het appartement was goed gelegen maar om terug te komen van het centrum was een groot probleem om een taxi te krijgen die daar heen reed Geen idee waarom.en uiteindelijk als je een taxi vond tussen 10 en 15 euro

Very new apartment well located and clean, owner very sympathise and helpful.

Beds aren't comfortable at all.

For 11 days of our stay,Mohamed was amazing right from the night we arrived until the day we left.He helped us in so many ways ..helped us with Moroccan currency to start the day-as we arrived midnight.informed us on possible attraction places to visit which was really helpful.The temperature was around 40 degrees but the house has air conditioning which was very helpful.Its very clean and convenient ,easy access to restaurants ,transportation ,small grocery shops and airport .Mohammed kept checking to see if we were ok or in need of any assistance .would recommend 10/10 .

Area is good and quite. Apartment is neat and clean.. small shops and small restaurants near. Peoples are good.. Host Mohammed is very helpful. Allover ok

. All over we enjoyed But make sure the bedrooms must Air conditioned, very hard to sleep in the heat especially with family. That's my friendly suggestion

Lovely appartement... very clean and Very well located and close to most of the attractions. Mohammed was so friendly ... he answered all our questions and he was there always when needed. Finally found the right place to stay while visiting Marrakesh. I highly recommend this place 5 stars.
