La ubicación era muy conveniente, cerca del metro y del BTS. Muy cerca de Lumphini Park y distintos centros comerciales. La habitación era grande y con espacio para dejar las maletas. El baño estaba bien equipado. El personal fue muy amable.

En la habitación había un ligero olor a humedad, aunque tenían máquinas deshumidificadoras. La piscina estaba un poco descuidada.

The day staff were good but the night staff were constantly on their phones playing games. Multiple days I walked in, past the desk and into the lift and he didn't even notice I was there. The wet room/shower had a lot of water building up and was slow to drain.

Хорошая гостиница недалеко от чудесного парка Люмпини. Номер был очень чистым, нам поставили отличную дополнительную кровать с хорошим матрасом для ребенка за адекватные деньги.

Из окна был вид на гнездо из проводов, но это нормально - рассчитывать на красивый вид в Бангкоке можно только в высотках. Мне не очень понравилось расположение туалета прямо рядом с зоной, где стоял холодильник и чайник. Стена в санузеле была стеклянной, поэтому сидящим в туалете было некомфортно, когда кто-то подходил налить себе чаю (не говорю уже о том, что тот, кто наливал чай, терял аппетит от того, что рядом раздавались определенные звуки и запахи). В общем, такой туалет не очень подходит тем, кто путешествует по стране с непривычной пищей, особенно с подростком...

Posizione eccellente. Personale molto professionale. Albergo nuovissimo con finiture di pregio. Aria condizionata con termostato perfettamente funzionante.

Purtroppo le finestre delle camere si affacciano tutte in un cavedio interno vetrato e non sono apribili (se non un piccolissimo finestrino). Il risultato è che per non farsi spiare in camera occorre tenere le tende tirate.

Excellente situation dans le quartier Silom, bénéficiant du calme ce qui est appréciable dans ce quartier animé. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel très sympathique.

Staff were very nice. Location was decent near Convent road. The bed, room, and space were nice.

The water cannot be turned cool, this means you will only have hot water for the bidet and showers. This cannot be changed according to the staff, which is annoying. At one point, the key card system locked out itself where my key card, my spare key card, the housekeeper key card, and the receptionist key card all didn't work properly to open my door. The receptionist had to find the manual master key and pick the lock to get my door to open again. I also had to request testing this because I don't want to be locked out before I need to checkout. All this, I was in my speedos from the pool, not the ideal situation. The pool at the rooftop may be small, but it needs regular cleaning after discovering bird poop in the pool water. Lastly, the building management system allows lighting for the hallways to activate precisely at 18.00 daily, according to the staff they cannot change this even if the building went dark during the daytime rain and low lighting activity. This means, if you stay here, you will be going through the dark hallways unless there is decent sunlight that day. This is ridiculous cost-cutting for the property owner.

4 dias sin poder regular el agua de la ducha que salia muy caliente. Casi imposible ducharse. El detalle de pagar una fianza de 1000bath por si dañaba algo en la habitacion y al no llevar ese efectivo la insistencia al dia siguiente. Antes de hacer el check out subieron a la habitacion a revisarla. Un detalle feo.

habitacion me dijeroen que me habian ugradeado, y era un cuadrado sin ventanas, con un cristal a una zona interior. no tiene desayuno ni nada, es un hotel para ir de paso, sin mas.

La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene un 7eleven muy cerca y un restaurante buenísimo a 5 minutos. El personal fue maravilloso, tuvimos un problema con el ac y nos cambiaron a otra habitación inmediatamente. La piscina es quizás lo más flojito de las instalaciones, pero de resto 10/10

Hôtel simple, mais très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. Un 7/11 est juste à côté, ainsi qu'un shopping et le MRT est à 8 minutes à pied. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée.

Location is great for transport and nightlife. Room was a nice size. Reception staff were very pleasant

Little surface or hanging space in the room. Luggage sat on the floor. The window ledge technically was a big ledge but people can see in from the hallways so the curtains stayed closed. The design of the building is strange but why they put clear glass is just stupid. Even with tbe net curtain closed someone could see in, especially at night.

Un señor de recepción me pidió 1000TBH de depósito, y en ese momento no tenía, aunque luego no volvieron a insistir.

Good location in Silom. Close to main public transportation, restaurants, shopping. Very nice staff. Clean rooms.

Our room did have a window which we reserved but it was an indoor window which gave into the hallway and the lobby in the floor underneath. Whenever someone spoke very early in the morning or late at night, it woke us up. But not all rooms are like that.

-不要订这家酒店！千万小心，客房床品卫生很糟糕，见附加图片。（还有一个枕芯有大面积的黑黄色污渍，我没有及时拍照，因为当时枕芯在工作人员手里了） -如果真的喜欢这个街区，同预算的酒店还有很多选择。 -入住当晚准备上床睡觉，发现床上用品非常不干净和破旧，工作人给出员解决方案没有站在客人的角度考虑，态度敷衍和没有同理心。 -床垫非常软，是往下塌的感受。窗户不能打开通气。 -截止到目前为止，已交给booking处理。还没有收到正面积极的解决。

Pas de petit dej mais c était précisé par contre le lit est un lit de dimension 140 donc pas possible de dormir avec notre enfant de 5 ans il à fallu prendre un lit supp a 900 bath par jour. Pas de service de laverie non plus mais il y en avait une pas loin très bien qui livrait à l hôtel pour 100 bath de plus.

La taille du lit. L enfant est hébergé gratuitement dans le descriptif mais pas vraiment… il faut absolument un autre lit donc un supplément.

Kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Toilette nur über eine Milchglasscheibe vom Zimmer getrennt. Kein Frühstück.

Great location if you like more modern and international dining. Staff were nice.

Pool area is not so good. No place to sit and the water was dirty. There were ants in my room. The WiFi stopped on my last night at the hotel. The restaurant was not open.

Oda da gardırop mevcut değil. Kıyafetleri asacak yerler kısıtlı. Oda geniş olmasına rağmen gardırop konulmamış. Yatak sabit değil. Sürekli aşağıya kayıyor. Rahat bir yatak değildi. Odada ve havlularda kadın saçı vardı. Benden önce kalan müşteriden kalmıştı sanırım. Havuzu çok temiz değildi kullanmadım

Μας αρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία και το δωμάτιο - προσεγμένο και καθαρό. Για μια νύχτα που μείναμε ήταν μια χαρα, για περισσότερες δεν θα μας άρεσε.

Δεν μας άρεσε το μπάνιο και τα ιμιδιάφανα παράθυρα καθώς και την πόρτα που δεν έκλεινε καλά, δεν υπήρχε ιδιοτηκότητα. Επίσης, δεν είχε παραθυρο να βλέπεις έξω- μόνο σε μια εσωτερική αυλή.

Perfect location, in a quiet street next to the busy area where you need to be. The public transport, metro etc in a reach of the hand. Loved the stay

De kamers hebben absoluut geen geluidsisolatie. Je hoort alles van iedereen. 's Nachts leek het alsof iedereen bij mij in de kamer lag, zo luid hoor je je buren. Ik heb de hele nacht wakker gelegen en heb om 3u30 's nachts een ander hotel geboekt. Dit was verschrikkelijk.

Some rooms (including ours) have a bad view on the concrete and construction. Some issues with the audibility between rooms.
