Отличное расположение в 100м от пляжа. Тихая зеленая, тенистая улочка. Рядом все магазинчики, ресторанчик, точки фастфуда и бесплатный автобус до " закатного города". На пляже много естественной тени в пальмовой роще. В номере все необходимое: удобная кровать , просторная душевая кабина, хороший напор воды в любое время. На первом этаже все необходимое кухонное оборудование и посуда. Нам все очень понравилось.

На входе в отель есть шланг с водой обмыть ноги после пляжа. На крыше здания можно сушить вещи после пляжа. Напротив отеля есть обменник. Кушать можно ходить вправо отеля, потом вправо. Там улочка с кафе и магазинами. Аптека через дорогу направо от отеля где круговое движение. Завтракать можно ходить в отель недалеко. Шведский стол за 150 000донгов с человека. Laputa hotel. Пляж рядом. Почти идеальное соотношение цена-качество.

Слышимость. Если будут пить алкоголь русские, или казахи. Спать вы не будете.

Не хватает места для сушки купальников) но не критично

в 10 мин. неспешной ходьбы пляж , по пути обменный пункт, ларьки где при вас делают свежевыжатые соки, смузи, уличную еду, а также магазинчики, и кафешки. Рядом остановка автобуса до Сансет Таун

Локация, цена, соотношение цена - качество. Номер простой, но все необходимое есть. Удобный туалет, нормальный размер номера, удобный матрас. Достаточно полотенец. Расположение отеля. Разрешили выезд чуть позже.

неудобно сушить белье на мини балконе. Но можно на трассе наверху. В номере сильный запах моющего средства или ароматизатора. Я так и не победила душ : мылась чуть тепловатой водой).

Прекрасный отель. Недалеко от самого прекрасного пляжа Khem. Все в шаговой доступности. Хозяин просто пушка-бомба, очень доброжелательный. Угощали бананами, напитками. Вода, кофе, чай постоянно в номере. Цена, качество.

До пляжа 5мин неспешным шагом. Потрясающий гостеприимный хозяин! Уборка номера ежедневно. Помощь в аренде мотобайка и во всём остальном! Потрясающие виды из окна. Очень рекомендую этот отель.

It was a perfect location, just 5 minutes walk of the most beautiful beach of the island. The room was cleaned everydsy, hot water available and beach towels provided. The owner can arrange cheap motorbike for rent for just 150k /day(5 eur). All in all we had a great time here

The room itself is very quiet but in the morning the clening staff talks a bit loud and might wake you up. This is something that can be improved and everyting will be perfect for an excelent stay.

Расположение очень хорошее для этой локации, тихая улочка, до пляжа 5 минут ходьбы. Есть пляжные полотенца, щетки, паста зубная, кофе, чай, вода, сахар, чайник. На телевизоре можно выбрать Русский язык и свободно смотреть весь контент. Перед входом в отель есть кран смыть песок после пляжа, к сожалению узнали об этом только в конце поездки. На первом этаже есть кухня, можно самому готовить при желании. В один из дней мы попросили персонал отеля приготовить нам креветок, как это делают во Вьетнаме на кокосе и они с любезностью нам это сделали очень вкусно. Уборка в номере производилась, белье чистое. До автобуса в Сансет Таун 100 метров, но есть перерыв днем около двух часов. Массаж, магазины, рестораны, обменный пункт, все в радиусе 100 метров. Отдельный отзыв нужно писать про хозяина и обслуживающий персонал отеля, очень отзывчивые люди, в любое время с удовольствием готовы прийти на помощь, все это располагает к спокойному отдыху. Ну а с морем как повезет, сам пляж хороший, но при неблагоприятном направлении ветра может нанести мусора. Не смотря на это пляж постоянно чистят с утра и до вечера.

Хотелось чтобы была в районе столика розетка под чайник. Не всегда стабильно работала горячая вода в душе. При этом в раковине горячая вода была всегда.

Хорошее расположение и соотношения цены и качества, владельцы готовы всегда во всем помочь и стараются с приезда сразу все рассказать, показать, очень радушно принимают, очень душевно, мы остались довольны

Близость к морю 7мин.Масса магазинов и закусочных.,массажных салонов.Все владеют программой переводчик,что облегчает общение.Номер убирали каждый день,меняли полотенца. Очень тихо вокруг,отель на второй от центра улице,где шум машин не слышен,окна выходили в сад. Очень рады,что оплата была на месте.Мы в восторге.

Мы ночевали в отеле 1 ночь. Как только заехали, все очень понравилось. Номер чистый, все в наличии. Но, сразу начали чихать и почувствовали жжение в носу. Как я понимаю, помещение и территорию обрабатывали какой то химией, возможно от насекомых. В итоге надышалась так, что пила лекарства от аллергии и пришлось обращаться к врачу. Была сильная интоксикация. С утра отключили полностью электричество, соответственно ни кондиционер ни горячей воды и тп.

Около 200 метров от моря. Шикарный вид из окон. Тихое место у пляжа в красивых новых домах. Чуткий и отзывчивый персонал и старший управляющий. Всё на высоте.

The location close to the beach. The hotel manager was so welcoming and friendly. We definitely will come back here.

The power shut from morning until about 12pm without any notice. Other than that, everything was perfect.

И если бы не он, мы бы возможно не узнали о таком красивом месте! Очень добрый и отзывчивый хозяин. Очень добрый, желаю ему очень долгих лет жизни. Рядом в 4 минутах море, в нем можно купаться вода спокойная, чистый и красивый пляж. Рядом дорогие лакшери отели, очень красиво)

Perfect stay! It was just 5 min away from the khem beach, a really really beautiful beach! Shops are nearby, also free bus to the vui streetfood bazar. Rooms were clean. U could also rent a motorbike for cheap money. The service was very nice, he helped us with everything. Even at night when we requested something he helped immediately. Thank you so much!

The staff was friendly and supportive. Khem Beach can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Also, close by, there's a free shuttle bus to sunset town.

This aspect is not really about the hotel itself, but the whole area feels a bit like a ghost town as there are many empty buildings and few people.

The location is perfect, next to the beautiful Khem beach. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel. The free shuttle bus stop is about 150 m from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and kind. She answered patiently all our questions and helped us with advices. We are very thankful and recommend this place to everyone!

Wonderful hotel located in a quiet area, 3 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach on the island. Air conditioning works great, room cleaned every day. There is also a kitchen and Wi-Fi on site. On the roof there is a place where you can dry your clothes or sit and watch the views. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, and you can also take a free shuttle bus to Sunset Town - there is a Night Market, a supermarket where you can buy all the things you need at good prices, and every day there are many attractions and fireworks show. This hotel and its area are a perfect place to relax, it was nice to rest here from the chaos that is in other parts of the island. Thank you Ha for everything - especially for great communication, help in every situation and tips on how to explore the area. It was a special time and I will definitely come back here someday.

New development, stunning beach just a couple of hundred meters away, several places with delicious food nearby. Several options to choose from for buying fresh fruits, drinks, and more. Free shuttle bus and a short ride to the entertainment district. Friendly staff, although breakfast is not included, you can order delicious and affordable food at different times of the day. We would gladly come back again.

Not that we didn’t like it, but the entire area is still under development, with a lot of vacant property. It feels unfinished, but this could change quickly.

The location was good. Close to the beach, a few shops and restaurants. If you want a quiet get away with a beautiful beach this is the place. Truong on reception was exceptional he gave us great advice, helped exchange money for us and always had a smile on his face. We hired scooters from them, definitely hire them from the hotel it was very easy and cheap too. We got to see so much more of the island. Well done to all of the staff.

Everything was lovely the only thing I would say, provide tea and coffee and decent mugs, you have a kettle in the room but if you added tea and coffee I would have given a 10.

Really nice small hotel between big resorts. It is really 2mins walk to most beautiful beach in south of island. Personal of hotel was very firendly, also they rent us motorbike.

Great little Hotel only 3 mins walk from the amazing Khem Beach. What you get for the price is fantastic. Lovely, clean, bright and comfortable rooms, with a view that overlooks what can be described as a Paris Street. Super soft and comfortable beds, great power shower and excellent Wi-Fi. You really do get a lot for your money in Vietnam. Highly recommended and I will be visiting this wonderful place again later in 2025.

The highlight of my stay was the hospitality of the hotel owner. Despite my early morning arrival, well before the official check-in time, I was warmly welcomed and even upgraded to a spacious, quiet, and scenic room. The room was equipped with all the amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, as my room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided regularly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, clean, and inviting. I truly appreciated the owner’s kindness and attention to detail, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Close to khem beach, ok for a night, friendly staff , large room . Istanbul restaurant on the seafront was very good.

Bedding didn’t look fresh, room smelt musty. The map on booking.com is wrong, google maps is correct and the hotel is just a few minutes from the sea.

The location was perfect. Just 2-3 minutes stroll down to the amazing Khem beach. I stayed in a deluxe double room, which had all the facilities in the room as described. My room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and free water bottles. I had a lovely view of trees from the window. Mr Thang and Mr Nam were wonderful hosts, making my stay here most enjoyable. They recommended places and arranged my transfer back to the airport. The hotel is located on a lovely quiet road just off the beach. If you're looking for a friendly, homely, stay close to Khem Beach, this is perfect for you.

It was hard to find the place in the 1st time. Because its not in a main street. But it's not a big problem.

It was just 5 minutes walking distance from the most beautiful beach. The room was very clean and so is the entire neighborhood called “New World”. It is calm, peaceful and you will find a few restaurants in walking distance. Value for money of this hotel is amazing. The hotel owners are very friendly, however communication in English is not possible. You will have to communicate via google translator.

The restaurants in the neighborhood are probably a bit more expensive for Vietnamese standards. But still absolutely affordable for European standards.
