It’s only several bus stops away from KSPO Dome, making it perfect for concert goers. The bus stop is right outside of the hotel on the main road, and there’s a convenience store downstairs and within 10 minutes of walk there are Lotte Mall and Lotte Department Store where you can eat or shop comfortably especially on hot summer days.

Jolie piscine mais payante et sous réservation, pas pratique du tout. Petit déjeuner réduit à une boisson ( et pas deux!) et un demi sandwich…

The breakfast was very poor. There were sandwiches which looked old and we could not eat them.

Strategy location with cozy room

Location is good , easy to access and not too far from subway station . The shampoos and conditioners is like 5-star hotel .

Suggest to include international plug point and more international TV channel

Clean property, friendly staff, good service. Took extra good care of us at check out time by finding us a taxi early morning and helping with luggage and language translation.

Air conditioning is controlled by front desk.

Location, generally quiet at night

Our toilette developed a fault which meant that overnight we had to use public facilities on the top floor at the gym. The quiet times in the gym that was directly over our room were not enforced so we were disturbed late at night and early in the morning.

Close to a lot of shopping and plenty of food Did exactly what we needed it to for cheaper than other hotels in the area, while still being nice and clean

L’accès à la piscine est payant les vendredi samedi et dimanche et le soir Chambre tres petite , sans rangements Douche sans paroi , tout est trempé après l’avoir utilisée , les toilettes , le sol … J’ai demandé une modification de ma réservation qui a été refusée sans explication . Peu arrangeants Je n’ai pas aimé le quartier , trop éloigné et trop moderne avec que des buildings Trop cher pour les prestations et surtout une piscine peu accessible sur réservation uniquement Je ne recommande pas

A real bonus was the rooftop area, which includes a small pool and a few sun loungers — a rare and relaxing touch for a hotel of this size. The location is another major plus. It’s just a short walk from Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8), and within easy reach of the Lotte malls, Lotte Tower, and Lotte World Adventure. Whether you're into shopping, sightseeing, or entertainment, everything is close by. All in all, Jamsil Orosie Tourist Hotel offers great comfort, service, and value in a convenient location — we’d definitely stay here again!

다섯살 아이와 함께 할머니 할아버지까지 네명 묵었습니다. 시설도 굉장히 청결하고 방 인테리어, 벽 색도 하나하나 신경을 많이 쓰신 티가 났어요. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗하고 아이와 함께 지내기 정말 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하시고 단순 알바생 같지 않은 프로페셔널한 느낌이 많아서 인상적이었습니다. 마지막 날 체크아웃 하기 전에 수영장도 이용했는데 아이가 엄청 좋아했어요! 동네 골목 자체는 약간 그옛날 모텔촌 느낌이 나서 처음엔 걱정스러웠지만 호텔 자체는 너무너무 좋았습니다👍 주차장도 여유롭진 않지만 직원분들이 다 발렛 해주셔서 크게 신경쓰이진 않았습니다. 아이와 함께 롯데월드 롯데타워 여행하면서 호텔에서까지 좋은 추억 만들 수 있게되어 행복했습니다.

Looks like a new building, rooms are finished nicely and facilities are new/clean. Huge TV and comfortable beds. Well located next to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Lotte adventure world. Perfect for our 2 night stay.

It feels a little cramped if your a large/tall person. Our bathroom did not have a shower screen and water tends to go everywhere, but the 2 rooms next to us had them, just Different room configuration. Not a deal breaker

エクスペディアではバスタブの写真があったのに、当日はない部屋に案内されました。 エクスペディアの間違いみたいですが、残念でした。 シャワーは仕切りがないので、バスルームはびしょ濡れです。 あとは、エアコンのリモコンパットが壊れていました。 また滞在したいと思えなかったです、、。

Maybe it's more for couples but for me it was a good stay.

It's big size Wifi connecting TV inside, good location, there's a CVS at the corner when you walk out. Very Kind staff in the front desk can help you the matter.

separate shower is not so good because when you showering , water flow goes to toilet side. Not convenient

It's a small well equipped well maintained hotel with very helpful staff . The surrounding area is full of small hotels and restaurants which includes coffee bean, Starbucks and multiple Korean and a Vietnamese restaurant. A few small blocks away from Seokchon lake and Lotte tower and world. The room They gave me was An upgrade with very big TV and kings bed with a nice walk in shower . A very nice hotel with a fair price considering the location and quite safe. Oh and they even ran after me and gave me an umbrella when I went out because it started drizzling a bit. Highly recommended!

In general, the hotel was pretty good. Overall, I would rate it 7.5/10. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall, the hotel represents good value for money and honestly, I would stay again.

There were a few minor gripes I had, such as having to ask for toilet paper every time I ran out rather than the staff ensuring there was a spare when they serviced the rooms. Also, my first night sleep was very poor due to the insanely illuminated exit light on the inside of the front door. I have no idea how anyone is supposed to sleep with what was essentially the ultimate night light. The following day I was able to communicate with the staff using my translator app and they promptly removed the bulb.

All was excellent, though the space was a little bit small and there is no wardrobe in the room, except for steamer. The location is excellent.

Nothing fancy, simple. Meets all essentila needs for business trip. Breakfast is not a breakfast, 1/2 of sandwich and a pack of fruit juice. Good Korean restuarants near by.

I loved the stuff at the hotel, it was nice that I could communicate in English. Also the cleanliness of the hotel and room was way above mt expectations for this price. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious stay for good money.

The only thing that could be worked on is the breakfast.

This room type where I stayed was huge. People are kind, good services, and has valet parking. The sheets are very clean, I'd like to stay another time later.

Remote location but near a metro station. Very quiet place. There is a really good restaurant just on the other part of the street.

Breakfast is really poor. better to go to any coffee shop in the area.
