Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Its in the middle of the poblado. Really nice apartment for a very good price. All the best restaurants and bars are a 5 minute walk away. Also, the service was amaizing, had to call on them a couple times and they always responded within minutes.
Only thing, which is very minor, the blackout in the main room lets in a single ray of sun in the morning which is unfortunatley aligned with where the head lays in the bed. If sensitive to light bring a blindfold

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und die Betten sind gemütlich. Der Aufenthaltsraum / das Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche ist gut, um als Familie oder Freunde Zeit zu verbringen. Klimaanlage ist gut und macht ordentlich kalt. Die Lage ist super, das Viertel hat viele Cafés und Restaurants und ist sicher. Offensichtlich Erdbebenfest gebaut, ist jedenfalls nicht umgefallen ;)
Einige kleinere Mängel, die etwas nerven: Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet, es sind nicht genügend Gläser/Teller für 4 Personen vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Dunstabzug in der Küche. Draußen kann’s Abends laut werden und man hört es deutlich in der Wohnung. Eine Klospülung funktioniert nicht richtig (kann nur alle halbe Stunde betätigt werden). Im Prinzip sind das nur Kleinigkeiten, aber bei dem Preis, den man für die Wohnung zahlt, sollte das gefixt werden.

I struggled with the key code lock. Fortunately the doorman/security guard was there to help. Also the property management was pretty responsive.

I have already mentioned these to Leidy, but... The kitchen area could definitely use additional/stronger lighting since I like to cook. All three toilets need some plumbing maintenance (I was able to get them functioning, but there appears to be a continuous water overflow in the tank that is wasting water). There are lightbulbs that need replacing (for instance; one of the showers).

Apartment itself is very very nicely designed, my only comment would be to add curtain to living room as sometimes it feels like whole world is watching you.

Reviewed May 27, 2025I really love this apartment. It is stylish, spacious, clean &. well equipped. The neighborhood is super nice with restaurants & shopping. Beds are comfortable, well secured but a bit noisy with the clubs nearby. The apartment Manager is amazing and very helpful. They are so honest. We left some stuffs behind and they helped us to keep it. Super amazing. I highly recommend this property. Value for money.
