沒有最不滿意，一切都尚稱滿意喔！ 以新開幕營運近三年的礁溪溫泉飯店而言，可以感受出噶瑪蘭之星飯店想並列五星飯店的企圖心！ 真心而論，服務態度與環境新穎度、舒適度來講，不輸五星級飯店。若能在餐食上再加強，一樓接待櫃檯重新設計更加大氣、加上巧思，加上地點絕佳的優勢，絕對是入住礁溪飯店的首選

Reviewed May 4, 2026房間設施及浴室泡湯都很舒適。飯店地點在熱鬧的街上，進出方便。我住5樓，窗戶能隔絕戶外噪音，在安靜度上OK。
1. 隔天的早餐，我們是吃8:30~的時段，有幾樣菜補太慢，竹筍排骨湯更是一直只剩湯幾乎沒料，讓我們覺得有一種吃 剩菜殘的感覺，跟偏高房費之待遇不成比例，這是明顯不足之處。 2. 房間的落地窗簾有些令人困擾，不是全關就是要全開...可能是我不會操作吧？ 3. 房內有咖啡機，很好。但2人入住，咖啡球是否可給4顆，這樣誠意更足。

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026房間寬敞明亮，時尚又高級，床舖超好睡。室內室外的泡湯池都超大，泡湯超享受! 還有健身房和泡腳小魚等設施，即使因為下雨待在飯店內，也不會覺得無聊。 隔天早餐菜色多且豐盛，用餐環境也很舒適。更重要的是服務人員態度非常友善，讓人覺得很貼心。下次有機會再到礁溪，一定還要再次入住。
