The management was not that great . Chef was not available for whole day and even food was very below average. In this site the check in time was 12 PM but after reaching property , got to know it is 1 PM and they were also very rude about it .

The restaurant staff is really good. In one of the dorms in which I was staying, the flush wasn't working and despite complaining it didn't get fixed till I was there. The comode seat was also loose and one had to hold the seat and then sit. This hostel doesn't even feel like a hostel. It feels like a dharmshala in hostel mode.

Everything is very much organised. They make sure to give to a space which is clean & organised time to time basis. Kiddos to Vivek ji ! Amazing at his job

1. The whole building does not have a single window which is dangerous to say the least. The room did not have a window. 2. The wash basin leaks. 3. The kitchen staff were dead drunk, spitting openly in front of the kitchen and our dinner order was cancelled because the staff were in no position to cook. 4. There were no eating joints close by hence we had to go to bed on empty stomach

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025This Hostel/Hotel is such a piece of Art. The Staff welcomed me kind and very helpful. The whole Hotel is insanely clean. It's quiet at night and the beds are very comfy. I highly recommend it so anyone who needs some good rest away from the crowded area, and want to enjoy their beautiful roof top restaurant. I am so glad I found this place.

1) Emergency general medicine was not available when i wanted it. 2) Jet Spray was broken / leaking and was not fixed till my check out. 3) Roof Top Cafe was just ok nothing to boast about. Average breakfast / Food. 4) Linen was not changes on my second day stay and had to change it myself. 4) Definitely not superb as per the ratings.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025The stay is amazing, the beds and dorms are great and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Met some amazing people and made friends for a lifetime.
The location is far from the central area. It takes about 40 mins to reach any ghaat. The menu of the cafe is pricey. But it's a really nice and budget friendly stay if you don't mind travelling 40 mins.

Extremely noisy elevator disturbing the whole space. Windows are not noise canceling. Given the building by the roadside, one can hear every possible vehicle passing and every person talking. Water heating: hot water persisted only ~5 mins by shower.

Location! You can't go anywhere without spending at least 45 - 60 mins to reach the location. Need to add curtains to bunk beds.

- there was no plug point next to the upper bunk beds in every room. (but the staff allowed me to shift to a lower bunk bed in a different room with a plug point next to it as soon as I mentioned it.) - a little far from the ghats.
