מקום אחד המזעזעים. המקום מבודד, מול ים שבלילה הכל חשוך. המקרר פיצי ממה שיש במלונות. ויקר מאודדדדד, הייתי במקום אחר במולבואל מהמם בהרבה יותר וזול יותר. בבקשה אל תיפלו למקום הזה. בתמונות הוא נראה יפה . אבל במציאות הוא הזוי. במיוחד מי שבלי אופנוע זה מפחיד ומבודד. אנחנו היינו עם אופנוע ועדיין היה קשוח. אה וברחנו מיום מהר והבעלים לא החזירו לנו אפילו לא חצי מהסכום והבריכה קטנה ממש

The service at Pawikan Seaview Villa was second to none, Angiely and Loveniel were so attentive and ready to help us at any time day or night. You can order drinks and food from a local restaurant. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Breakfast every morning was delicious. We loved our stay here!

There was ongoing construction outside the villa and the walk to the main area is quite dark at night! But otherwise incredible!

It was a nice house. Nice airconditioning.

There were alot of things we didnt like: 1 The surroundings were awful, it had a view on an ugly half grass garbage place. 2 The Photos on Booking are really, but really overrated. The pool is 2x smaller then on the photos, and so the house itself. The pool also missed the little table that showed on the photos. 3 The garden of the villa was just Some grass with dirt on both sides of the villa. Really disappointing for such a nice villa. 4 they told us there would be someone cleaning our room every day, they did not come once. Only pool cleaner. They said that we didnt want it, while we have never said that. 5 The bar you could order drinks from was closed, so no drinks, only from a close by restaurant. 6 There were hairs on our bed when we arrived. 7 The breakfast was a choice of 3 options, where 2 are almost the same. 8 Only 1 towel, when we asked them we got another one, which was dirty. 9 We would have liked to have a nice blanked, because theres airco in the villa, but unfortunately only a thin sheet. 10 The bathroom looked like a doctors office, only white walls. Its a really high price for what you get, and please do not look at the photos because its way smaller then it looks like.

Friendly staff

Way to expensive for what it is. It looks ten times better on the pictures than in real life. The shower is awful and the location isn’t great either. The pool was also way too cold.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, sowohl bei allem Rund um die Villa aber auch darüber hinaus, sei es Essen liefern, Ausflüge buchen und Tipps geben. Die Villa wurde auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt, der Pool und das Außengelände ebenfalls täglich. Das Personal war bei An und Abreise sehr flexibel und arrangierte ebenfalls die Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft.

Lack of privacy in Swimming pool.

I liked the workers, they were so kind and lovely! they provided services 24hrs. we spent great time we met a sea turtle right in front of the villa!

maybe next time, hope they cut the grass in front of the door

The ambiance and the location. Perfect for my work as the is place is quiet.

We can highly recommend this place. Excellent holiday vibes, super friendly staff, clean. Love the pancake for breakfast. Foods next door is to die for kept eating there for lunch everyday. Location is close to the beach and town, so you can easily wonder around and go for a snorkel and see turtles 🐢 just right in front of the villa. Very easy to hire a scooter with the villa.

The beans bags wasn’t comfy to sunbathe on with ants round.. prob be best to get a raised sunbathing bed would be better.

Lack of lounges outside. It was not comfortable on the bean bags. No privacy in the pool and the pool was smaller than we thought. The villa is more isolated from restaurants than expected. There were also a lot of ants and the kitchen area could be cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay at Pawikan. I wanted to stay somewhere quiet but not too far from town and that’s what we got. It was easy to rent a motorbike with the villa or request a tricycle driver to take you where you need to go. It’s not super close to walk to town but is doable if that’s your thing. The road is not paved and is dark at night if you do decide to walk. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets. The breakfast was also delicious. The WiFi was strong, the pool is good for dipping and although we didn’t swim in the ocean front it’s just steps below. The staff was super friendly and helpful with the use of WhatsApp.

There are some hiccups but they’re fixable and not critical imo: - Paddle board is missing a main fin - Sink drains water very slow - Shower head holder is not sticking to the wall - Water pool lamp is not working - Puddle around the sink area - Sea view is obstructed (a bit) by rubble and trash - 2 out of 5 lamps inside are dull - Toilet smells - Weak water flow from the shower - Ants

Every detail was thought of for a comfortable stay, speakers, board games, snacks, drinks, sup boards. The staff was beyond great, friendly, timely, professional, accommodating. They arranged our tours, rides and I even needed aloe Vera at some point and they kindly got it for me
