AC functions well, but only in the bedroom; there's no AC in the living room. Overall sanitary conditions are good; only the sink in the living room accumulated a little bit of dust.

Showering is not hot enough, and there's not enough storage space when taking a shower. Main door is hard to close, but that of the bedroom is blocking the way easily.

Spacious and very clean rooms in a beautiful tropical garden with pool, just a 1 minute walk from the sea, very quiet and relaxing. Staff incredibly kind and attentive to guests’ needs. You can reach restaurants and bars with a short walk. Very recommended!

Accueil très sympathique malgré l heure tres tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés. Le lieu est charmant, très propre et situé à l écart du bruit.

Le personnel est très gentil, serviable, adorable. La chambre est calme le lit très confortable. Lieu apaisant. Pas très loin des lieux d animations. Les activités proposées étaient super.

Die Lage ist prima, ruhig, in 15 Minuten zu Fuss ist man auf der Hauptstrasse. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schöner Garten mit Pool, schöne grosse Zimmer mit Terasse, familiär geführt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war auch gut. Im Dorf haben wir ausgezeichnete Meeresfrüchte und Fisch gegessen.

In der Dusche gab es Stockflecken.

Die Anlage mit dem Pool und dem Restaurant ist wirklich wunderschön und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Mitarbeiten nehmen einen sehr herzlich auf, geben gerne Tipps und helfen einem bei allen Fragen. Zudem kann man vor Ort auch Touren und Transfers buchen. Das Hotel liegt außerdem in einer ruhigen Lage, was für uns perfekt war, da man deshalb sehr gut im Hotel entspannen konnte und die Hauptstraße auch nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt war. Wir würde jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken und herzlich für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Moalboal.

Vailtin Homepoint is a 3 and a half hour drive from Cebu airport but it is so worth it! The perfect little resort in Moalboal. Family-run with extremely friendly and attentive staff that cared for us so well and helped us book tours such as snorkelling with turtles, sardines and whale sharks. A beautiful island with a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend!

Leider kein Restaurantbetrieb am Abend. Essen konnte bestellt werden, wurde allerdings zugestellt.

Het ligt net iets buiten het centrum. Dus je moet lopen of met een Tuktuk gaan. Maar dat weet je natuurlijk ook bij het boeken al.

Rustig, kleinschalig resort. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, je kon alles vragen en ze regelden vanalles voor ons. Lekker ontbijt. Goede sterke wifi. Lekker zwembad. Scooter huren zo gebeurd. Water en koelkast op de kamer

Het bed was heel hard, zelf lekker geslapen maar m’n man helaas niet Kamer 3 was een beetje gedateerd en geen opbergruimte of haakjes

Vailtin is a lovely family run property with super friendly and helpful staff ready to help out and provide assistance. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. The grounds and gardens provided shade and were well maintained with a great mix of tropical fruit trees and palms, with staff constantly tidying and sweeping. The location is nice and quiet (aside from the roosters, but i think that is unavoidable anywhere around Moalboal). Away from the hustle but still only a short 1-2min scooter ride or 10-15min walk into the middle of town. The fish with rice and vegetable with rice traditional breakfast options were delicious. The private beach (3-5min walk away) with access to a great snorkeling spot was a massive added bonus. Overall, it was a lovely spot, good value for money and we had a lovely stay.

Nothing bad to report, but be careful on the tiles around the pool. They can be very slippery when wet.

여약한 숙소에 에어컨 고장이라며 숙소당일 도착해서 통보하며 일방적으로 다른방을 배정하겠다하며 싫으면 그냥 취소해 주겠다는 무책임한 업체임 저희 일행이 총 13명이여서 급히 다른 숙소로 예약하고 이동하느라 시간쓰고 돈쓰고 위치도 실제 모알보알 중심가에서 너무 멀어 리조트에서만 지낼분이 아니면 강력하게 비추입니다 결론 저는 지금까지 여행하면서 이렇게 양심없고 무책임한 숙소는 처음봅니다 이 숙소로 고려하신다면 저희의 경험담을 참고하세요~

I like how the place is peaceful. Swimming Pool is well maintained, staff are friendly, food is good. I like that they have a billiards and dartboards and a free pass to a local gym.

I strongly recommend that they improve room cleanliness.

The staff was super gentle and welcoming and they offered to organise trips and experience during our stay.

The staff are amazing - so kind, helpful and caring Joy is lovely and very knowledgeable in the area They have motorbikes for hire, laundry, and all popular activities available to book from the hotel at very reasonable prices. Some cheaper than the popular tour operators. Very spacious rooms with everything you need - air con was perfect Great location - quiet but only a short ride to the main town. Delicious food available at the hotel too. We will stay here again if in Moalboal

The shower pressure could be better however it did the trick!

Die Zimmer waren gross und die Betten bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine feine kleine Unterkunft. Pool war auch sauber.

Wir waren in einem Zimmer wo direkt bei der Terasse die ganzen Klima Aussengeräte hangen. dh, der Lärm war sehr hoch und leider gabs Gäste die ihr Klima die ganze Nacht laufen hatten. dh, ohne Orstöpsel war schlafen für mich fast unmöglich.

Vailtin Home Point was a really great place for us. Near to the main road with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes, but far enough away that it was lovely and quiet. The pool was lovely, the breakfast delicious and filling and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The only reason I cannot give 10/10 is because we didn’t get the room we booked. We booked the family room with 2 beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was missing. However, the staff quickly found a solution so that the 3 of us all had somewhere to sleep.

La chambre était très confortable et grande. La piscine très agréable ! Le logement est bien situé si on a un scooter.

Mam Joy and team (staffs) are excellent !! Calm at night and overall organize.

A bit far to walk to center (panagsama beach area) specially if you have little ones. But still ok because mam Joy is very kind to bring us to Center.

Our stay at Vailtin Home Point was very comfortable. Joy and all the staff were absolutely amazing and certainly made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble, from arranging Tuk Tuk's to Canyoneering tours. The location is a little out from the beach and restaurants - about a 30 minute walk, but to be honest, that is what we loved about the stay. We had a pleasant walk back and forth, meeting the local residents including the goats, chickens and dogs. It was very quiet which made for a good night's sleep.

The vibe, staff, food (the Sinigang soup was the best). Super quiet at night. A lot of our activities / transfers were well organised by them.

Nothing really. It’s not an easy walk to cafes/restaurants so we always got a lift. The upside is that it is super quiet at night, away from the hustle and bustle.

A home away from home. Situated a short distance to the beach and all the action. It’s a little and quaint resort where you feel like one of the locals. Lush surrounds and the the staff super friendly and very accommodating. We’ll be back for sure

The rooms amazing, very spacious and clean. The staff were also fantastic. The location was perfect for us, a short scooter ride to town and easy ride out to waterfalls.

Very kind staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were surprised as they had access to a beach from where we could snorkel with fish and sea turtles.

As a family of five, we could have used more options for hanging up wet clothes and towels.

Superbe séjour, Personnels super accueillant nous avons même pus faire garder notre fille de 7 ans qui ne voulait pas venir avec nous. Elle a profitée de la piscine et joué avec les autres enfants. Les parents ont eu une semaine de répis après 20 jours en famille bien mérité ;0)

Vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Soba je prostrana i sa lepim tremom. Sve je bilo jako čisto.

Mikro lokacija nije najbolja. Ima da se ide skoro kilometar do glavnih atrakcija u gradu. Nerviralo me je i to što ne stavljaju sapun pored lavaboa u kupatilu pa sam morao sam da ga kupim.....U bazenu je voda bila vrlo hladna i nisam se kupao.

Liked the pool, beds were clean and comfy. Aircon was good.

The fridge outside was full of their drinks etc to buy. There was no place for us to put our water etc to cool. There was six of us and it says it can take 8 however it would be a very tight squeeze. Very limited cooking facilities but we didn’t use them anyway. Said there was a beach behind the property it was hard to find and was just a small bit of shale water was lovely though.

Stay was beautiful! The pool area was lovely, and the restaurant was amazing and good to get food at when we didnt want to leave. The host family were so incredibly friendly and helpful to all our needs.

It is slightly far from the town, so a bit of a walk to get food or to go snorkelling, but getting a trike is easy enough.

The are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to everybody. They have super big rooms and very nature vibe.

Les repas très peu copieux il vaut mieux manger en ville. En 3 nuits nous avons dû demandé des serviettes car avc le temps humides cela devenait sale et on en avait pas et pas de menage non plus.

Amazing and helpful staff

We loved our short family stay at Vailtin Home Point in a family room with terrace. Great relaxing surrounds with beautiful gardens and a cool pool, and affordable breakfasts, dinner and drinks. Super clean and spacious rooms with three big beds and air con. They even had games at the bar for the kids and a pool table. It was just a short way from Panagasama Beach, which we could access with the resort Tuk Tuk driven by Joy, who was always ready with a smile and local advice. It’s about 200 Pesos in a tuktuk down to get a massage or access other eateries. A great place to unwind in Moalboal, and we wished we could stay longer.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there is a bit of noise coming from the room above ours the last night (bass or stomping or something), which was a bit annoying late at night when we had to be up early to fly out the next day. But that’s not Vailtin’s fault. Otherwise, it was a most pleasant stay.

A green garden. Exactly what I look for when travelling in Asia. Like an oasis in middle of urban messy environment. Walkable distance to the pub street. Clean rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff. (Sweet!) Seems like newly built clean nice pool. Good food. Compliments to the cook! I would give much higher score, but I really hated beds :(

But BED is the hardest bed in Asia. Like sleeping on a concrete floor! hotel owners could create much better experience for their guests than this! And these neighbours roosters singing all days and nights are bit annoying. Use earplugs :)

한국인분들 참고하시라고 정성껏 써봅니다 한줄요약하자면, 모알보알에서 이 숙소를 예약한 것이 너무 큰 행운이었다는 생각이 들 정도로 최고의 숙소였습니다 ㅎㅎ 약간의 비용을 지불하면 숙소에서 오토바이도 렌탈해줍니다 한번 시내쪽 나가는데에 편도로 200페소 정도 들기 때문에 왔다갔다 자주하신다면 렌탈이 무조건 이득입니다. 편하고 바람도 시원하고요. 오토바이를 타고 조금만 나가면 거북이를 볼 수 있는 비치가 나오고 마사지샵들과 분위기 좋은 바와 레스토랑들이 아주 많습니다. 숙소 직원들이 아주 매우 친절해서, 이것저것 요청하는 건 다 들어주셨습니다 유료로 공항까지 가는 셔틀도 해주시는데, 내부가 매우 쾌적한 차였습니다 이거 아니었으면 얼마나 또 힘들게 공항 갔을지.. 객실 내부도 매우 깔끔했습니다 침대도 맘에 들고, 너무 쾌적하고 청소상태 좋았고, 벌레도 잘 없고 모기 한두마리 발견했으나 손쉽게 처리했습니다 ㅋㅋ 수압도 세서 씻는 것도 불편함 없었습니다 수영장도 좋았습니다 171 여자 기준 제일 깊은 곳까지 들어가면 물이 턱끝에 찰랑거리는 정도 높이입니다. 까치발 들면 쇄골 정도인 것 같고요 어른이 놀기에도 좋고,얕은 쪽은 아이들이 놀기에도 좋을 것 같습니다 전체적으로 매우 만족입니다 어리바리 까고 있었는데 너무 친절히 도와주셔서 감사했습니다 덕분에 좋은 기억으로 남을 세부 여행이었습니다 예약을 고민하고 계신 분들 있으면 진짜 고민하지 말고 예약하셔도 됩니다 만족하실 거예요!! 죄송할 정도로 도움을 많이 받아서.. 길게 정성들여 리뷰라도 써야겠다 싶어 비행기 탑승 전 얼른 씁니당!ㅎㅎ 행복하세요~

Skønt sted, lokaliseret tæt på Panagsama street, hvor alle restauranter og butikker ligger. Skønt og hjælpsomt personale. Dejlig pool. Nemt at tage en tuk-tuk til og fra “gaden”. Autentisk beliggenhed pp lokal vej med høns, geder og hunde. Tak for 5 gode dage, med kawasan falls, sardiner og skildpadder.

Vriendelijkheid personeel, kreeg zelfs een turtle spotting met personeel achter het resortje zonder dat hij er iets voor vroeg.

L’accueil pour commencer, très chaleureux, l’emplacement au calme sans être loin des restaurants ni des activités, le service de transport en extra proposé et conduit par Joy (merci Joy pour tous ces aller/retours), les chambre sont spacieuses, confortables, la literie très confortable, le jardin et la piscine font de cet hôtel un havre de paix paradisiaque.

What was a shock at the end that we had to settle th bill in cash. Not great at the last minute. This should have been explained on check in to save embarrassment

Everything! The pool table, pool and bar were great. The apartment was fabulous for our group.
