Toilets were a bit uncomfortable - ceiling is smaller and mirror was really low- couldn’t see myself in the mirror and I’m average tall 😅 Breakfast was too late and served too slow, which made us lose quite some time in the mornings

Tout été salle même le jacuzzi même pas bien nettoyer déçu . Je souhaiterais un remboursement. Au moin un partie. Mais on en a eu aucun. C’est honteux clairement. Publicité mensongère

Beautiful hotel in Santorini very close to the cable car.The Assistant Manager was wonderful always available to answer any questions we had. The room was clean and had everything we needed.The view was magnificent .We watched the sunset from the lille pool that was a hit for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view is fantastic, but the prices were very high and the breakfast was not worth it at all. It was not worth the price you paid.

La vista dalla suite è semplicemente spettacolare e rappresenta sicuramente il vero punto di forza della struttura. Il panorama su Santorini è meraviglioso e, almeno sotto questo aspetto, rende speciale il soggiorno. Caterina, la proprietaria, è inoltre una persona simpatica, cordiale e disponibile, molto entusiasta dell’isola e pronta a dare consigli e informazioni.

Purtroppo la pulizia della suite è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. Ho trovato peli e capelli sotto il letto, pavimenti sporchi e molta polvere sui battiscopa e sotto i mobili. La cosa più spiacevole è stata trovare al mio arrivo la tazza del WC sporca di urina, problema che ho dovuto segnalare affinché venisse sistemato. Anche la colazione mi ha deluso: scelta molto limitata e, a mio parere, non all’altezza del livello e del prezzo della struttura. Gli spazi in cui viene servita, così come alcune parti della struttura, mi sono sembrati piuttosto datati e poco curati. Inoltre, la reception era spesso vuota, anche se i proprietari erano generalmente reperibili presso il bar/ristorante di fronte. Nel complesso, credo che una suite di questa fascia di prezzo dovrebbe garantire standard di pulizia, cura dei dettagli e servizi decisamente superiori.

Frühstück wurde in kleinen Abständen direkt vom Hausherren serviert. Er fragte nach, was man wünschte und das passte auch von der Größe der Portion. Die Lage war sehr toll und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Aktivitäten.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, lots of black hair all over the floor of the room, surfaces and the chair from where someone had got ready. The balcony wasn’t private and the safe was broken so didn’t feel comfortable using and that our belongings would be safe Bed very uncomfortable, didn’t have breakfast as wasn’t open the time it stated so had to go else where. Overall very over priced and you are just paying for the view

The location was great overlooking the sea. Sunset view was amazing. The hotel manager was super helpful helping out to carry luggage, organizing taxi from port and to airport. There are very steep steps so without extra help it would be very difficult to get there. Taxi cannot get to the hotel as it is closed to cars.

The hotel needs renovation especially bathrooms. Breakfast was very average.

Nadszarpniete zębem czasu wyposażenie. Właściciel zapomniał o pogrzebie renowacji czy też remontu pokoi i wyposażenia na zewnątrz. Czas by nowy Właściciel z pasją zajął się tym hotelem. Starszy Pan musi odejść.

Satın aldığımız şekilde bir oda verilmedi özel havuzlu yazıyordu fakat özel havuz yoktu. Mahremiyet sıfırdı. Aylar öncesinde uçağımızın iniş saatini bildirip erken giriş rica ettik ve kabul ettiler fakat gittiğimizde bizi tam 4 buçuk saat beklettiler. Odamız özel havuz olmadığını bildirdiğimiz halde bize size zaten erken giriş verdik diyerek başımıza kalktılar . İyi niyet ve anlayış sıfırdı. Asla önermem ve bir daha asla uğramayacağımız bir otel.

It is the perfect view. The staff was super nice. Very hospitable and pleasant. I loved how spacious the room was. It had everything you’d need in a hotel room.

The stairs were very steep but I’m not complaining as this is Santorini.

Το πρωινό, φάγαμε αυγουλαρες με μια φλυδα καρότο ξεψυχισμενο και την επόμενη μέρα μια φλυδα αγγούρι χαρωπο λες και έκανε κακά μετά από στουμπωμα εντέρου 4 ημερών. Η θέα ήταν καλή.

Τα γαϊδούρια κάθε πρωί χεζανε τον τόπο, μιλάμε για μπόχα.... τι αέρας να το έπιανε, τι μελτεμια η σκατιλα έμενε στα ρουθούνια. Αααα και όλα αυτά στο μπαλκόνι που έχει την πισίνα που είναι σαν κολυμπηθρα.

Promiscuité désagréable avec obligation de passer devant les autres chambres en vis à vis pour accéder à la chambre. Piscine individuelle très petite et pleines d'insectes. Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner avant 9 H 30 le matin. Restauration très chère. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Taxi réservé par l'hôtel ...mais jamais arrivé!

la corrente dell'idromassaggio che continuava a saltare ogni dieci minuti. Il titolare diceva che era fuoriuscita acqua dall' idromassaggio ma non mi sembra di aver fatto i giochi olimpici in una vasca per due. Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato a notte ci si aspettava qualcosa in più

The staff were so happy to help you, very professional and punctual. The location is phenomenal We were in the middle of all the fun activities. Sunset and cruise ships were right there. I am looking forward to go back. Lovely place you will never forget it.

Για ξενοδοχειο που χρεωνει αυτα τα ποσα οι παροχες ελαχιστες .Αλλαγες πετσετων περιορισμενες καμια ανανεωση στα ειδη χρησης μπανιου ( σαμπουαν αφρολουτρα κλπ ) σαπουνι χεριων νερομενο για οικονομια ΕΛΕΟΣ Η τηελοραση δεν ειχε ελεγχθει απο τον προηγουμενο ενοικο και εδειχνε μονο Γερμανικα καναλια (απαραδεκτο για ξενοδοχειο αυτου του οικονομικου επιπεδου ) οσο για το πρωινο καλυτερα να μην το σχολιασω .Πολυ φτωχο με μαρμελαδες μαρκετ .Τελος θα αναφερω οτι το δωματιο ειναι ενα εντελως απλο δωματιο και κακως αναφερεται ως σουιτα η οτι παρεμφερες . Αν ολα αυτα τα ειχα ζησει σε ενα καταλυμα των 100 € /διανυκτερευση ολα αυτα τα σχολια θα λειπανε σιγουρα και θα παρεμενα στην εκπληκτικη θεα του δωματιου .

Sono stato con mia moglie Cristiana dal 4 luglio al 11 Luglio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. le stanze sono confortevoli e la piscina privata sul terrazzo bellissima. Katerina che gestisce con la famiglia la struttura e' una donna gentile e premurosa verso gli ospiti come il resto della famiglia. Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati come a casa, accolti e coccolati. Lo consiglio sicuramente e ci torneremo anche l'anno prossimo. Grazie Kratiras, un abbraccio a Katerina e famiglia.

I like the view!

I didnt like the hotel esp the treacherous way going to and coming out. Be careful booking here if you are not well fit and doesn't have good legs to climb up and down the steps that can get slippery, don't brave booking this place! My husband almost got an accident in those steps and I almost pass out! The staffs weren't so helpful

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, the sunset view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. It is definitely worth every euro. I would especially like to mention the incredibly friendly staff, and above all the owner of the hotel. She is such a kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful woman who made us feel at home throughout our stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Caldera view from Balcony

The property is not maintained well, the door handles were coming out, the privacy curtains were not well maintained, and the hosting manager was really rigid

The caldera view room is on the side of the cliff face overlooking the water and islands. We were able to sit back and watch the sunset from our balcony away from the crowds. A very spacious room with a comfortable bed, table and chairs, small desk, fridge and amenities. The ensuite and shower was great. Close to the cable car and stores around Fira including a small mini mart for snacks. Breakfast was served across the road higher still offering another lovely view. Important to note that you cannot drive to the property and you will be about 5-10 minute walk away up and down narrow pebbled streets and stairs. Our host organised a porter to meet us at the taxi drop off point and took us there himself at the end of our stay, even calling the transport to make sure everything was okay. The villas with private pools and spas looked amazing and would recommend if you can stretch your budget that bit further.

Excellent hotel in the city center, with very attentive and helpful staff. They are always ready to help with arranging transfers and to answer any questions. Here, you can relax and enjoy your vacation without worrying about anything. I really liked everything, and I definitely recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay in Santorini, this is definitely worth choosing. The panoramic view is simply stunning. Breakfast is also served with a magnificent view. Highly recommended.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the lack of privacy. The rooms are located very close to each other, so you can see what your neighbors are doing and even hear them. I would also add more fruit options at breakfast. However, this is just a personal preference, and overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Very very quiet place on the caldera side where most rooms have a private pool or private hot tub. Good breakfast is served 'with a view', actually a fantastic unforgettable view.

Bu insan sağlığını hiçe saymak 856€ odedigim bir otelde suyun temiz olmasini beklerdim. Yatak hic rahat degildi yastiklar sertti. Havlular cok kotu eski ve yipranmisti. Havuz pisti ve temizlenmiyordu.

D´une part , il n’y a aucune séparation entre les terrasses des chambres ; donc quand on est sur la terrasse on a aussi le voisin sur la même terrasse De plus les voisins passent juste devant la baie vitrée de la chambre pour rejoindre la leur , donc obligation de fermer le rideau en permanence Mais surtout : la chambre était sale : cafard mort non aspiré, poussière, verre non lave avec trace du liquide, lavabo et toilette de la salle de bain non nettoyés (au moins une dizaine de cheveux dans le lavabo), serviette de bain sale … Nous avons pris la décision de partir ce que la directrice a accueilli avec une totale indifférence, sans un mot d’excuse, ni un petit geste de dédommagement.

The location is great, with a stunning view! Everyone working there was very nice, and we were grateful we could store our bags when we got there earlier than check in and when we checked out but had a few hours before we left. The breakfasts that were included were simple but good!

The hot tub was a little bit dirty when we arrived and by the end of the 2 nights we stayed, it was really dirty and gross and we didn't end up really using it. There were used shampoo and soap bottles in the shower and overall the cleanliness wasn't super great.

The hot water was brown which is not normal. Many suspicious stains on the bed sheets and pillows. Breakfast starts way too late at 9:30 and service is very slow so you start your day at 11:00

Está muy bien ubicada, el personal muy simpático y atento. Nos fueron a buscar a donde nos dejó el Taxi y nos ayudaron con las maletas, sino es imposible. Por suerte el taxista llamó al hotel para pedir que nos busquen porque de otra manera es complicado llegar ya que hay escalones y vueltas que no sé si uno se ubicaría para llegar al hotel. Muy linda vista.

Tiene una vista increíble, el personal es muy amable y servicial, tienen una muy buena actitud.

Antes de llegar a la entrada, el pasillo estaba regado de heces de animal, esto no depende del hotel pero es algo que genera un poco de náuseas.

Vraiment un mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Comment peut-on laisser pourrir un établissement avec un tel potentiel? Il faut croire que cela rapporte assez d'argent sans rien faire de plus...

Best ocean front location! it is so nice to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise or sunset, like in paradise! Room is comfortable with a decent size. Both AC and heating work fine for us.

Since it is ocean front, it is not on the main street side. You need to carry your luggage to the hotel. If you are physically fit, not problem. Breakfast starts at 10am. 8 am or 9 am would be better!

What we didn't like was there was no privacy between the apartments, If I was getting changed next door would just walk past in front of our apartment and see in also when you are sitting outside the rooms next doors Jacuzzi was so close it was uncomfortable and noisy

The view was absolutely breathtaking; one of the best in Santorini! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the suite was clean and comfortable. The location is great, very close to the center of Fira.

It’s important to note that access involves a lot of stairs, so it’s not ideal if you have heavy or large suitcases. Breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety and freshness.

Świetny widok z balkonu, miła obsługa, pokój czysty i przestronny. W hotelu jest cicho pomimo lokalizacji praktycznie w samym centrum. Blisko do głównych atrakcji, restauracji i barów.

Fatalne dojście do hotelu z bagażem, trzeba przejść kilkaset metrów z walizkami po brukowanych uliczkach i schodach. Bardzo mylące zdjęcia w ofercie, sugerują oddzielne tarasy dla każdego pokoju. Tak nie jest. Jeden wspólny taras dla trzech pokoi, w jednym rogu basen, w drugim jacuzzi. Jak siedzisz na tarasie wieczorem to przy samym uchu masz parę w jacuzzi niczym nieoddzieloną od ciebie. Dodatkowo wejście do pokoi jest przez ten taras więc musisz mieć zasłonięte firanki żeby czuć się swobodnie a wtedy tracisz bajeczny widok za oknem. Śniadanie bardzo skromne zarówno jeśli chodzi o wybór jak i o ilość.

Niente perché mi ha rovinato l’intera vacanza il personale e io sangue trovato nelle lenzuola e coperte di chi ha alloggiato prima di noi

⭐ 1/10 – Esperienza inaccettabile e deludente Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata terribile e inaccettabile. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola e sulle coperte, una situazione igienica gravissima che nessun ospite dovrebbe mai trovarsi davanti. Quando ho segnalato il problema, il personale si è mostrato aggressivo, maleducato e sgarbato, invece di scusarsi e risolvere la situazione. Mi sono sentito minacciato e ho preferito cambiare immediatamente hotel per mettere al sicuro la mia ragazza. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, la struttura ha poi negato completamente l’accaduto per evitare di riconoscere il rimborso, nonostante avessi già segnalato tutto anche a Booking.com. Alla fine, oltre al danno anche la beffa: non ho usufruito nemmeno di due notti di pernottamento, ma non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso. Un comportamento vergognoso, zero rispetto per i clienti e per le regole basilari di igiene e ospitalità. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura: un’esperienza che non auguro a nessuno.

The property is located in the heart of Fira. Amazing location and the balcony overlooks the caldera which is the best view in Santorini in my opinion. We were fortunate to avail of the room with the pool (not jacuzzi) so we paid a bit extra to get this particular room. We did find the room itself is a bit outdated and we more or less paid for the view, pool and location. The pool itself was a bit dirty n particular the lining of the pool and was very dirty near the top of the water. We also encountered lots of dirt on the floor of the pool when we arrived which wasn’t the best. We brought this to the lady on the receptions attention and she seemed really unhappy. Similarly the pool man wasn’t happy that we brought this to their attention. Both were a bit rude in general so that wasn’t the nicest experience.

The staff managing the the reception and pool man were a bit rude. Outdated interiors, took ages to get the air con working (we eventually did - to no help of the staff), leaking pipes in the bathroom from the sink which cause water to run out the bottom on the floor. Dirt in the pool - lots of steps (to get to majority of restaurants)

The only downside of this property was the lack of pool cleaning. Our private pool was dirty from the wind blowing things into it. You would have thought with the price of this hotel that pools would be cleaned daily or at least every other day or have a pool cover to stop dirt getting in it. It was a bit dirty when we arrived and on our second day, it was even worse sadly.

The only good thing about this property is the location

The place is so run down and in desperate need of a renovation and some love. The apartment was dirty upon arrival and looked like it hadn’t been stayed in for a while. The jacuzzi water was cold. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. No offer to help with the luggage which was extremely disappointing as well. Save your money and go somewhere else. They either need to retire or give the place a makeover, some paint and a damn good clean.

Para chegar tem muitas escadas, ninguém para ajudar com as malas, a piscina é minúscula, suja, as fotos não são condizentes.

部屋からの眺望は最高。朝食も美味しかった。付近にはレストランが多く、夕食にも困らない。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。

眺望が良いので仕方がないが、バスターミナルからスーツケースを運んでホテルまで行くのは結構大変（階段がかなりある）。アテネ空港と島とを往復するのであれば、アテネ空港の到着ロビーの荷物預かりに大きな荷物を預けて身軽にして来るのが良いと思います（我々もそのようにしました）。

Die Aussicht war perfekt, unser Gastgeber hieß uns willkommen und half uns, unsere Koffer zur Unterkunft zu tragen, die Reinigungskräfte machten unser Bett und wechselten jeden Tag die Handtücher.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass das Frühstück an allen 5 Tagen gleich war, nur Eier oder Obstsalat. Der Pool ist sehr schmutzig und der Bereich drumherum wurde zerstört, ebenso wie die Sonnenliegen und einige Dinge im Apartment. Wenn die Aussicht nicht perfekt wäre, wäre diese Bewertung für die Unterkunft selbst sehr schlecht, außer der Aussicht wird nichts anderes geboten
