An Exceptional Experience I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I absolutely loved the entire experience, from the moment I made my booking and throughout my stay and beyond. The communication with the host was impeccable. She truly does an amazing job and went above and beyond to make my stay special. As a solo traveller who was not prepared, she even organised a private tour of the island for me at the very last minute. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She was incredibly kind, patient and attentive to all of my needs, and I genuinely felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Świetne miejsce! W samym centrum miasta, rzut beretem od dworca autobusowego. Apartament duży, czysty, miła obsługa. Przepiękny widok z balkonu, śniadania serwowane do pokoju, czego chcieć więcej? :)

W nocy bywa głośno i w pokoju jest dosyć chłodno ale nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Eu gostei de tudo, foi um dos melhores hotéis que eu já fiquei na vida! A localização é muito boa, a poucos passos do centro de fira e da estação de ônibus... o quarto tinha vista para a caldeira e o pôr-do-sol mais famoso de Santorini.

Eu gostei de absolutamente tudo.

Excellent staff! The location was so central and the view was incredible. Breakfast was brought to the room so we could enjoy the view while we ate. Definitely stay here!

Location da sogno nel cuore di Thira, gentilezza e cura degli ospiti da parte di tutto lo staff, partendo da Ivet e finendo ai ragazzi che consegnavano la colazione. Attenti ad ogni esigenza, cambio asciugamani e pulizia giornaliera, suite dotata di cassetta di sicurezza, asse e ferro da stiro, frigo, spazio ampio, aria condizionata che non punta sul letto, letto comodissimo, privacy e aiuto per i bagagli considerando le numerose scale da fare (ma fa parte della bellezza del posto) La nostra suite era la Phoebe, quella più in basso di tutte ma aveva una totale privacy, la piscina con vista sulla caldera una cosa meravigliosa, fresca di giorno e calda di sera! La colazione servita sul terrazzo privato all'orario scelto da noi era sempre bella da vedere, buona ed abbondante

Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I would not choose this hotel again. First, be aware that the hotel is not directly accessible by taxi. You will be dropped off some distance away and should expect to drag your luggage uphill over steep pathways before eventually descending multiple flights of stairs built into the cliff to reach reception. This is admittedly a limitation shared by many hotels in this area, but it is something guests should know before booking—especially those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Second, the jacuzzi was not functioning properly during our stay. When we raised the issue, we were told that it automatically shuts off because of "state regulations" and "no parties after 11 p.m." That explanation was difficult to accept, given that the neighboring restaurants and clubs continued playing loud music until around 2 a.m. If the jacuzzi has operational restrictions or maintenance issues, guests deserve a transparent explanation rather than an unconvincing one. Another major drawback is the complete lack of privacy around the jacuzzi. It is positioned immediately next to a busy restaurant, where diners have a clear view of guests using it. My partner and I felt uncomfortable being watched while trying to relax, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a room with a private jacuzzi. Finally, the breakfast was well below expectations. The selection was limited, the overall quality was poor, and hygiene standards appeared lacking. I even found a hair in my omelette (photo attached), which was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Given the access challenges, non-functional jacuzzi, lack of privacy, and disappointing breakfast, I do not believe this hotel offers good value for the price.

Η καταπληκτική θέα, οι χώροι πολύ άνετοι, η εξυπηρέτηση πολύ καλή, το τζακούζι πολύ ωραίο.

Everything was beyond expectations. The view of Caldera from my suite terrace was magical. The location was excellent very close to where a car can drop/pick up and steps from all the restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and the private hot tub was perfect for relaxation. Above all the staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate every need. Ivet at the reception is an extremely professional lady. Cannot recommend this property enough. 10/10

Wow this property was amazing, from the moment I walk in nust took my breath away with the views. Breakfast served at your balcony, having your breakfast with the view was incredible. I would stay again.

Breakfast was very bad quality though booking. Com reviews says exceptional. After having poor quality breakfast, I requested a few items n they said we don't offer like granola for the yogurt and fresh orange juice. We said fine. Then they provided. While booking the hotel, the items included bathroom robes, but there were no robes, I asked after a day, and then they provided. There is no lotion in the bathroom. The coffee maker was not provided. Instead, only water kettle was in the room. You have to request breakfast so in case you don't like any item or so there is no buffet breakfast, it's kind of fixed. This place is expansive, and they need to put how breakfast will be provided. Bedsheets didn't feel clean it felt wrinkly under the comforter.

This room did not disappoint. The view when we woke up each morning was spectacular. The breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. The staff was attentive and appears to carry our bags upon check out.

The room was outstanding. It was huge but most importantly it had a view to die for, from the terrace. AND it has a jacuzzi on the terrace so that one can soak in the warm water while watching the sunset

Nothing. Well one thing someone staying here has to to keep in mind is that there are a considerable number of stairs to negotiate. But that is the way the hotel has been constructed, on the slope, and that is how one gets the view from all the rooms.

Primeiramente o atendimento maravilhoso do senhor na recepção, e depois o quarto lindo e com uma cama muito confortável. Somente não entendo a necessidade da cama extra que tem um aspecto meio ruim - talvez pelo jogo de cama escuro e aparência de velha. Todo o resto foi incrível. O café da manhã servido na varanda é muito completo e os funcionários são muito simpáticos.

Superbe petit hôtel situé sur la caldera, où une magnifique vue vous attend pour le petit-déjeuner. Nous étions de passage une nuit, et c'était un bon point de chute pour visiter Fira. La chambre était très propre et agréable, les lits confortables. Merci!

vista sulla caldera da sogno, di notte poi ancora di più. Non verresti mai via dal terrazzo. Jacuzzi interna, letto molto comodo e rialzato, spazi enormi sia dentro che fuori. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione sul terrazzo perchè avevamo la partenza troppo presto. Comunque gran bella location

l'ombrellone sul terrazzo che non riesci a posizionare per fare ombra... e lì fuori il sole picchia duro. Le ripide scale per accedere alla camera

The hotel is perfectly located in Fira, with stunning views you'll want to stare at all day long. Our hotel breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I would 100% recommend Asteras Villas to anyone looking for a place in Santorini!

La habitación es super grande, con vistas inmejorables, el desayuno servido en la terraza no tiene precio además era muy abundante con dulce y salado y todo buenísimo, el personal de 10 sobre todo George, que hace todo lo posible para que la estancia sea perfecta, recomendable 100%

Lo único q no me gustó es que nos tocó una habitación de la parte de abajo con lo cual las escaleras eran interminables aún así repetiría sin duda

The room was perfect for watching the sunset. Eduardo was so kind and brought our luggage to the room and back up to the hotel transfer. He brought us wonderful breakfasts served to us on our beautiful deck. George was very helpful organizing any information we needed. He had great suggestions for restaurants and tours.

La terrasse n’est pas privative. Le va et vient incessant des gens sur notre terrasse ne laisse place à aucune intimité. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment basique, fait de mets de basse qualité. Rien de grec, rien qui apporte du plaisir dans la dégustation. Manque de petites attentions pour un établissement de luxe

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est super !... proche de tout avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les maisons ... Le personnel est adorable :) Et le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieu :) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !!

Posizione ineguagliabile in centro a fira e accanto ai locali migliori. Vista mozzafiato. Jacuzzi curate e sempre pulite. La suite Phoebe si trova in basso vicino al "secret path" di una bellezza straordinaria, passano gli asinelli mattina presto e sera. La colazione abbondante ed eccezionale. George di una gentilezza unica, sempre disponibile.

La vasca era riscaldata ma non adatta a giornate più fresche come quelle di inizio ottobre, si può fare il bagno ma la temperatura era comunque fresca. Il divano era macchiato e si vede che ha i suoi anni, il letto non comodissimo. Il condizionatore abbastsnza vecchio e anch'esso quasi al suo limite di età. Nel tempo avrà bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Ciò non ha comunque influito sulla bellezza del soggiorno.

立地が良かったので、バス停や有名な店などいろいろなところへアクセスしやすかった。 スタッフが優しく、ツアーの手配、タクシーの予約なども快くしてくれた。

隣のバーが12時くらいまでうるさく、部屋にまで音が響いてきた。入り口のドアノブが壊れていた。シャワールームのライトが暗かった。

Le bain à remou était tout juste tempéré. Le déjeuner était très industriel peu de produits frais. Le mobilier était assez fragile, mérite une certaine rénovation ! Léger manque de propreté (poussière). Au niveau du rapport qualité prix je dirai que nous avons plus payé la vue que l'hôtel en soi

Excellent hotel. I loved everything. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The entire setting is perfect; you can easily spend the whole day relaxing in the tub and enjoying the view. Breakfast on the balcony is a lovely way to start the day. Sunset views are amazing. The location is very central, 5 min from the bus station, very easy to reach. George is a phenomenal host: very friendly and knowledgeable. I would love to come back to this wonderful place.

We loved our night at Asteras Villas. George and Edaurdo were fantastic hosts and looked after us beautifully and went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable, helping us with our luggage and booking a Restaurant at the last minute. A lovely room with the most stunning view and a pool, perfect to hop into after a long hot day. Delicious breakfast served the next morning to enjoy on our balcony with that VIEW !!! Great location, stunning surroundings, only sad we didn't stay longer. Highly recommend.

The best location for the famous sunset view of santorini was right from our private suite porch. The staff was amazing especially yorgos he helped a lot to explore the city.

Lovely staff made my Santorini dreams come true! Epic views and experience. Highly recommend and would stay here again and again! Breakfast on the terrace is wonderful.

Location can be a bit tricky to find but once you know where it is, you're good... It's truly in the heart of Fira!
