La habitación, muy pequeña, sin ventana. El baño más pequeño aún, incómodo para la ducha que además no tenía el soporte bien y se mojaba todo el suelo de agua

Het is een hele gezellige riad op een goede locatie, personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Prima voor een paar dagen Marrakech. Het dakterras is wel een pluspunt.

Wij vonden de matrassen erg hard, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Posizione in una via fuori dal casino ma a portata di mano per raggiungere qualsiasi posto velocemente a piedi. I ragazzi del Riad sono stati fantastici nella loro accoglienza e disponibilità e ci siamo sentiti come a casa

Le Riad est très bien située, connaissant bien Marrakech l’emplacement est idéale. Le personnel est accueillant et notre chambre très propre. Le petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Nous avons pu profiter de l’extérieur et de mettre nos pieds dans la piscine malgré le temps

Es war die perfekte Unterkunft. Lage hervorragend. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Medina waren gut zu erreichen hen. Lediglich die Gärten haben wir mit dem Auto besucht.Es gab in der Nähe Parkplätze für das Auto. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war ein Traum (natürlich wetterabhängig). Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, estão sempre bem disposto e prontos a ajudar. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom, todos os dias tem alguma coisa diferente. O transfer do riad para o aeroporto funciona bem e é acessível. No último dia, existe a possibilidade de guardarem as nossas mochilas após o check-out, e deixam usufruir do espaço do riad, o que facilita muito.

Existem quartos sem janelas. O ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem. Dentro do quarto não estava quente, no entanto houve noites que estava mais fresco. Mas disponibilizaram um edredom extra.

La amabilidad y la constante atención del personal para ayudarnos en todo momento de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar, así como indicarnos los sitios a donde teníamos que ir, entregarnos mapas de la ciudad y el recorrido. También nos proporcionaron traslados desde el aeropuerto al Riad y regreso, recogiéndonos ellos personalmente en la zona donde te deja el coche ( ya que no se permiten coches en la Medina, porque no caben ) y dirigirnos hasta el Riad ya que es un auténtico laberinto.

Lo único a destacar es que no hay caja de seguridad en la habitación y no te limpian la habitación en todo la estancia que estuvimos de 3 noches.

Would have been nice if you buy drinks (non-alc) at the Rooftop. Rooftop and riad was calm and quiet, all though it is situated in the middle of the medina. Breakfast Could use some variation as it was the same for 6 days. Rooms were a bit cold but AC helped. All though it is written that they had a hammam, they do Not!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended some good restaurants, let us keep our luggage there after we checked out so we could still enjoy the city for another day before our onward travel. The rooftop was gorgeous, the interior design was lovely especially the stained glass windows!

It was a little noisy at times due to building renovations and the plumbing was a little smelly although that may be typical in the nrighbourhood.

El Riad es muy bonito. Tiene una terraza increíble y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. El desayuno muy bueno. Y los dos chicos que nos atendieron, muy muy amables y majos.

El camino hasta el Riad puede ser un poco oscuro, pero aún así vale la pena 100%. El baño de nuestra habitación era un poco pequeño.

Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einem Tee begrüßt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Schöne gemütliche Zimmer mit typischem Riad Flair mit Dachterrasse. Tolle Lage um die Medina zu erkunden.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce riad à Marrakech, du début à la fin. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, varié et préparé avec soin. Le lieu est magnifique, plein de charme et parfaitement entretenu. Un grand merci également aux personnes sur place : leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence. Tout était parfait. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff with smile and great cup of tea. They gave me a tour around the hotel. They helped me to get a table at a restaurant. Answered all my questions and gave me some advice on Marrakesh activities.

The location was excellent. The Riad is tucked away in a quiet corner of the Medina so it’s quiet, but it is only a few streets from all of the shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Lahcen went above and beyond to help us find a hamman on a very busy Saturday, and even guided us to the spa (a 20 minute walk). All of the staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast on the terrace was really nice with a combination of yogurts, juice, coffee and tea, breads and other pastries.

The Riad is very clean and our room was very large. The Riad is not fancy, but is comfortable and welcoming.

The Roof is really Nice and the staff is the best, he waited for us until 1am when our flight was delayed. Nice tea, good breakfast, clean rooms!

The location in regards to being in the heart of Medina and nice staff

The bathroom/shower was almost impossible to use. It was extremely small and the shower was installed too high and angled directly to the wall. Super annoying design and lack of practicality. The towels and sheets were not clean and the heat was not working properly (almost not at all).

Our stay at Riad Zazz was excellent. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the Medina, within walking distance of the souks and virtually all the main sights. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always on hand to assist and answer questions. Breakfast was good, and the riad was consistently clean and well maintained. Should we ever return to Marrakech, Riad Zazz will be our first choice!

La ubicación de este riad es muy buenas, esta en la medina a 5 minutos de todo. fácil de llegar tanto por la parte del aparcamiento o por la plaza. la habitación esta correcta, limpieza y cama perfecta.

hay dos cosas que tienen que mejorar. 2 veces nos quedamos sin agua caliente y tuvimos que duchar con agua fria. baje a la recepción hable con el chico pero no hizo nada. y el desayuno lo veo muy justo en cantidad. el sitio es agradable la terraza al sol se estaba muy bien. pero las cantidad de comida muy justa, nos pusieron unos bizcochos que estaban secos y duros. es muy mejorable. es lo unico que no nos gusto.

Riad Zazz is very well located, just 5 minutes from the main square, Jemaa el-Fna. The courtyard of the riad is also nicely renovated. The guys at the reception were nice and friendly and they prepared an early take away breakfast for us.

Be very careful when booking, because one of the rooms in the riad doesn't have a window. This is not clearly visible on the picture. We coudl exchange our room luckily, but the other one wasn't fully prepared and cleaned.

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und das Bad war so klein, dass man erst in die Dusche treten musste, um zur Toilette zu kommen.

Gentillesse du personnel avec qui nous avons eu de bonnes discussions. Grand espace sur la terrasse agréable pour se poser au coucher du soleil. Situation idéale tout en restant calme.

We were welcomed from the start. The staff made me a delicious birthday cake. The Riad is beautiful. Staff helped with our connections / taxi bookings and ideas for places to visit. They couldn’t have been more help. Many thanks!

Being December it was colder than usual and raining. Our room was on the cold side, but the staff provided us with a heater when we asked. A cover for the rain and to keep heat in the courtyard would be a good idea for the winter

The location is right in the touristic center, but still calm. The rooftop is nice.

The shower was broken. The toilet flushing spit out water all over the place. The shower sink started smelling from the sewer. The room was super dark with some strong white light. Felt a bit more like a basement room than a cozy room.

Para llegar es muy complicado

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns in diesem wunderschönen und zentral gelegenen Riad direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gibt überall gemütliche Ecken, leckeren Tee und die Dachterrasse eignet sich super für ein Frühstück in der Sonne und bietet einen Tollen Ausblick beim Sonnenuntergang.

Die Dusche hat uns ein paar Probleme gemacht und hätte besser funktionieren können, aber wir kamen klar. Außerdem wären ein paar Kleiderhaken oder -bügel nicht verkehrt gewesen.

Precioso Riad en el corazón de la medina. El personal es muy amable y simpático. La terraza es espectacular con unas vistas de la cuidad increíbles, un lujo desayunar allí, muy rico todo también. Se encuentra en un callejón que parece algo siniestro pero es seguro. El último día guardaron nuestras mochilas y nos imprimieron la tarjeta de embarque. Muy recomendado!

Me decepcionó un poco que al reservar, tanto en las fotos de la habitación como en la descripción, ponía que la habitación tenía una bañera, cuando en realidad era un ducha, en parte reservamos el riad por eso.

The rooms are so beautifully decorated. It is in a great location on the edge of the medina. Breakfast was great and the views from the breakfast room is spectacular.

manca un frigo in camera la disposizione delle prese, a parte le due accanto al letto e' assurda, a meta' altezza sul muro senza nulla sotto o a circa 1,7 m sopra il divano non c'e cassaforte in camera solo 4 appendini di numero non sono accettate le carte di credito, alcuni prezzi sono in euro Tra l'altro non ho avuto ricevute di pagamento per i servizi di guida e tour per circa 200 euro, cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso. Per il check out mi e' stato detto che era alle 11.30 invece che alle 12, una minuzia ma anche una scocciatura inutile

Super nice staff who helped with everything. Also clean and close to Jema El-Fna. Breakfast is perfect. Only downside is that it is tucked down in an alley that looks closed, which makes it a bit difficult to find the first time.

sehr gute Lage und trotz des lebendigen Virtels kann man gut im Riad entspannen und auch Nachts ist es nicht laut was für einen angenehmen Schlaf garantiert. Super Personal, zugänglich, immer präsent und sehr hilfreich

Beim Frühstück gab es sehr viele Bienen was dem Ambiente etwas ungelegen kam. Grundsätzlich aber sehr friedliches Volk aber nichts für etwas ängstliche Personen.

Mitten in der Medina. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

El lugar tiene un encanto único, te contextualiza de inmediato con la cultura marroquí. El personal es muy atento a las necesidades de sus huéspedes te hacen sentir muy cómodos. Una sugerencia a quienes vayan por primera vez a Marruecos para que no les pase lo que a nosotros nos pasó, contraten el servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al Raid porque en la Medina los callejones son muy confusos, estresantes y la cantidad de gente es abrumadora, mejor si te llevan, no es mucha la diferencia y lo vale.

Det ligger super centralt. Personalet er meget søde og hjalp os også med både chauffør, restaurant anvisninger samt arrangerede en buggy-tur i Agafay. Alt virkelig fint!

Super mooie ligging in de oude medina! Vlak bij het drukke plein maar de Riad is erg rustig gelegen. Een mooi dakterras met zwembad en super vriendelijk personeel! Ze geven goede tips en niets is teveel gevraagd. Zeker een aanrader voor als je op zoek bent naar een schone, rustige Riad maar toch in het centrum wil verblijven.

Definitely the staff. Both Lahssans were professional and super friendly and they made the stay so special. It was well situated. Very quiet, no noise from the Medina at all. Had everything you need. It is a lovely spot with such a homely feel. We felt so welcome and relaxed it was like we were in a home. Breakfast were tasty and generous.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent - they really went out of their way to make us welcome, even washing our clothes after a biking adventure in the desert.

The room - it had no windows which wasn’t what the pictures showed when we booked - it was claustrophobic and stuffy. That said, it was clean and pretty.

The location is in the middle of Medina, we knew it. The stuff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop terrasse.

De riad was in slechte staat, foto’s op site kwamen niet overeen met de kamer, muren die barsten, het terras was niet aangenaam, verduurde ligstoelen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Riad sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm ruhig, das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns das hausgemachte Frühstück – einfach köstlich! Die Lage ist perfekt, alles lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner, ruhiger und entspannter Ort, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Es gab ein kleines Missverständnis bei der Buchung: In Booking stand, dass die Unterkunft einen Parkplatz hat, das war aber nicht der Fall. In der Nähe gibt es jedoch ein Parkhaus für ca. 100 Dirham pro Tag.

De gastvrijheid van de hosts. Ze zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam niks is te veel. Echt top! Kamer is netjes, goed bed, airco ter beschikking, lekker rustig.

Bel Riad nella Medina a 5 minuti dalla piazza El Fna, ma in un vicoletto un po’ defilato non lontano dal parcheggio taxi. Poche camere molto curate intorno alla corte centrale, bellissima la terrazza dove si consuma la colazione. Personale molto molto accogliente, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato.
