Reviewed Apr 17, 2026This is an 11 out of 10 for me! Check in process was a bit serious and they needed to have an Indian reference. For a foreigner that can be quite something to ask. HOWEVER.. Their service is outstanding! From the receptionist, to the bell boy. From the security guard to the kitchen chef. And from the housekeeping people to the kind and good looking people in the restaurant! ♡ Treatment was so outstanding that it almost made me a bit awkward hahahha! Room was also great with a practicle little desk for some laptop work or writing. And the shower.... its been the best shower i have had since 2 months on the road! And laundry service very professional. Book this hotel (unless you come with a negative attitude ) and you wont regret it! Be kind, and get treated that way ^^ I will definitelly look out if there are more TaraSuns hotels anywhere i go. Forward my sincere thank you to the staffmembers to whoever may read this! ♡ Peace

Shame that the Restaurant which also entertains International Clients didn’t have Hash Browns for Breakfast!! Toilet had very cheap plastic seat and cover which came off but rectified quickly.

While Booking time "Booking.com" showed property with swimming pool.My childrens exited but No swimming pool was there,So we chech out room within one day and approached another property. We depent booking.com fpr a proper booking and misguided me.Next time onwards we are suppose to book through another because "Booking.com" swas not trustable.

Location shown on map on Booking.com is completely inaccurate! Hotel is 2 miles west in Gotri and not in Alkapuri! Personally I regard this as misleading information as I booked it based on Booking.com map location. No email communication or confirmation from Hotel even via Booking.com. It took two long phone calls to Booking.com to get info back from hotel about late check in request and also discrepancy regarding location! Large Events Hall in the hotel means it can be noisy when functions are taking place on 5th Floor.

Hotel is very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner service, although pure veg, has so much variety and delicious . Location is good and tourist sites easily reachable. Highly recommended and will definitely use again

Room size is adequate and offers comfort and all facilities like setting room temperature, tv setup, room services. Bathroom are great size specially for the family rooms. Hotel offers car valet parking service which is a plus. Thank you
I felt ID checks at check in time were bit excessive. I had to provide not only passport but other form of ids for each person including children of toddler range. It's great from safety and all but seems excessive and unnecessary for a family who wanted seemless check-in.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2024Hotel is well constructed & has generously sized room & bathroom which are clean & well maintained. It doesn't appears to be a very old construction. Staff in the restaurant is polite & willing to help.
Staff at front office should be trained professionally - they need to be polite & efficient. It appears that as per the hotel policy, they shall issue only 1 key (card) per room. They have an access controlled glass door before you reach your room. Hence it is very inconvenient if there are 2 guests in a room - they cannot move independently. Check ins / outs are slow. Breakfast spread & taste could be much better.
