I stayed here for two nights. The room had a beautiful view and was clean. The pool was really nice, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay!

The best accommodation we've had in Bali! Guys were super useful with amazing tips and the place is just golden. The driveway was a bit hidden and the "parking lot" was too but the place was perfect. I advise you to get in room number 2 as it has the most amazing view out of all the rooms.

Excellent location, outside the crowded centre of Ubud. Staff very friendly, accomodation is super clean - would be somewhere we’d definitely come back. Views to rice fields were 10/10

The villa was in the middle of a rice field, the view was incredible. The owner was very kind and helpful.

This is the green and more local side of Ubud. 360 degrees out of the room you look into rice fields. Motorbike rentals are nearby and with a motorbike you reach everything you might want very quickly. We did not even once drive into Ubud centre, because the north is so pretty and green and less crowded. We also flew our drone from the balcony with incredible footage.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. La struttura era molto curata, tutto era nuovo. Posizione estremamente tranquilla, colazione abbondante e molto buona. L’host é stato molto disponibile, sia a trovare driver, lezioni di yoga o ristoranti che nel prepararci la colazione all’orario che preferivamo (anche molto presto)

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. C’était le meilleur logement que nous avons eu en 5 mois en Asie. Tout était parfait : Propreté et confort. Emplacement un peu excentré mais idéal pour se poser avec une magnifique vue sur les rizières. Vous pouvez également louer un scooter directement la ba et faire votre linge. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable ! Le personnel au petit soin et d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Je recommande absolument ce logement ! Allez-y les yeux fermés

I loved everything about my stay. The room was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable. Every morning, a fresh breakfast was prepared, and the host was incredibly warm and hospitable. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful they were, from assisting me with taking me to money exchange to adjusting my breakfast time on the day I had an early tour. They went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable.

Nothing to complain about. Everything met my expectations, and I had a wonderful stay.

The villa contains three very clean and comfortable apartments, which get cleaned every day. The breakfast is excellent. It contains different options and you always get fruit, juice and coffee or tea with it. The owner is very friendly and can help you to manage different things. He got us a good private driver. It has a good and quiet location, around 20 minutes from Ubud and 40 minutes from Kintamani, so it is also ideal if you want to do the Batur sunrise trekking. There is also a good restaurant for dinner, Diwali, nearby.

La vila est située au milieu des rizières au calme avec une vue incroyable dès le levé du jour. Des chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées. Les hôtes ont été adorables et aux petits soins pour rendre ce séjour inoubliable … Pour le dernier jour à la demande de notre fille, le petit déjeuner nous a été servi dans un énorme coeur flottant au bord de la piscine . Merci beaucoup pour cette douce attention.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! 🙏The place is beautiful, and waking up to the breathtaking view every morning was unforgettable. The breakfasts were simple, fresh, and delicious. The biggest highlight, however, was the owner. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. He organized a very meaningful local ceremony for us, shared a lot about Balinese traditions and culture, and even welcomed us into a small part of his own daily life, which made our experience feel authentic and personal. He also gave us honest advice about transportation and local prices. His hospitality made our stay truly special. If we ever return to Ubud, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! J’y ai passé un séjour particulièrement reposant. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité. Tout au long de mon séjour, j’ai été accueilli avec le sourire et une grande attention. L’emplacement est excellent, les locaux sont très agréables et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié chaque matin. Après huit jours passés dans cet établissement, je ne peux que le recommander chaleureusement. Tout était parfait et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil exceptionnel !

Отличные номера, новый ремонт, огромная душевая комната, уборка каждый день. 3. Коммуникабельность, любые вопросы решались максимально оперативно 4. Удобная локация, недалеко от центра города 5. Очень удобная кровать, каждый день меняли воду, круглосуточно можно было сделать кофе 6. Даже средство от насекомых стояло

Все на высшем уровне, видно что человек дорожит репутацией, очень рекомендую!

The room was spacious, new and clean, There was not mamy People in the object so we felt almost like in private villa with private pool. There was hot water in The shower. Host helped us arrange nice taxi driver who drove us everywhere during our stay.

Juraría que tenían termo para agua caliente pero en nuestra habitación no funcionó cosa que no nos importó pero yo lo comprobaría al llegar a la habitación.

It’s near the rice fields 🌸the view in the mornings is just perfect, you get that golden sun shining through the windows. It’s so quiet and away from ubud central. Maybe about 16-20 minutes, which is great.🌸 the view on the way to Ubud central is also so beautiful. The owner was amazing and always on top of the inquires I had. His such a sweet soul🌸 The staff is also so kind and friendly. I enjoyed the banana pancakes 🥞 and the fried noodles with eggs in the morning. Also you get fruit on the side. Definitely a breakfast I’m going to miss!🌸 Honestly if I could rate this villa over 10 I would! 🌸 100% recommend staying here. I will definitely be staying here all the time when I visit Ubud Also you have to try the Bali coffee in the morning with your breakfast!🌸

Estuve en la habitación de arriba y la vista es expectacular, amanecer ahí no tiene precio. La habitación super bonita y muy cuidado, todos los detalles, agua muy caliente y con buena presión, cama gigante y comodisima. Wifi muy bien.El dueno encantador y desayuno riquísimo. De verdad, quedate ahi porque es es una experiencia ! pide la habitacion 2 o 3 !!

Het was heel afgelegen van de plekken wat wij wilden zien. Als je niet persee naar het centrum van Ubud wilt, dan is het een toplocatie.

Las vistas y la habitación están genial!!! Solo hay 3 habitaciones en la villa, por lo que super Si puedes pide una de las dos del piso de arriba, estuvimos abajo que también super pero las vistas deben ser preciosas desde arriba. La piscina genial! Esta a 15’ de ubud, pero alquilamos scooter y la verdad es que mucha más tranquilidad y estábamos genial

El desayuno podría ser mejor! No estaba mal pero se podría mejorar

Its beautiful and cozy with wonderful views all around. By night you might hear the frogs but that is it. Its very nice, spacious, clean and with very kind stuff.

Su situación en medio del arrozal hace que sea un sitio para pasar rato de contemplación. Sus instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y limpias, solo que se encuentra alejado de la zona de restaurantes

Villa çok temiz , büyük odalara ve müthiş pirinç tarla manzarası mevcut . 5 gün konakladık çok memnun kaldık ! Ubud tekrar gelirsem mutlaka tercih edeceğim . Lezzetli kahvaltıları için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Villa bellissima con vista wow, super pulito. Ogni mattina buona colazione e il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare uno scooter per girare l'isola. È un'ottima posizione a 15 m da Ubud e comodo per girare l'isola nord/est

È un consiglio...mettere un cartello della villa perché sia noi che i driver, quando usati, hanno fatto fatica a trovare la stradina di accesso ed andavano sempre dal vicino

Logement au milieu des rizières, cadre incroyable. Chambre bien aménagée, déco faite avec goût, clim, par chambre coin table chaise en extérieur. Piscine.

Trop éloigné des points d'intérêt, petit déjeuner industriel qui ferait mieux de ne pas être proposé, peu d'amplitude de service et servi systématiquement en retard . Espace cuisine sale, pas rangé, poubelles non vidées, pas de micro ondes. Chambre non faite tous les jours , il a fallu le demander. Pas de serviettes de piscine, jardin pas assez entretenu, pas assez de transats et tables de déjeuner pour les 3 chambres. Adresse compliquée à trouver pour les livraisons et arrivées. Chemin d'accès difficile et non aménagé panneau indispensable à l'entrée. Pour tempérer, le propriétaire est venu les derniers jours et certaines choses ont été rectifiées. Une personne est présente tout le temps sur place ce qui devrait permettre que ce soit vraiment bien. Problèmes de wifi récurrents dûs aux orages nous supposons.

Wunderschöne Villa in traumhafter Lage – ruhig, mit tollen Panoramafenstern und umgeben von Natur. Das selbstgemachte Frühstück war köstlich, der Besitzer super nett und herzlich. Ein entspannter, chilliger Ort zum Abschalten – absolut empfehlenswert!

Todo estaba muy bien y todo es tal cual en la foto. Muy recomendable. Lo único en el desayuno me faltaba café hecho (ya que ellos mismos hacen un buen desayuno). Daban sobres de nescafe.

Super schöne Einrichtung und Aussicht! Wir haben es dort sehr genossen. Der Pool war super sauber, die Inhaber / Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ordentlich - wir können es jedem empfehlen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber wurde immer frisch zubereitet :)

Die Unterkunft liegt mit dem Roller circa 15min von Ubud entfernt. Für uns war das okay sollte aber berücksichtigt werden.

Amazing stay with stunning views. Such a peaceful escape from the bustle of the main area. Rooms were cleaned well every day. Breakfast was made to order. Staff go above and beyond, and we really appreciated them throughout.

Shower only ran hot water for around 5 minutes.

Estuvimos 5 noches y la experiencia fue increíble. Está cerca de ubud a unos 20 minutos en moto, lo que es perfecto para desconectar y estar alejado del bullicio de la ciudad y a la vez tener un punto de partida más cercano hacia el centro/norte de la isla. El alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, Komang nos trató muy bien, muy atento en todo momento, nos consiguió una moto rapidísimo y preparaba unos desayunos riquísimos (la omelette estaba de 10) En definitiva las vistas, la ubicación y el servicio nos encantó. Repetiríamos 100%

Nos ha encantado! Las vistas son preciosas. La cama super cómoda, la habitación amplia. El desayuno muy rico en especial los huevos revueltos y el banana bread espectacular. Personal muy amable, agradable y siempre ofreciendo recomendaciones. Ubud está a 20 minutos en moto aprox. La ciudad tiene muchísima gente, tráfico etc y se agradece la tranquilidad de este sitio.

Owner were very friendly, kind and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast is handmade everyday according to your order the day before. Laundry was quick and reasonable. Overall I loved the stay!

A few minor improvements are possible. Grab drivers get confused because there are 2 entrances from the main road and one of them go to another villa. Maybe a sign could solve that problem. Secondly, the breakfast (which we appreciate a lot) could be improved because Bali has many beautiful local products. For example I would love a good coffee instead of nescafe or freshly squized orange juice instead of a market product. But they are really kind so the above are very minor flaws for us.

Everything was fantastic. Apartments were very clean, the location is in ricefield and jungle. For the Ubud experience was everything that we wanted. House owner even organised us transport for very good price and gave tips for travelling! 100% recommend 🙏

I enjoyed staying in this villa, everything was as described and the view was excellent. I was able to recharge here and feel at home even if it was for a short stay. Thank you Komang for your kindess and small, I hope I can come back :)

The location is calm but a bit hard to find

If you're looking for a calm and quiet place to stay we recommend to chose this one. The owner's hospitality and service, his help & support were amazing. After we arrived by taxi, he immediately helped us to organize a scooter rental. Only 15-20mins away from Ubud centre, as well as 20mins from the water temple, and waterfalls, 40mins from coffee and rice fields, we had everything we wanted to visit within few minutes ride. His breakfasts were fabulous. On top, he was very kind, helpful and supportive. And, we had a very modern, calm, nice, clean and tidy place to stay. Exactly what we wished for.

The villa is beautiful and being surrounded by rice padis makes it very special.

The breakfast was rather simple. A larger selection would help. Also the room is missing complimentary coffe or tea

Everything was perfect! From the staff to the breakfast to the beautiful rice terrace , we had just arrived in Bali (32 hours travel) and this was the perfect place to unwind and have a peaceful great sleep ! When we woke up the staff was there and cooked us the most incredible authentic Balinese breakfast. While we were concerned about Bali belly it was totally fine! Would highly reccomend !

Even before our arrival, they contacted us to ask if we needed a transfer, so when we landed, a driver was already waiting for us — the trip to the villa was very comfortable. Our first impressions were amazing, and throughout our stay, they only got better: the villa is absolutely beautiful, with panoramic windows, spotlessly clean, cozy, and surrounded by breathtaking views of rice fields on all sides. When we booked the villa, we already thought it looked great, but the reality exceeded all our expectations — it turned out to be even better than we imagined! The breakfasts deserve a special mention — they were delicious, homemade, and prepared with love. The staff were always ready to help: they contacted us in advance to arrange a motorbike, and the next morning after our arrival, the bike was already waiting for us at the villa — everything was organized smoothly and without any hassle. A very special thank you to the kindest person — Komang! His care, attention, and genuine desire to make our stay perfect made this trip truly warm and unforgettable. Thank you so much for the warmth, cleanliness, and comfort — we can't wait to come back again and again!
