Lovely apartment in a good location. I had a room at the rear, lot of traffic noise at front. The owner switched me to a rear room no problem

The apartment was great in all regards, I little difficult for an older person to lift a heavy suitcase up the stairs but that's not anyone's fault

Sadly we did not enjoy Hanoi as a destination, again that is personal preference only not the apartment's, if Hanoi and that part of it is for you this is a good option.

The apartment is stunning. Perfect for 4 people and has cooking and washing facilities. We received great communication from the owner who responds in minutes. Very clear check in instructions. Booked a second stay as we liked it so much!

The property was spacious and clean, cleaner came everyday and was very friendly and kind. Very hot water which was nice. Only downside was the lack of natural light it felt like it was always night time but otherwise also has good facilities stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine

Entry at night can be a little difficult as you have to enter through a shop

Really enjoyed our stay at An Suites in Hanoi! It’s in a safe, quiet spot tucked behind a small shop, just steps from the Temple of Literature. The Old Quarter is about a 30-minute walk away, which made exploring super easy. Cozy place, great location. Thre are some noises at night that sound like a generator or washing machine which was frustrating. Apart from that, a good stay.

+ The location is OK - close to the Temple of Literature. Not too far from most attractions. Close to a busy street, but shielded from noise. - The toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor. The kitchen would benefit from a mug or two.

Really nice appartment, really walkable to anything an attractions. We feel like we at home. We will definitely come back to this place if we are coming back to Hanoi. Clean and spacious. Highly recommend

Very noisy in apartments that have street views. Doors do not close off completely, it's a loose fit so all the noise just enters the apartment.

It was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. Bed was so lovely and comfy! The kitchen was nice to have but didn’t have a ton of equipment, we were able to message the owner though and they brought us some missing pieces. Got fresh towels everyday too!

Bit far from old quarter, but we walked everyday through lovely neighbourhoods - about 30 mins

The location is nearby the city center. The owner is nice and helpful.

I had to change rooms because the first one was much smaller than it looked in the pictures and had issues with the bathroom. The bathroom was very tiny (the shower was literally on top of the toilet), water leaked everywhere, and the open drainage caused a strong, unpleasant smell. After waiting three days, I moved to a second apartment, which was better, but the first placedefinitely needs improvement. In total, I stayed for a week.

Everything the owner the cleaner and the staff the room is massive everything you need is there the water pressure is excellent the bathroom and all the appartment is great.

I liked everything about this place I booked for 2 weeks and then extended my stay for another 12 days it was faultless.

Fabulous property with two spacious double bedrooms. Plenty of hot water and a washer dryer. Slightly out of the old quarter but you could walk it. Definitely recommend it especially for the price. Great communication from the hosts and easy entry to the property even though we got there really late.

The apartment itself is very nice, is spacious, is Clean it has good internet and good amenities like a fridge a fully equipped kitchen.. the bathroom is good, it has a washing machine which is great if you staying for long… bed is comfortable and has 2 big spacious wardrobes plus extra storage which is fantastic.. air conditioning works perfectly fine, good TV with Netflix, a Sofa etc..

The entrance to the apartment is through a Shop so you need to go pass through the shop every time u get in and/or out, there is a lot of stairs, lack of utensils in the kitchen like spoons or forks or muga to drink coffee, all of that is fine not a big deal, now the only real problem is the noises, this apartment/building was extremely noisy at night, u can hear water pipes, doors being slammed, motorbikes, cars etc, so if you are a light sleeper you going to suffer!

Great apartment; clean and well-maintained; complete amenities for a very decent price. We stayed in a 2-bedroom for 2 weeks and had no problem at all. We can cook and do laundry, iron, really everything you can do in an apartment. Host was very helpful and responsive. We had a good time and there's nothing to complain about.

Location is outside of Old Quarter, so you need to take a taxi or rideshare to get to where most touristy stuff are. But rideshare is incredibly cheap at around $1.50 per ride, and it's a short 10-15 min ride, so I don't think it's a big issue.

The apartment was very clean, renovated, comfortable. It is located on the outskirts of the historic center but the distances are easily walkable. Our host was extremely responsive and helped us a lot during our stay.

It was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and the shower was great! Also the owners were very friendly

The accommodation is very spacious, looks exactly like in the photo. The location is perfect, close to the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (walking distance), to the city centre is about 15 minutes by taxi (or you can use public transportation- bus number 02 is nearby). The room service came every day to change the towels, every day we received bottles of water, toothbrushes. In the bathroom they have shampoo and shower gel, also hair dryer. You can also wash your clothes there. We were really satisfied and would definitely stay here again :)

There are no windows - but it is not a big problem, there are multiple ACs and fans inside (at least no insect inside). The kitchen is not fully equipped (they have microwave, cooking stove, kettle, a few pans) but no cutlery. But besides that everything was amazing.

I lived here during the storm. The house is cozy and great structure, nice furniture with new design. When there was many house and tree collapsed this house kept me safe and sound. This room is large and clean.

Excellent apartment, very comfy, clean and affordable. The owner was very kind and helpfull for all of our needs. The nicest stay of us in Vietnam. Highly recommending!

So happy we decided to stay in this gorgeous suites. Tucked away out of the noise but once out the front door you're right in the old quarter, near central. We booked a studio balcony room (only 2 of us). Incredibly spacious room with extremely comfortable bed , lovely walk in shower, sitting area, a separate desk and a large balcony with table and chairs. Staff were delightful and so keen to assist. Special thanks to front desk staff Erik who went above and beyond for his assistance with recommendations. The assets of this hotel is the staff who made this hotel a successful stay. Stay here if you're in Hanoi, highly recommended.
