Nic się nie podobało, klimat straszny, personel po przyniesieniu walizki, wyciągnięciu ręki mówi do mnie ,,TIP” , co to ma być ? Było obrzydliwie, zasłony brudne, drzwi jak by miały się rozpaść, straszny kurz, grzyb w łazience, poduszki jakbyś na skale spał, meble również z grzybem, ogólnie NIE POLECAM, nie pchajcie się w to.

URGENT to read ……..: the facility has 0 maintenance, very unhelpful staff, rooms smell very bad and smell cigarettes, bed mattresses smell sweat, room furniture is mostly broken, 0 cleanliness, wet moquette , air conditioning dripping water … i literally could have paid this in a normal chalet 2 beds in marina instead other than paying that and waiting good service and hospitality and cleanliness ???? Such places need audit from your side before placing rates else you lose credibility with you customers and given that this is the 1st time for me to use and given the mistake that happened booking agora

The shower water pressure was a bit weak

i recently stayed at Marina Plaza Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere of the place is genuinely calming perfect for anyone looking to relax. The hotel’s view is beautiful and adds a lot to the stay. I also appreciated the staff; they were supportive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience smoother and more comfortable

there are a few areas that need improvement. The furniture is noticeably old and could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise nice ambiance. Additionally, maintenance needs to be enhanced, as some facilities feel outdated and require better attention.

Extremely disappointing stay. Definitely not worth the price. I paid over EGP 5,500 for a single room for one night without breakfast, simply because of the hotel’s excellent location near the Roman Theater. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. * The first room I was given was on the ground floor, directly facing the swimming pool, with constant noise from children, making it impossible to relax. * The balcony door in the first room would not close or lock properly, which is a serious safety and security concern. * After I complained, I was moved to the room next door. My question is: if the second room was perfectly fine, why wasn’t I given that room from the beginning? * In the second room, another guest was sitting directly outside my balcony smoking. The cigarette smoke filled my room, so I went outside and politely asked him not to smoke there. He left, but returned again around 6:00 a.m., brought another chair, sat directly outside my balcony, continued smoking, and kept coughing, which was extremely disturbing after I had just returned from the concert. When I complained about this to the reception, their response was: “Why didn’t you call us? We operate 24 hours a day.” This is simply not a valid excuse. I had just returned from the concert completely exhausted and had only managed to sleep for about an hour. It is unreasonable to expect a guest to wake up and call reception to solve a problem that should never have happened in the first place. Guests pay for comfort and rest, not to spend their stay reporting problems that could and should have been prevented. * The air conditioner was in poor condition, and one of its louvers was literally held in place with a piece of plastic. * The batteries in all three remote controls (TV, air conditioner, and satellite receiver) had leaked and become badly corroded, making them barely functional. This clearly reflects a serious lack of basic maintenance. * The bathroom drain

All the Facilities are not good ever

It was our second time, thanks alot to MR.mohamed na3em and the reservation staff they gave us wonderful room with beautiful view . Room service and delivery staff were helpful. Special thank to s3ood he never late on transfer our baggage.

Maintenance need to be improved in order to end any problems that may occur however the reception replied to solve any problem .

The staff were very friendly and helpful , I really appreciate MR. Mohammed Naeem efforts, he response for any request quickly whether in the hotel or outside. special thanks for mr.ahmed in the reception desk, the room service were helpful and solve any problems . Also the bag holder named so3ood was very kind . We really enjoy our time and our accommodation was very good and fit to the affordable price .

It was unsafe, the property did not have a fence. The property was not safe. The doors of the room did not lock. The room was FILTHY, the bathroom was horrible. It was the worst experience of my life. I didnt stay for my whole stay and i checked out early.

The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The beachfront is particularly suitable for families, including young children and babies, offering a safe and relaxing environment. Overall, the property delivers great value for money. With just a few minor enhancement. particularly in carpentry and painting the place could elevate from good to exceptional. One aspect I found less appealing was the loud music at the pool, which affected the privacy and tranquility for guests seeking a more peaceful experience.

The resort was located close to the beach.

We were not advised that the resort had completely closed down . There wasn't anyone in sight for miles. No amenities, no ATM, no Uber to go off sight. This resort shouldn't have accepted the booking, knowing fully well that this place was a ghost town.

I Liked how friendly and nice the staff are, very helpful and supporting.

I didn't like the size of room for 3 persons, no much facilities. Electricity at the room needed fixing, bathroom is very small, design is not good and black wallpaper needs change or get removed. Quality in bedrooms and hotel needs improvement.

It's difficult to tell if I really liked anything about the stay.

1.Location is outside the main Marina places like Marina 4 to 7 which are far better.Only one restaurant nearby to eat. 2.even if it's said that it's a beach front it's not.it is a lake front. 3.room was clean only on first day,the bathrooms floor remained wet all the time.the drainage for bathroom was not good.Basin was leaking. 4.They give very low quality blanket.it was very thin and not a usual type which you generally get in all the hotels. 5.Breakfast is very poor just a cake pizza and that you get the same type daily. 6.Some staff persons were helpfull.Some are not. 7.They give you one wrist band and says that with this band as we have booked the resort you can get a taxi or cab to commute within all the Marina for free.However there also we were had to pay to taxi persons twice and that too more than what it costs.Only once a staf person came to pick us up.so it's not always what the staff persons tells you 8.one of the staff person help us to arrange a taxi for us to travel to nearby places however he litrally charged us twice.It was very frustrating experience. ultimately he just wanted some money. We were trapped in a situation where we had to pay. He even requested us not to put bad review at the end. 9.while checking out as we were waiting for our taxi and had not vacated our room.They took our luggage without asking us.Thrown out our water bottles outside without asking us and when my husband questioned about all this they just said nothing. So the overall experience with Marina plaza was very very bad.

Amazing 5 star service! Although Marina 1 isn’t the best, it’s quiet and doesn’t have anything however the staff here (especially Mr. Khalid) make your stay worth it. From the first minute he made sure our stay was smooth. We requested to be checked in a day earlier and he accommodated us. We didnt arrive until after the reception was closed yet Mr. Khalid made sure he stayed behind to help us with our check in process. Check in and check out were smooth sailing they’d took less than a minute. Mr. Khalid and his team are very understanding, very helpful and to a wonderful team! They offer free car service to the other marinas, and have great ideas for itineraries. They are also able to change things around as much as possible to accommodate their guests. Mr. Khalid created the best customer experience for our family. The suite was clean, modern and has a nice view. All in all I recommend you stay here, you will not regret it! Staying here will give you the opportunity to have a quiet relaxed night when you feel like it and an amazing crazy night at the marina next door when you want to party. We are definitely coming back! Thank you Mr. Khalid, please thank your team from us as well.
