The owner was very decent and helpful. Communication was easy from day one. The chalet was very clean and the view was very nice from the terrace.

There were a lot of stairs which was difficult for my parents with back and heart problems.

From the moment we booked, the communication with the owner was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful, making the entire process seamless. Her respect and professionalism were evident in every interaction, which we greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the place spotlessly clean, incredibly well-prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hospitality extended to us was warm and genuine, adding a lovely personal touch to our visit.

The outdoor space in the balcony areas is great for a big family & has a nice breeze. The owner is easy & a very courteous person. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Chalet was extremely clean full of facilities.

It was big , clean with many beds suitable for large family and kids Owner was highly cooperative and working to facilitate a pleasant stage for the guest with rocket response for any comments Highly recommended

Some maintenance was required for the wash rooms, however it was handled immediately by the owner

I have travelled to 5 touristic countries in the past year and have written 30 + reviews about hotels and excursions during the past few months and I am rarely impressed, long story short , extremely well organized , will exceed your expectation I would have given it 12/10 if I could , The villa is even nicer than the photos , my only regret was that I couldn’t extend our stay any further due to prior villa reservations , although we are in the hottest month in the northern hemisphere yet throughout the day in this sea+ lake view villa you don’t really need any air conditioning with the natural sunny weather with a lazy sea breathe , you have plenty of terraces, BBQ facilities , fully equipped kitchen , board games , beach books and magazines , 2 air conditioned bedrooms , multiple sofa beds and plenty of beddings and linens , multiple floors for people requiring separate family/ friends terrace spaces , what was exceptional is that the owner herself came to meet and help us with the formalities as well as showing us around with all that you could ever think of perks , usually non-hotel facilities don’t have that much/divergent toiletries , all you could need of over the counter medications, pain killers , anti allergic meds , creams for mosquito bites ( by the way there were ZERO mosquitoes !! ) ,both my wife and my three daughters acknowledged that the hair dryers , straighteners … were top notch , I personally liked the well chosen furniture, this is a place the owner has created for her own family leisure then decided to share this beautiful beach triplex
