Great location 100m from Taksim Square and 5 mins walk from the airport bus. Compact but nice room and very quiet Nice helpful staff

The pool was shut when i got there at 8 and didnt open again until 12 when i had checked out. Booked it for the pool! Bed bit hard for my taste.

The location was convenient, and there are many other hotels in the area. However, if you value your comfort and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. There are plenty of better options nearby.

The room was extremely small and cramped, completely unlike the photos shown on Booking.com. After placing our two suitcases in the room, there was barely any space to walk to the bed and we had to step over our luggage. The soundproofing was terrible, and we could hear loud music and flute sounds until around 4 AM. We stayed for two nights and could barely sleep either night. The bathroom was also unbelievably small and poorly designed. The only place to put our clothes and towels was a tiny space directly above the toilet, so they could easily fall into the toilet bowl. This was completely different from the spacious bathroom shown in the Booking.com photos. We repeatedly asked the staff to change our room, but they did nothing to resolve the problem. The staff were also extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Everything was good. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly. It is clean and nice; however, they don't provide plastic slippers for the bathroom, which was the only thing I found not perfect. Breakfast was good enough, as I was expecting it based on the money I was paying. Don't miss the swimming pool and traditional hammam, as they were supeeer.

Замечательный персонал, помогли с небольшими вопросами и готовы помочь. Отличное расположение, все рядом и удобно добраться до любого места куда надо. Мы прилетали рано утром и попросили раннее заселение в чем нам не отказали, что было очень приятно. Завтрак был хороший голодным не уйдешь. Номер тоже хороший, хоть может показаться и небольшим.

Bijna alles was perfect. Vooral de persoonlijke benaderingl van de medewerker die er staat tijdens het ontbijt en de rest van de dag ter beschikking is. Ontbijt is precies goed en lekker met afwisseling van de warme gerechten. Elke dag watermeloen,anders een ander soort vers fruit. Schoonmakers ook zeer attent. Niets is te veel gevraagd ♡

Kamer en badkamer mocht iets ruimer,kapstokken in de badkamer & tissues of een handdoek na het wassen van je handen.

The best part was being able to use the indoor pool and hamam for free at this price near Taksim Square. I also liked the daily room cleaning and towel changes.

The breakfast selection is limited and the same every day. The shower room is very small.

Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung!

Das Einzige, was mir gefallen hat, war, dass sich das Hotel in Istanbul befindet.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Die tägliche Reinigung bestand lediglich aus dem Wechseln der Handtücher. Nach fünf Tagen bat ich sogar um einen Staubsauger oder einen Mopp, um selbst sauber zu machen. Mir wurde versprochen, dass man etwas aufs Zimmer bringen würde, was jedoch nie geschah. Auch bei anderen Anliegen war die Organisation mangelhaft. Wir baten um ein Bügeleisen und uns wurde gesagt, dass es auf das Zimmer gebracht würde. Nachdem wir etwa 30 Minuten gewartet hatten, beschlossen wir schließlich zu gehen. Erst als wir an der Rezeption erneut nachfragten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein Bügeleisen verfügbar sei. Während der gesamten Wartezeit wurden wir weder informiert noch angerufen. Die Sauna war außer Betrieb. Der Pool ist nur von 12:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet, was für Gäste, die tagsüber die Stadt erkunden und morgens oder abends schwimmen möchten, sehr unpraktisch ist. Außerdem sind Badekappen Pflicht und müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Obwohl es bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten wird, waren bereits ab 9:00 Uhr viele Speisen nicht mehr verfügbar und wurden nicht nachgefüllt. An unserem letzten Morgen fehlten sogar grundlegende Dinge wie Brot, Besteck und Personal, an das man sich hätte wenden können. Die Kommunikation war schwierig, da das Personal kaum Englisch sprach. Freundlichkeit und Begrüßung der Gäste waren leider selten zu erleben. Stattdessen waren die Mitarbeiter häufig mit ihren Handys oder beim Rauchen beschäftigt. Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war aufgrund eines beschädigten Türrahmens sehr unbequem zu benutzen. Zudem war die Schalldämmung so schlecht, dass man Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hören konnte. Nach meinem sechsten Besuch in Istanbul war dies leider das schlechteste Hotel und die schlechteste Serviceerfahrung, die ich bisher erlebt habe.

Personal und das Frühstück war sehr gut.. Zimmer völlig ausreichend, hat alle wünsche erfüllt

J’ai passé 5 nuit dans cette hôtel du 14-19 mai 2026, j’en suis très contente. L’accueil chaleureux, personnel très professionnel et présent à tous niveaux. J’ai fait mon entrée à l’hôtel Juste après avoir reçu 5 implants dentaire, le personnel très charmant et plein de compréhension m’on transportés des poches de glaces nuit et jours toute les heures pendant 48 heures. Je les remercie tous autant qu’ils sont ❤️ les chambre sont très propre, l’agent d’entretien madame Pembe passe tous les matins, elle et très professionnel, je la remercie pour ces petit moment de complicité les matins ❤️ petit déjeuner complet et bon. Je ne trouve aucun point négatif. Je vous conseille fortement ESS hôtel pour des virée à Istanbul avec sa localisation parfaite 300 mètre de la place taksim et la grand rue d’Istiklal, 2-3 km de Beşiktaş, 5 min du grand bazar et d’Eminönü où l’ont peu prendre le bateaux pour traversé le Bosphore. En famille, en couple ou seul je conseille.

Местоположение супер, в номерах число, убирают каждый день, бассейн есть, хотя он меньше чем на фото (фото дорисованны ии), сауна нормальная. Стойка регистрации отеля 24/7, завтраки скромны, но перекусить получится (яйца, хлеб, джемы, хлопья, молоко, оливки и сыр точно будут). Персонал вежливый. В общем за свою цену это хорошее предложение. К пребыванию нет претензий.

Я не понимаю зачем дорисовывать фотографии отеля с помощью искусственного интеллекта и потом врать что они перестроили бассейн и уменьшили его, ну кто поверит в такую глупость 🤣. Номер нам сначала дали ужасный и не такой как на фото, но после настойчивых просьб дали хороший номер. Кроме того,фены в номерах нормально не работали. Слышимость очень сильная, и с улицы и соседей. Есс отель, пожалуйста, поставьте свои настоящие фотографии, не используйте ии, и гости будут довольны.

Due to lack of capacity, We were redirected to nearby hotel, maybe with better amenities, but everyone was polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. A special thanks to the manager Mehmet, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. His positive attitude and professionalism really made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again in the future. :)

Location and wellness.

We spent a whole week at the hotel and we can say with certainty that the breakfast is the same every day, with extremely little choice, the windows are leaking, the shower cabin is extremely small and impossible to close because it is not well made and also because it is so small that a larger person cannot close the cabin door behind them. Problems with the elevator are constant and daily. We stopped in the middle of the ride and got stuck in the elevator several times. According to the reviews, we experienced a real disappointment. The best thing to praise is the daily cleaning of the room and daily change of towels, as well as the location in the middle of a lively street a few steps from Talsim.
