Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Cancelled our booking on us about 45 minutes before check-in time with no communication because apparently our card details didn't work. This left us with no accommodation last minute. In the mean time we turned up at the apartment block and were fortunate enough to meet a landlord in the lobby in a chance meeting who had another apartment available we could rent. Funnily enough, no issues with our card details!

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Riverson SoHo 的公寓以其现代化的阁楼风格布局、整洁的家居、舒适的床品、运行良好的空调以及可使用的建筑设施，如游泳池、健身房、按摩浴缸和宁静的公共花园，给我们留下了深刻印象，一切都显得现代且维护良好。它的地理位置极佳，就在 KK 南部城市中心的核心位置，楼下便是 Riverson The Walk，附近有多家咖啡馆和餐厅，Imago 商场也仅几分钟步行路程，此外旁边就是 Gleneagles 医院，在紧急情况下非常便利。
在晚高峰使用时，WiFi速度会变慢，所以播放高清视频或进行视频通话可能会不稳定，除非你靠近路由器。

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Unit ini sgat cocok utk liburan singkat di kota, kompak namun dirancang dgn baik dan tempat tidur yg nyaman, internet cepat, jendela besar dgn pemandangan laut sebagian, dan dapur yg dilengkapi dgn kebutuhan dasar utk memasak ringan. Kami juga menyukai lokasinya yg sgat dekat dgn Imago Mall utk makan cepat dan berbelanja, serta hanya beberapa menit dgn Grab dr tempat-tempat seperti KK Waterfront dan Jesselton Point utk hopping pulau. Secara keseluruhan, unit ini sgat nyaman dan bernilai dgn lokasi yg strategis.
Penerangan di kamar mandi bisa sedikit lebih terang, terutama utk merias wajah atau bercukur, tetapi itu hanyalah detail kecil dan tak mengurangi kenyamanan.

Proche du Sutera Harbour, de KK Times Square et de restaurants de toutes sortes, de plus, les promenades en bateau vers les îles voisines sont faciles depuis Jesselton Point, tandis que les équipements de l’immeuble comme la piscine, la piscine pour enfants, la salle de sport, la salle de réception, la sécurité, etc., ont grandement contribué à notre confort.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Pleasant stay with the apartment offering a comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished space complete with a cozy bed, functional kitchenette, washing machine and fast internet, which made it ideal for both work and relaxation, and the building itself was very secure with 24 hour security, a lovely rooftop pool, gym, and even direct access to Imago Shopping Mall which was incredibly convenient for food, shopping and groceries. And also close to Sutera Harbour, KK Times Square and the Filipino Market.
The only letdown was the TV, which didn’t have built in streaming apps or HDMI access.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Unit tersebut bergaya, luas, dan memiliki nuansa modern yg bersih, ditambah lg dilengkapi dgan tempat tidur yg nyaman, mesin cuci, TV pintar, dan bahkan meja kerja kecil yg memudahkan saya utk menyelesaikan email saat bepergian. Lokasinya tak tertandingi, hanya beberapa langkah dr Imago Mall di mana kami dpt mengakses grosir, restoran, dan bahkan bioskop, dan hanya perlu perjalanan singkat dgn Grab ke bandara dan Jesselton Point. Bangunan itu sendiri memiliki fasilitas yg layak termasuk kolam renang dan keamanan 24 jam, yg membuat kami merasa aman dan nyaman selama menginap.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025The place was spotlessly clean, with bright interiors, cozy beds, and a well equipped kitchenette. Extras like the washing machine and complimentary toiletries were super handy. Also the gym and pool are just great, both situated on the 3rd Floor. Absolutely love the pool especially with the Jacuzzi. Conveniently located just steps from Imago Mall, we could grab meals or stroll through shops in minutes. We also enjoyed wandering to the Riverson Artisan Markets and KK Esplanade for evening food hunts.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025The host was very responsive and gave us local tips on what to see and eat. The apartment was modern and well maintained. The building offers 24 hour security, a pool and a small gym, which were great for relaxing after a day out. We explored the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront, tried the grilled fish at the Filipino Night Market and even visited Signal Hill Observatory for panoramic city views which all just nearby the apartment.
Only downside was the slow elevator during peak check-out time, but nothing too disruptive.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025The unit was on a high floor with a lovely view of the city skyline. It was quiet at night, which I really appreciated. I also liked that there was a convenience store on the ground floor. I spent time wandering around Gaya Street, enjoyed street food and even did a mangrove walk at the Wetland Centre just about 15 minutes away.
My only suggestion is the water heater could be more consistent. Took a while to warm up. Other than that, great stay.

The air conditioning worked perfectly and there was even a washer dryer which was super helpful. The location is unbeatable. Imago Shopping Mall is right next door. We also took a 5-minute Grab to Jesselton Point for our island hopping trip to Manukan and Sapi Islands.

Just steps from Imago Mall, numerous cafés and the Jesselton Artisan Market at Riverson Walk made evenings fun. Reviewed Jul 24, 2025The apartment was modern, clean and offered lovely views of the waterfront and across to Imago Mall. It's just steps from the riverfront promenade and weekend artisan markets. We walked to Imago Shopping Mall and enjoyed the local food stalls at Anjung Kinabalu night market which is great evening atmosphere!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025Had a comfortable and convenient stay at this apartment. The unit was clean and spacious with a great view of the city and ocean. The bed was comfortable and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the best parts is the location, it’s connected to Imago Shopping Mall, which made shopping and finding food super easy. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Jesselton Point, Tanjung Aru Beach, and Gaya Street Market. Very convenient if you’re planning island hopping or a day trip to places like the Mari Mari Cultural Village. The building also had good security and convenient parking.

We were given a nice apartment with kitchen and living room. Good hygiene and very comfortable. Long balcony with partial city view. Overall we enjoyed our stay here 👌👌
Parking entrance was a little bit confusing but owner did guide properly.
