No breakfast was provided but many eateries just next door and within walking distance. Felt safe and easy to get around.

The lounge chair was not comfortable. It opens up into a temporary bed but when as a seat, the back part doesn't stay secure. The chair slides dangerously out and flips open, causing one of us to hit our head on the hard wall badly. This was reported to Miss Wong, the representative of the unit but she did not respond, say or do anything about it. Cushions would provide some sort of comfort. After that we were consciencely very cautious when sitting down on the lounge chair. The pillows were not good quality, extra pillows were lumpy and hard. Kitchen and basins should have both hot and cold water. Ironing board was bent over. Better instructions on using the washing machine. Not efficient kitchen utensils and tea towels, no teaspoons, table knives, flat dinner plates.

Ms Wong really help us (by phone) during our staycation there. The room just next to the elevator, easy to access and easy to go shopping at the mall. The swimming pool same floor with the room.

Had a great stay! The homestay was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent as it is just above Imago Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and finding food. The host was also friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable stay. However, the sink was clogged during our stay and should be checked before the next guest arrives. Other than that, everything was good.

I really love this place to stay because every room has its own bathroom. Facilities such as a microwave, water dispenser, washing machine, and kitchen utensils such as plates, spoons, cups, and knives are provided. The apartment is also located above Imago Shopping Mall, which is very convenient. It is also close to the hotel area, where there are many restaurants and food outlets that are open 24 hours, including Orange and 7-Eleven.

The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator service, which I found to be quite confusing. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Grote kamers, erg groot terras, ruime living, goede keuken, wasmachine. De poetsvrouw had noodles als snack achtergelaten, te betalen weliswaar maar tegen een goede prijs. Beneden vlakbij een 7-11 (met koud bier), een koffiebar, een shopping mall met veel restaurants, een goede Koreaan over de deur, een coctailbar achter de hoek. Goed zwembad, via de trappen ook toegang tot het 2e zwembad op het 6e en de grote tuin.

De host die de verschillende appartementen beheert was een beetje kort en heel de tijd aan het bellen (WeChat...). Ze zou iets vriendelijker mogen zijn.

Het zwembad en de tuin op het 6e verdiep was leuk. De living was groot, 2 van de 3 slaapkamers waren ruim. De keuken is ok uitgerust. Dit was het 2e verblijf dat we boekten van AJ suites en duidelijk minder dan het eerste. Vermits ze verschillende verblijven verhuren onder dezelfde naam is het niet altijd duidelijk in de foto's wat je nu eigenlijk krijgt.

Het balkon is niet bruikbaar want er hangen 2 buitenunits van de airco waardoor het er zeer warm wordt. De derde slaapkamer was klein, had geen gordijnen, enkel ramen naar de gang.

Location was reasonable, with a great restaurant on the edge of the shopping centre below called Souled Out. Not really cheap, cheap, but excellent atmosphere and deliciou food and delightful staff. Apartment was spacious with two good double beds, good aircon. ok bathroom and good fridge. Plus a balcony with a view. Apartment was all a bit worn and in need of some upgrading, but for the cheap price it was to be expected and there was nothing that did not work fine. Value for money definitely if you could manage the defecits listed below.

Main highway below, about 80 metres from the apartment, with noisy motorbikes screaming along until the early hours of the morning. Access to the apartment on the third floor was via a key card to get into the building, which worked fine and then the same key card for the lift, which was infuriatingly temperamental. Then a normal key to open the apartment, which worked fine.

Old and alot of decays. Balcony is not usable, heatwave from 2 AC compressors suffocated the balcony. Bathrooms was not maintained to a standard level. Molds everywhere. Bed was hard mattresses. Not recommended for frailty adult.

1.员工非常敷衍，像周星驰电影的包租婆，不能解决问题，反而像是来监督你的。 2.位置虽然在商场上，但是去哪里都不方便，没办法步行到达，而且loft e出入口在两楼，没办法直接下楼（也没有直达电梯）。 3.最糟心的是房间维护非常不用心，设施陈旧，有安全隐患。入住第二天热水器坏了一直到退房都没有能修好，房顶一直漏水，有坍塌风险。此外墙壁、地板、厨具、家具都是坏的，非常危险。 4.这个公寓非常的吵闹，白天有摩托车 汽车 救护车 飞机就在头顶，航线必须经过。晚上有炸街的摩托车，和祷告。很难入睡，此外床品非常脏，泛黄不干净，还有毛发。 总体非常失望，是个失败的选择。不建议选择

住宿就在商場樓上非常方便, 距離碼頭非常近, 很適合跳島旅遊. 海景房一開窗就看到海景,景觀讓人心情很好, 房子很大, 非常舒適. 要求晚點check in & 提早check out 都沒有問題. 如果有任何需求, 隨時聯繫的到房東, 房東很快就會回應解決問題.

距離機場很近, 雖然可以看到飛機. 但晚上飛機聲音很大聲. 雖說有點吵, 但幾天後已經習慣.

The host was friendly and was able to accommodate our request for leaving our luggage at the unit while waiting for the room to be cleaned. The unit was fully equipped with essentials to make the stay comfortable.

It was an unusual experience, met someone at the door who jumped in the car with my family to take us to the car park - they took a cash deposit and we then were taken to our room. Our apartment was very dirty and not as advertised many things broken in the apartment. We left after one night and seeking refund as we were not comfortable and it is not what we signed up for when we booked.

The bathroom in the master bedroom was much better and had no issues. However, the bathroom floor can be quite slippery, especially in the shower area. The furniture is quite basic. It serves its purpose, but don’t expect anything premium. The provided dishwashing liquid, body wash, shampoo, and laundry detergent seem to be very budget products, so I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries if you prefer better quality. The kitchen is equipped with forks, drinking glasses, and an electric kettle, so those were sufficient. As stated in the WhatsApp instructions, guests are required to dispose of their own rubbish before checking out. Overall, everything provided is functional and budget-friendly. It’s suitable for a comfortable stay, but don’t expect a premium experience.

Was not ready at check in time, the whole place was covered in thick dust from renovations. No WiFi for first 24 hours until the box was replaced. Swimming pool unavailable to use.

The property itself is decent, and its location above Imago Mall is definitely a plus. However, I would like to comment on the hosting experience. As a frequent traveller who stays in hotels, homestays, and Airbnb properties regularly I was quite disappointed with the level of communication from the host. There was very little flexibility when discussing the possibility of an early check-in. I understand that there are specific check-in times and that hosts need time to prepare the property but better communication and consideration towards guests would greatly improve the overall experience. To achieve a truly 10/10 rating, I believe the host should take guest feedback seriously and strive to be more responsive, accommodating, and guest-oriented. With some improvements in hospitality and communication, the experience could be much better for future guests.

Nothing regarding accommodation but Tanjung Aru Beach was not as I expected. Hope the local authority will do proper stalls for the sellers and cleaner environment for food preparations and local toilets also rubbish must be disposed off regularly.

Finding accommodation that works for a multi-generational family isn't always easy, but this apartment ticked most of the boxes we needed. With three bedrooms and a capacity for up to 8 guests, there was absolutely no feeling of being cramped. Hands down, the location is a massive advantage. Being situated directly above Imago Shopping Complex meant that groceries, food, entertainment and shopping were all just a lift ride away. For families, this convenience is priceless, especially when you need to grab something quickly for the kids or find a meal that satisfies five different opinions. The city view from the 7th floor was a pleasant bonus too. One dedicated parking space was included with the apartment, which was straightforward and hassle-free.

The only direct access to the shopping mall was through the Level 3 elevator, followed by a short walk down two escalators. The ground-floor lobby was a bit far from the mall entrance, and there was no dedicated, safe walking path away from traffic.

The hot water dispenser wasn't working. Luckily, there is a microwave for me to boil water for coffee. The bathroom lighting is a little dim. Water pressure so-so only.

we got upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment and I'd say the location wise is pretty good. easy accessible to the mall - chagee, 7eleven, etc was just next to the entrance loft. Ms wong is also responsive.

the apartment is a bit rundown. few improvements here and there could definitely made a better experience for all of us. the bed is a bit stiff but other than these, we enjoyed our time there.

Location is definitely convenient for a family trip, all convenient shop and food is surrounding the stay. Highly recommend if anyone stay there. BONUS, have a good sunset view at the balcony.

the disadvantage is the car park, only limit to normal car include MPV, but VAN is too high and unable to enter the car park, have to park at the opposite building open car park.

The property is generally clean and provides a comfortable living environment. Additionally, access to the swimming pool offers a convenient option for a quick and refreshing cooldown.

The metal gate door was difficult to open, and although two key cards were provided, only one was functional for access. This created unnecessary inconvenience and indicates a need for proper maintenance. There was also a leak from the hose connected to the water dispenser. This issue was not disclosed in advance and was only addressed after it was reported, which should have been handled more proactively. In addition, the toilet bowl in the washroom near the kitchen was loose and requires immediate maintenance, as it raises both comfort and safety concerns. Lastly, there were numerous warning notices placed throughout the apartment outlining what not to do. While house rules are understandable, the excessive number of reminders created an uncomfortable and restrictive environment when using the space. Overall, improvements are needed in maintenance, quality checks, and the overall guest experience.

I like how fast the owner and the size of the house. The location also quite good . They provide simple things for basic cooking which is nice. They provide wifi 😄 and detergent for laundry.

I dont like the couch, its keep on moving and stained while sitting on it. The TV also slightly spoiled which has lines when turned on. The stove also not functioning very well, only one side can be used. Some of the lights also broken. I also expected some grill oitside of the door and tbh the door is kind of scary bcause it felt unsafe. The knob was loose.

Cleanliness could be better as there were stains on the bed and cockroaches.
