Das Public Ortaköy ist eine kleine, aber feine Unterkunft in charmanter Nachbarschaft zu wilden Katzen und Feigenbäumen. Geschäfte, Cafés und Schiffanleger sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Przede wszystkim wysoka jakość obsługi. Rzetelna obsługa. Świetna komunikacja. Pokoje urządzone schludnie, widok na most, i zieleń, położenie idealne. Zdała od zgiełku i hałasu ulicznego.

Location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of european side and avoid traffic. It’s on a quiet street so easy to park your car even though they don’t have a parking area. Hotel is newly build and furnitures are brand new, i really liked their cleaning. Staff is helpful with everything. Kitchen is well equipped even with a microwave and big fridge, you can easily cook there’re all utensils ready. Very close supermarket for the daily groceries. And last but not least, walls are well isolated so you don’t hear noises from other rooms.

Although it says there is a sofa bed in the living room, it’s not long enough for an adult to sleep.

We stayed for 25 nights, and it truly felt like home. We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive - whenever we needed anything, they answered right away. The housekeeping team was also very kind and attentive. The location is peaceful, with birds chirping all day, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

The place is quite new and beautifully decorated. Because it is an apartment rather than just a standard hotel room, it makes for a very nice place to hang out. The kitchen is perfect, and the living room is a comfortable space to spend time. The air conditioner works incredibly well, cooling down the room in just two minutes. The bed is soft and comfortable, though it is a bit small—my feet hung slightly off the edge, and I am not a particularly tall person. The staff at the reception are very nice and responsive. Overall, it is a quiet place. The hotel is well-connected to public transport: it is just a 5-minute walk from a bus stop and a 15-minute walk from the Ortakoy Pier, which offers great ferry connections to major areas in Istanbul.

The bedroom in our apartment did not have a window, and the windows in the living room just faced a wall. The hotel did offer us another apartment downstairs that had a bedroom window, but the view of the wall was even worse in that unit, so we declined the swap. Additionally, the sliding window in the living room was broken and wouldn't lock, though the staff did have it fixed within 2 to 3 days. There was also loud music outside in the evenings, so opening the window for fresh air came at the cost of peace and quiet. The hotel only offers one free bottle of water per day, and there is no option to purchase more on-site. If you need extra water, you have to buy it and bring it back from a local market yourself. The biggest issue with this hotel is that you cannot see the sky or anything else from the windows in most of the apartments. If you don't mind that, it offers good value for your money.

Truly a wonderful hotel the staff was awesome and the area very very peaceful. If you want to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul this is the place to do it. Just a few blocks away and there are plenty of cafes stores the Promenade for walking by the water which was very nearby. A great place to stay.

I found myself taking taxis everyday to other parts of Istanbul. For me it was too quiet but I am a single man. I would have preferred to be in an area where there were more restaurants and bars next to me but that's only a personal choice it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with this hotel.

В целом чисто и аккуратно. Есть всё необходимое на кухне. По одному комплекту посуды на каждого человека, кастрюля, сковородка, кофемашина, микроволновка. Ежедневная уборка. Карфур в 10-15 мин ходьбы. есть еще небольшой супермаркет BIM на таком же расстоянии.

Мелочи, на которые можно закрыть глаза, учитывая все плюсы! Но напишу в надежде, что персонал отеля примет меры: Светлый диванчик в гостиной нашего номера имел много пятен. И, пожалуйста, включите в уборку такое действие, как очистка ёршика для унитаза - он был в остатках туалетной бумаги от предыдущих жильцов((( )

+ Location is really good, including a nice neighbourhood. + Rooms were large and spacious. + There was a nice kitchen with a nespresso machine. + Staff was kind, helpful and friendly.

- Cleanliness could be better. Especially the halls of the hotel were not very clean. - The facilities are not looked after very well. The closet cover was broken. - Rooms are not soundproof. Therefore, it can be a little noisy during nights.

Hotel was beautiful. But one of the receptionists when I said that our room has a cigarette smell and if it’s possible to changed he said that I have my time to said this on the check in but we actually get into hotel night and left only our bags.

The bed is comfortable, and the room is designed like an apartment with a kitchen, making it highly suitable for long-term stays. Overall, the apartment was very clean, the furniture looks great, and the kitchen is perfect. As for the location, it is on a rather quiet street within walking distance of the Ortakoy Pier. Additionally, the front of the hotel faces a lovely wooded area.

The ground-floor rooms are surrounded by an awful metal fence that blocks the view completely, making it feel like a prison. Furthermore, the windows do not seal properly against air or sound, so you can hear city noise all night. Because the hotel is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, the noise isn't a massive issue, but you can still hear traffic from the Bosporus Bridge motorway in the distance. The room temperature also fluctuates throughout the night along with the outside weather because the poorly sealed windows allow air to draft in and out. We didn't use the AC since the weather was nice, but you would definitely need to keep the climate control running constantly during colder seasons. Additionally, they only provide one bottle of water in total. It would be a huge improvement if the hotel provided two large bottles of water every day, especially since buying your own is a hassle—the closest market is a 10-minute walk away. Adding a desk would be a huge improvement, too. The room is designed like an apartment with a kitchen, yet there is nowhere to comfortably work or study. If I stayed here again, I would choose higher floors facing the front side of the hotel.

Room facilities in general are fine and clean etc.

The sofa "bed" was approximately 1 metre long and totally inappropriate to sleep on. When asked about this we weren't permitted to upgrade even though there was a room free and we could have paid the difference. Staff really pushy afterwards on leaving a review and the location is really quite bad and far removed from anywhere.

I love everything about The Public Ortaköy, from the moment I checked in with my wife to the time we checked out, it was truly satisfying and a wonderful experience overall. We are glad that we chose to spend our last few days of vacation in Istanbul at The Public Ortaköy after traveling to Ankara, Cappadocia and Antalya cause we couldn’t have made a better choice. Their service was excellent and we can’t thank them enough for making our stay both beautiful and memorable.

Funnily I was impressed with the overall service so there’s nothing I can say about the things I do not like.

1️⃣ المكيفات لا تعمل الا بفصل الصيف فقط يعني تجي ربيع خريف احسب حسابك على حر الظهر واذا رقدت على الدرايش جميع الاصوات عندك بالغرفه هذا شي سلبي جدا ويؤثر على راحة النزيل . 2️⃣ الموقع يحتاج له سياره عشان اقرب بقالة ممكن 12 دقيقه مشي 3️⃣ اذا جئت متأخر ماتحصل موقف لسيارتك ويقولك الموظف وقفها في اي مكان .

Well appointed apartments in a green belt. Spotlessly clean. Parking at the hotel. Quick to get to the new airport (IST). Easy distance from Arnavutköy, Bebek. Really personal service. I particularly like how nice they are to the cats.

전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설이 좋았습니다. 부엌이 있어 간단한 조리도 할 수 있었으며 가까이에 슈퍼가 있습니다. 숙소 주변은 조용해서 잠자리도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

욕실 변기 뚜껑이 고정되지 않거나 욕실 부스 유리의 고무가 빠져 있는 점이 신경쓰였습니다.
