Imperio Residence by Savoír

View kolam. Bersih.

Aircond kurang sejuk.

Easy guide for check-in. Parking provided. The room is fully furnished. I like it when they also provide washing machine & refrigerator.

Slow internet & wifi

All about this management and the unit. Very good and very nice staff. The unit is superb clean and completed. The best is Muslim Friendly and the owners are also Muslim. Stay without any worries ❤️. I stayed for a long time because of work. The staff kept on following up with us if we had any problem and I also brought my kids They provided me with an extra blanket and pillows without any charges. Thus, they clean up my unit as well. Can't explain more.. The best choices for me and my family. I keep staying here now. 😊

nothing bad 😊

All complete facilities

I liked everything but didn't swim in the pool because the guards didn't allow it.

complimentary drinks provided owner was responsible and responded fast... spacious and safe

internet/wifi was very slow

Very food

Room is clean and neat. Pools and Facilities also clean. Check in and out is smooths. Equipment in the room was satisfaction. There is Iron and ironboard, TV, Washing machine, Microwave, Induction stove, Kettle, cutleries and Fridge.

Room was good and spacious Staff very friendly

Sorry I have a few points to mention. AC cooling wasn’t enough The balcony door wasn’t able to lock, which we felt is a safety issue Toilet was not cleaned properly

clean and friendly host

Internet too slow tv kept buffering not playing any movie

Best place to stay in Melaka. I really like the host. Easy to contact and very helpful to us. The location is very close to harbour street which I like the most. The room is clean. Got a very big fridge too. Parking is very easy. Cause you can park anywhere at certain levels. The host even gave us a free upgrade for the late checkout. Definitely will book here again if I visit Melaka.

Nothing.

Cleanliness, spacious and neat

The location is a bit jammed to be reached by car. But thats more on property not the homestay issue itself so still okay with me.

The kitchen

Muy buena zona para alojarse relativamente cerca del centro. El entorno es agradable y las instalaciones se pueden disfrutar. Se agradece que tenga lavadora/secadora

El mantenimiento del edificio y del apartamento es mejorable. Se nota el desgaste.

"Host sangat baik, mudah berurusan untuk check in dan check out. Kediaman super selesa, bersih dan kemas. Tersedia segala kelengkapan seperti mesin basuh, peti sejuk dan lain-lain. Kawasan penginapan dekat sgt dgn bandar. Pemandangan pool yg cantik😍. Next time repeat lg.✅🥰

Sooo cozy and clean! Very comfortable. Unit smells great and all the kitchen appliances can be used. Host can consider put small water filter and jug so guests can easily drink chilled water. Parking card provided!! Easy check in and check out. Will be repeat! Disney and netflix available during my stay, love it. Host is very very nice, they even let us checkout late. Thankyou so much!

Might consider small water filter

BEST SANGAT BILIK LENGKAO DAN BERSIH

takde apa swmua nya okay

Everything! Yes, I everything! liked everything—the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, it was easy to order food online, and even though the TV only had YouTube, it was fine since we brought a baby. The kitchen was clean too, with a washing machine, oven, large fridge, and complete cooking facilities and utensils. It was also easy to get to the swimming pool. During bath time, I could enjoy the view because the bathtub was next to a spot where I could place my baby while I bathed. Even in the room, I could sit comfortably and enjoy the sky from the window

Maybe just add Netflix?

View and environment..👌❤️

Tiada line HP and Netflix..

The place itself is very nice to stay whilist in melaka.

TV does not work, no signal, no netflix/youtube cause there's no WIFI. told to on/off, but it doesn't work. M@xis and D!g! Signal also doesn't work in this unit. The place itself needs some re-grouting, it's very mouldy. Aircond also leaks, thankfully didn't trip over the slippery floor. It's good to sleep for the night only.

Overall the facilities are ok and the staff very helpfull

the host is easy to reach and helpful. overall of the room is very clean, neat & fresh fragrant. Not only that, the balcony also clean from the dust.

nope

Love how good the facilities were. Very worth the money because you can enjoy many things with cheaper price. The agent also good when responding although a bit late. There are a lot of things to watch on the TV provided. Fast deposits refunded. The room also clean and I was satisfied. Can repeat!!!

First come, it was a very leceh process because how strong the security is. You need to wait and so on. Then, the place a bit creepy because the mall still under maintenance. For the room, the fan was dusty and the bed sheet a bit dirty. I also fight with the TV remote a lot 😂

The thing I like about the room is the view, the space to lie in front of the full glass window, its cleanliness, and the ability to check in a bit early since the room was ready ahead of time. We even received a free gift for my wife's birthday.

I thought a king-size bed would be one mattress, but it was actually two single beds put together.

The breakfast was not included. The location was easy to acess.

A bit far to find the muslim foods cafe or restaurant.

It was really easy to access, place felt nice and homely, it was well equipped with all the basic necessities including tissues and water bottles too which was a nice touch.

Great location

Bathtub, very interesting

I don't really know if there's something i don't like there, overall the room was good

Very clean and comfort. Aircond very cold. Water pressure very strong. Open free parking at level 6, 7, 8 and 9. Swimming pool clean and big. Gym is ok. Washing machine wirh dryer. What I like is balcony for relax😁. Sofa bed can sleep one more adult. Overall I’m satisfied

good

All facilities are available in this building. The room was superb. The host was very helpful, nice person to be dealing with.

Water drainage in the shower is a bit slow. But overall ok. Not affected at all.

Clean, comfortable & pleasant smell

- Difficult to find restoran at the location - Payment for parking 6rm = 2time 12rm

The house is very clean. All facilities provided. Able to do light cooking. Manageable to stay with my baby. Went for my husband birthday, they helped me to deco the room.

The parking per entry is rm6. Not easy to go In and out. But owner covered the parking fee. For 1 night , manageable

Super n nearby

For all near by

The room was superb awesome 👍 It was very pretty and the view was so nice 🤍 The room and the bath tub very clean and tidy 🤍 Everything perfect include the service 👍👍 Never regret to check in here ✨ Next time will repeat 🤍

The location is convenient and near to everything.

Need to pay the parking ticket each time for entrance. Hope next time the parking ticket pass given by days.

yes

dont have

I like the place so comfortable , it is affordable price than other agents. The staff are so friendly and easy to communicate during check in until check out. Facilities like kiblat are easy to find for Muslim. I love that the washing machine can wash and dryer at the same time, it's easy for travelers not have to find the nearest laundry. The location is strategic in Melaka. I will repeat when I come to Melaka again. Thank you.

Lock of the room only that. Thank you.
