Ночью тихо! Нам было это очень важно. Вид из окна прекрасный - на мечеть Рядом много ресторанов и транспорт в шаговой доступности. Администратор и владелец очень приятные люди, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Им огромное спасибо! Номер чистый и ухоженный, проблем с горячей водой не было. Кондиционер работал отлично. Не пожалели, что выбрали этот отель, по соотношению цена - качество идеально! Из важного: ozmenler на станции sirkeci самый выгодный в округе трамвай в 6 минутах недорогой магазин A101 в 3 минутах

The location is very convenient, within easy walking distance of many of Istanbul’s main sights and attractions. It is a good base for exploring the historic city center on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help.

The advertised view is definitely not a sea view - the room mainly overlooks a mosque. The room itself is very small and feels quite outdated. The furniture, interior, and overall condition could use some renovation and modernization.

The location was absolutely perfect for us. It’s on the most gorgeous street and felt like a little sanctuary to come home to each day after exploring the busy city. I loved it so much that I actually ditched a day of sightseeing just to hang out and enjoy the area. The rooftop was heavenly, the view from our room was amazing, and having a comfy chair by the window to sit and take it all in was such a nice touch. The owners are lovely, and the cats are somehow even friendlier. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Staying here and spending time in the neighbourhood ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Istanbul.

We wished we had a bigger blanket to cover two people sleeping in the bed.

Householder Omar was really very nice, and he helped us all the time. The room was clean and new. The location is great, close to Sultanahmet Park, Aya Sofia, and tramway stations. In our room, we really liked the small fridge to have some cold beverages.

Se situe à peine à 10 minutes des mosquées, il y a à peine quelques chambre ce qui apporte beaucoup de calme à cet établissement. Nous avons également pu profiter un petit peu de la terrasse qui donne sur la petite mosquée.

Tout était parfait. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas rencontré Omar le propriétaire. Nous avons fait connaissance de son neveu Sadek qui tient un restaurant juste à côté ou d’ailleurs nous nous sommes régalés. Merci pour son accueil, chaleureux et ses échanges

Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen. Ein kleines charmantes Hotel mit angrenzenden Köstlichkeiten in familiärer Atmosphäre. Die Herzlichkeit ist einmalig. Eine 24/7 Erreichbarkeit über WhatsApp mit unmittelbarer Hilfe und Unterstützung - ganz hervorragend. Die Lage ist so 'peaceful' und dennoch in nicht einmal 5 Minuten bist du im Großstadttrubel. Fatih ist ein kontrastreicher Stadtteil und bietet fußläufig so viele traumhafte Plätze und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich habe sowohl das Hotel als auch die Familie und die unmittelbare Umgebung in mein Herz geschlossen und freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen 🥰

Hotel położony w doskonałej lokalizacji, kilka minut spacerkiem od Placu Sułtana Ahmeda. Obok dużo restauracji, te znajdujące się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie oferują rabat na korzystanie z ich usług. Właściciel bardzo miły, pozwolił zostawić walizki po wymeldowaniu na terenie hotelu (lot w godzinach nocnych, wymeldowanie o 11:00). Pokoje są małe, ale czyste i ładnie urządzone. W razie potrzeby można prosić o dodatkowe sprzątanie pokoju.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig gegenüber der ursprünglichen und kleinen Sophia-Moschee. Blaue Moschee, Hagia Sophia sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Hotel-Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Hotel ist klein, daher auch sehr ruhig, kein Getrampel und Getöse. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Marmarameer und den Bosporus, auch in der Dunkelheit schweben Möwen über der Blauen Moschee (von unten angestrahlt). Die Gegend ist sehr sauber wie fast überall in Istanbul, die Menschen freundlich. Abends unbedingt mal im Arch Bistro essen gehen. Eines der wenigen Läden, wo man nicht aufgefordert wird, hineinzugehen und das Amphoren-Essen probieren, ein Traum. Wir haben eine funktionierende Istanbul-Karte von Herrn Ömer im Hotel bekommen. Nahverkehrsmittel sind sehr preiswert. Bitte unbedingt Fähren nutzen! Leider hat uns am letzten Tag bei der Abfahrt ein Taxi überrumpelt, was nicht für uns bestellt war. Die anteiligen Kosten hat uns freundlicherweise Herr Ömer erstattet, obwohl es nicht sein Fehler war. Beim Taxi in Istanbul ist grundsätzlich Vorsicht geboten, nutzt lieber Füße und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Insgesamt grandiose 5 Tage, viel zu wenig für diese gigantische Stadt. Mein persönlicher Favorit war Besiktas, ein sehr heterogener Stadtteil.

Es war alles ok. Nichts zu beanstanden.

La habitación muy amplia. Muy cerca de la mezquita Azul y Santa Sofía. El personal encantador y con todas las comodidades. Sin duda volveria encantada

Albergo piccolo e accogliente,il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulita Posizione eccellente!ristoranti adiacenti convenzionati e a due passi a piedi dal bazar e dalla moschea blu. Se si ha voglia di camminare un pó si possono visitare le altre principali attrazioni a piedi(gran bazar,bazar egiziano,torre di galata...). Davanti a una moschea,alcune mattine la preghiera iniziava alle 4:50 del mattimo(consiglio dei tappi a chi non si vuole svegliare 😄)ma noi abbiamo apprezzato anche quello,in tutta la città capita spesso nella giornata di sentire preghiere in filodiffusione!

A localização do hotel é perfeita. Eu peguei o ônibus 11 no aeroporto de Istambul por 7 euros e desci no ponto final que estava a 3 minutos caminhando até o hotel. O Gerente Geral Omer foi super gentil desde a minha reserva até a hospedagem. O quarto e cama eram confortáveis, o chuveiro funcionava bem e a vista da mesquita Little sofia e do Bósforo maravilhosas! A acomodação tem escada e recebi ajuda para subir a mala. As janelas sao anti ruidos. Ps. Vale esclarecer que estou me referindo a um hotel padrão Europa duas estrelas. Hotel sem serviço e com ótimo custo benefício.

Para o padrão e preço proposto eu gostei de tudo.

wunderbares kleines hotel im historischen Teil Istanbuls. in einer ruhigen Strasse sehr nah am Wasser gelegen. Der Besitzer hat stets ein offenes Ohr und hat viele Tips für die Erkundung der Stadt. Das Angebot des Flughafentransfers ist gold wert. Das Hotel liegt neben der kleinen hagia sofia moschee, man darf über das morgendliche Gebet nicht überrascht sein. (uns hat es nicht gestoert)

Vorallem die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr ansprechend. Sehr nah zu der Hagia Sophia und der blauen Moschee. Das Personal ist hervorragend und immer äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem erwähnenswert ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Ömer, Sadik und Jeyhun sind immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Service 1+.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Little Sofia Hotel à Istanbul. Nous avons été ravis de notre chambre, très agréable et confortable, ainsi que de la qualité globale de l’établissement. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’accueil exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Ömer, le propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, ainsi qu’à tout le personnel, toujours aux petits soins et attentif à chaque détail. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Istanbul !

The hotel is such a cute accommodation in the old city of Istanbul. You have many cute cafes and places to go nearby. Omar was very friendly and so kind! Definitely recommend this stay.

Хороший отель с прекрасной террасой на крыше и хорошим видом из окна. Очень давно хотела побывать в данном отеле. В Стамбуле уже 6 раз. Мне все понравилось . Только уборка подкачала!!! ее просто не было!

Были 3 ночи. На третий день спросили куда можно выкинуть мусор, так как уборки не было. Сказали, что сегодня планируют уборку и замену полотенец. Мы кинули полотенца на пол, мусор был уже нами собран. Когда выходили из отеля, сказали что уберут. Ну вы понимаете, что полы на 3 день уже грязные и стоит убраться. Вернулись в номер примерно в 22.00 , а номер никто не убрал. Полотенца все мокрые на полу!!!!!!!! Мусор в номере так и стоит. Муж пошел на ресепшн выносить мусор и менять полотенца. Не ожидала такого отношения от данного отеля. Я считала, что сервис тут на уровне.

Просторий номер, доволі чисто, гарний матрац, є тераса з гарним краєвидом на Малу Софію та море, топові пам'ятки пішки 5 хвилин. У номері був чайник, чай, праска.

Готель напроти мечеті, то кілька разів на день і дуже рано в ранці буде голосно, призив на молитву. Нам не заважало, вважаю це місцевим колоритом. У цьому районі ціни трішки вищі на все, їжу, продукти, сувеніри - це історичний центр, ми до цього були готові. Номер розташований на першому поверсі, то ж штори приходилось тримати закритими, багато туристів зупиняється фотографуватись на фоні готелю. Що саме мені було проблемно - високі подушки, боліла шія від них. Загалом отримали те, на що розраховували.

The staff was incredibly helpfull and kind. We felt like in our home. Qualityprice ratio is amazing. We would come back for sure here. Special mention to Sadik, he was the best with us.

Location was excellent. Just 10 minute walk to Sultan Ahmet mosque and 15 to Topkapi. Hotel overlooks Little Hagia mosque, very nice view but be prepared for very early call to prayer! Omar was responsive, friendly and very helpful

There was a fridge in my room which would have been very helpful but it was not working. No big deal if didn’t have one but if it is there?

Mi sono trovato molto bene. Omar è davvero molto gentile, non smette di essere presente per supportare e aiutare in ogni momento. La posizione è davvero vicina al centro ed allo stesso tempo è possibile trovare ristoranti e market nelle vicinanze.

The hotel was so lovely and decorated beautifully. I really loved the location, in walking distance to many lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were very helpful too. Really happy I chose to stay here.

As the hotel is opposite a mosque, the only thing is that the call to prayer in the morning is really loud, often at 6am so would wake me up. However, I understand this is not the hotels fault, and everything else was great.

Great location in a quite area but still an easy walk to all the sights - our room was really comfy so much so we overslept on the day of check out - value for money second to none and you still have the little touches like hairdryer, toiletries and a hospitality tray - fantastic restaurant next door that gives you 10% off - just brilliant - would not stay anywhere else if we return to Istanbul - ❤️

My one and only criticism - and I don’t think they can change it - is the front door that is so loud when it shuts - I did have earplugs but I didn’t wear them because I love to hear the call to prayer - I think it sounds so loud because it is actually so quiet otherwise x but it was no majors x

We had a basement room. The owner said that it was mentioned (reservation for 3 persons). I didn’t notice it. It was a clean bed with a very very dirty kitchen, as well as the floor. The bathroom was not in a good condition. I made a bad choice based on the reviews

Zona tranquilla e splendida

Everything. Location to see the main touristic places was great, the views from the room were beautiful: facing an old mosque and sea. The size of the room was very good, same for the bathroom. And it had a really nice rooftop terrace just to take your book and enjoy the peace and views.

I liked everything! I will be back.

I gave 7/10 because of few things which disturb my stay. 1. When I arrived I needed to wait outside for 12 minutes, although I was giving information I'll arrive at this time. The main door was closed. 2. The third night was so strong smell from the bathroom (sewers), day after the owner helped me as much he could, he told me it's normally from time to time to be like that on all street. 3. Morning day before I leave was no hot water. 4. The cleaning was not so good, and 2 sockets had no electricity.

- le professionnalisme de l'Hôte, Mr Durmus, il nous a accompagné depuis la réservation jusqu'au départ. nous avons beaucoup apprécié. ce petit Hôtel de charme est à proximité des lieux historiques, commerciales, , Topkapi, Aya Sofia, mosquée bleue et bien d'autres comme le grand bazar. Aussi à 5mn à pieds, la promenade sur la corniche, au couché de soleil . il est entouré de rues vivantes pleines de restaurants et de petits commerces, les chambres sont climatisées, propres , tres bien aménagées , chaque chose à sa place. le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. en plus, y a une vraie bonne boulangerie turque est à quelques minutes, pour un simit chaud sortant du four à consommer sur la terrasse au dernier étage de l'hotel avec un thé et la vue sur mer .

A friend recommended this hotel, adorned with flowers outside and located in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It's close to public transportation and within walking distance of tourist attractions. There are many restaurants and markets nearby. We were warmly welcomed and felt like part of the family. Now I have a home in Istanbul ❤️

They carried our luggage upstairs and provided information about the city and the surrounding area. There's a historic mosque across from the hotel. Exploring these streets during a nighttime stroll is thrilling. I highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

It's close to all the museums and historical sites. The hotel's cleanliness and decor are magnificent. Everything you need as a tourist is right around you. Ömer was helpful and always there for us throughout our stay. We had breakfast on the terrace on our last day. This place really impressed me.

La posizione è ottima! L'hotel è semplice, ma molto carino! Camera con vista, accogliente e con l'occorrente per la colazione (bollitore, tè, caffè). Lo staff è accogliente e ci ha aiutati in diverse occasioni, sono stati molto gentili e simpatici. C'è un fantastico terrazzino dove potersi rilassare e ammirare il panorama di Sultanahmet. Si trova in una stradina molto carina, con ristoranti e negozi. Ci sono molti mini market vicini. Consigliato!

Da tenere presente che si trova vicino ad una moschea, quindi potrebbe disturbare la mattina presto la chiamata alla preghiera (ma in tutta Istanbul è più o meno così, soprattutto a Sultanahmet)... onestamente, in una settimana di soggiorno mi sono svegliata per questo solo una volta. Consiglio di usare i tappi per le orecchie.

Rooms are clean and the staff is very kind and authentic

The first room I was shown had an appalling smell of drains. They moved me to another for the first night. For the second night, when I arrived back at the hotel in the evening, there was no water. It was a problem in the district. And there remained no water until I checked out the next day. The hotel made no effort whatsoever to help me.

I realise the water wasn't their fault, but I think it's fair to expect a hotel to try to help in some way, even if it's just bringing some bottled water.

I truly loved everything about this hotel. My room had a beautiful view of the mosque, and the hotel itself was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive. The two restaurants right next to the hotel were amazing as well — great service, very friendly, everything was perfect. The neighborhood is central, convenient, and lively without being noisy. I would definitely come back!

I highly recommend the Little Sophia hotel. This was my first time in Istanbul. I chose this hotel for its location and easy access to all the main sites. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, directly in front of a green area and a beautiful quaint mosque. The room was comfortable and clean with all that I needed. (I especially enjoyed the view from my room at night, it was calming and serene) Omar, the owner, was very attentive and kind during my stay. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. I found everything I needed within walking distance: supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.  As a solo female traveler, I found this neighborhood to be safe and comfortable.  Highly recommended. Thank you, Omar, for your hospitality.

What a gem of a hotel. Welcomed by Omar who runs this family business. He's delightful, helpful and so pleasant. The rooms are lovely and ours looked out onto the Mosque and the call to prayer was fantastic. As this isn't enough, there's a rooftop balcony to sip on a drink and watch the sun set over the Bosphorus.

It was perfect.

I did not like that the hotel did not have an elevator. The bathroom had a foul smell, and the shower was clogged.

The property is very clean including our room. Everything was on point. Omar was amazing. He was always a text away, he helped me out as my luggage got lost by the airline and facilitated me getting back. You can also book your taxi to the airport through him and it’s very convenient

Zentrale Lage, alles in der Altstadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, freundliches Personal, man fühlte sich immer Willkommen. Kleines Hotel mit 7 Zimmern - gute Erreichbarkeit des Eigentümers. Sauber. 10% Rabatt bei den beiden benachbarten Restaurants. Zum Glück keine Hauptverkehrsstraße. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Meer.

Die Lautstärke, da die Zimmer alle nach vorne rausgehen, sollte man bedenken. Zudem ist direkt gegenüber eine Moschee, die um 6 Uhr Morgens zum Gebet ruft.

When you pay just a small amount for a hotel night, you usually don’t have any expectations — you just want it to be clean and safe. That’s exactly how it was when we booked a room at Little Sofia Hotel in Istanbul. But then the price–quality balance shifted the moment the hospitality and service culture far exceeded the cost, making the price feel not just symbolic, but almost irrelevant. Omer, the owner, showed a rare kind of kindness and genuine care. He helped us with our luggage when we arrived and when we left, answered all our questions with patience and involvement, served us tea and baklava, stored our bags until our late-night flight, and even walked us to the taxi, refusing to let us carry our own luggage. He was present and attentive throughout our entire stay. I’ve been to Istanbul before, in much more expensive hotels, but I honestly can’t remember ever being treated this warmly and respectfully. We deeply appreciate it, we are grateful, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Coming home

This is a gem of a place, maximum 15-minute easy walk to all major attractions, public transport and shopping. Very comfortable room, nice rooftop terrace to sit out and enjoy the view. Omar was great, he met us upon arrival, we saw him every day and he gave us great local tips. I highly recommend this hotel for your Istanbul stay.

We loved everything but just note that you will be directly beside a mosque, and you will hear the call to prayer very early in the morning. It did not bother us at all, but something for you to be aware of.

Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was its location. But we were more than satisfied. It's within walking distance of the Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, and the museums. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed everything. We think we got our money's worth. I'll miss this place and Ömer.

Хороший мини-отель, останавливались в комнате "Двухместный номер Делюкс с 1 кроватью и видом на море" - номер на 3 этаже с видом на небольшую мечеть(древняя византийская церковь св. Сергия и Вакха - советуем сходить), менеджер приветливый и доброжелательный, готов помочь. Номер небольшой, но все необходимое есть - на 2-3 ночи и за эту цену отлично(94 евро за 2 ночи на 2 человека). До центра - Голубой Мечети, площади Султанахмет и Айя-Софии примерно 15 минут пешком. Рядом с гостиницей несколько ресторанов, утром можно позавтракать с видом на мечеть - в ресторане который рекомендовал менеджер(если выходить из гостиницы, то направо). Ночью тихо, но будьте готовы что с рассветом вас разбудит - Муэдзин из мечети. До аэропорта от площади Султанахмет ходит автобус Hava.ist №11, но приходить нужно заранее - автобус маленький.

Завтраков нет, но для нас это не было проблемой - поскольку около отеля много кафе.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean. We got a lot for our money. Ömer was very polite and responded quickly to our questions. The terrace is beautiful, overlooking the mosque and the sea.

Posizione eccellente, proprio davanti alla piccola moschea di Little Sofia. A piedi si arriva praticamente ovunque, fra le mete più gettonate della zona. Chi ama camminare potrà spingersi senza difficoltà fino all'altra riva di Istanbul ed esplorare quindi anche il lato asiatico. Tutto intorno ci sono locali di ogni tipo, da quelli più turistici a quelli più tranquilli e autentici - consiglio vivamente l'Art Cafè, a pochi passi. Pochi passi e si arriva a piazza Sultanahmet, quindi alla Moschea Blu, ad Haya Sofia, palazzo Topkapi eccetera. Omer è un ragazzo gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e rapidissimo nel rispondere alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Rapporto qualità / prezzo imbattibile.

The staff were kind and helpful always making us feel welcomed. The view from the hotel was amazing and we enjoyed a charming restaurant just nearby.

The curtains did not block out any light, which made it difficult to sleep during the day _ especially with a baby_. The kettle was dirty. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and the covers felt too rough for a hotel stay.
