The hotel exceeded my expectations, staff was so frendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful and breakfast was amazing. This place is not less than a 5 Star. And SERKAN at the front desk as very helpful.

Fortunately i met the best employees Mr , EGE’S and Mr SERKAN for unlimited assistance and support for late checking out due to unexpected circumstances.

I like hotel staff, hotel is very clean . The view from the hotel is very good. I like the rooftop.

This is such a nice clean hotel. I have stayed in Istanbul many times and this is by far the best hotel. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice. The staff are very helpful. The location is really good very close to tram stop and you can get to centre of Istanbul in under 10 minutes.

This is an amazing hotel in a great location. I stayed at the hotel on three different occasions and enjoyed my stay each time. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is excellent with a good variety of choices. The staff are amazing and really helpful and look after you.

كنت آمل أن يتوفر في مقهى الطابق العلوي الاحتياجات الأساسية من انواع القهوة حسب رغبات الضيوف.

L'emplacement au calme en face d'un jardin et prêt de la station du tram. La chambre vue sur la corne d'or. Le petit déjeuner buffet était bien. La salle du petit déjeuner On a croisé que des gens discrets et respectables à l' hôtel.

En réservant l'option avec soins SPA GRATUIT, je pensais bénéficier des soins alors que en arrivant à l'hôtel on nous Informe que ce n'est pas un service, l'accès aux SPA et gratuit pour tous mais les soins essentiellement les massages ne le sont pas, dommage, de toute façon le SPA se trouvait au sous sol et n'était pas intéressant, petit et n'offre rien de particulier, ni piscine intérieure ni jacuzzi, le sauna je ne l'ai pas essayé, kif kif pour la salle de sport minuscule au sous sol sans vue. Nb: Nous sommes partis pour notre anniversaire de mariage et en informant le service clientèle nous avons eu des propositions à des prix exorbitants pour qq fleurs et des ballons qu'on a décliné, dommage qu'ils nous ont même pas laisser une petite carte de voeux. C'est dans les petits détails qu'on reconnaît le bon service clientèle et on arrive à classer les hôtels.

Çalışanlarının güler yüzlü, yardımsever tutumu sebebiyle 10 puan verdim. Fiyat performans oranı iyiydi. Check-in saatlerinin geç olması da bir başka avantaj. Yeni açılan Alibeyköy Metrosu sayesinde de trafiğe takılmadan kolaylıkla ulaştım.

موقع جدا جميل وهادي والغرفه عوازل وإطلاله على البحر و نظيفه والاستقبال جدا محترمين وخدومين وخاصة الاستاذ احمد ماقصر عند الخروج من الفندق ضيفنا بقهوه ف الكوفي وبنات الكوفي جدا ذوق ومحترمات . انصح ل باالفندق لمحبين الهدوء ورالروقان .

The hotel has a wonderful view. The food is varied and delicious. The reception staff and bellmen are helpful and respectful. Honestly, everyone was very professional and friendly. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed, the hotel receptionist, for being professional, polite, respectful, and cooperative.

Все понравилось! Самый лучший отель который можно найти в Истанбуле. Сотрудники отеля молодцы, очень хорошие, я ещё вернусь туда с семьей. Еда просто оболдеть как вкусно, завтрак и сам шеф самый лучший!

There was not enough staff at reception at arrival at 8pm. It did not appear that bar was working around 11pm

Die Lage war sehr gut , und bei oberem Etage die Aussicht.

Dei Balkon Türe war kaputt, offen die Personal wollte uns überreden trotzdem in diesem Zimmer drei Nächste zu verbringen Nach langem Diskussionen, gab es doch eine Lösung .

طلبت منهم تنظيف الغرفه و فقط شالو الزباله وانتو بكرامه بدون ترتيب للسرير او ترتيب لاي شيء اخر

الطاقم كان تعامله جداً راقي والمكان بقمه النظافه واشكر الاستاذ حسان 🌹 كان جداً راقي بتعامله وخدمته لنزلاء الفندق

Devoir marcher en bord de route( juste 10 mn )pour rejoindre l'arrêt de tram, le bain turc qui ne fonctionnait pas, et le bar très cher

It was an amazing and most comfortable stay ever, which has been one of the best highlights of our anniversary. Thanks for the treats and amazing food and everything. The open buffet food variety was truly unbeatable, the staff was truly kind and everywhere was so clean

The in-room dining service needs improvement. The Turkish breakfast was disappointing, especially considering the 900 TRY (17 EUR as of May 26) I paid for it.
