Bij aankomst was het op bepaalde plekken niet helemaal schoon. Er lagen etensresten in de bestekla en de oven was slecht schoongemaakt.

No closet or hooks to hang ANYTHING except a bath towel. Seriously, where do you put jackets and clothes? Also, instructions for the washer/dryer would be helpful.

Immeuble en rénovation: hall d’entrée moins propre. Une porte de l’appartement était brisée et ne pouvait pas être ouverte de l’extérieur. Odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, avec un autre appartement à l’étage; pour notre part, on a eu des voisins bruyants qui ont nui à notre sommeil malheureusement.

Cupboard door handles missing (pot cupboard had none). Oven & oven tray not cleaned from previous guests. Shower drain completely blocked & needs cleared. Some more coat hooks would be handy eg. In bedrooms & near entrance.

Kunne vert en god brødkniv og flere stekeplater. Oppvaskmaskinen var full av kopper og kar da vi kom. Kunne kanskje vert en pakke bakepapir i skuffen og en oppvask kost

It would be good to have a cupboard to store clothes, so if someone is travelling for a long duration, they can keep the clothes.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025House has a nice bathroom, well equipped entertainment (TV, speaker) and kitchen appliances with the exception of oil, salt and pepper. Nice view of the fjord. Good place to stay if you need a base for Trolltunga.
Needs to invest in curtains for privacy, feels like a hamster in a glass cage when you’re in the living room. Parking is quite challenging.

It's at the top of a mountain with extremely hair pin turns, once we got up we didn't want to move until we left. The dishwasher was stuffed full when we arrived, they left only one towel and hand towel per person and no bath mat or hand towel in the bathroom, basically we were left without towels for the second day. The apartment itself has a bad vibe even though it's nicely decorated. The host is not very helpful. It's right next to a cemetery which didn't bother me but it did my brother.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functioning. For some folks, the steep 15-20 walk uphill from town to the unit will be a struggle. As hiker, though we enjoyed these.

I was traveling with children, and the location was outstanding, offering a beautiful view of the lake from above. Cleanliness was top-notch, with plenty of cleaning supplies available. The staff were exceptionally professional, respectful, and very responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped in every way. It was truly an excellent choice.

Better rear view from first floor.
Balcony which is at the rear of the apartment (still a lovely view however looks over a cemetery in case that bothers you) not very appealing at present however refurbishment of external areas currently underway so am sure this will be addressed. Certainly wouldn’t stop me booking again.

Excellent view and everything worked perfectly. A bit expensive but worth the money! We did multiple day hikes and this property was a great place to return every evening for dinner.

Reviewed May 28, 2025The apartment is on a hill, not that close to Sentrum. Quite uncomfortable if you don't have a car, but still possible. But the compensation is the AMAZING view you get from the hill.
The parking space is a bit narrow, in case there are more cars. There was a family with 2 cars when we stayed there and I had to park around the cemetery one day.

Reviewed May 19, 2025The view is perfect. To us, being up too high is less interesting and we felt the property was just the right distance above the town. The apartment was spacious and the bathroom had a heated floor and was large enough to hang our laundry. Really liked the Moca Master coffee machine too. Finally, even though we stayed four nights, the time flew by with plenty of hiking opportunities. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025The flat was very spacious with wonderful views. It has a massive bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. It has a nice kitchen with all amenities. We stayed there to do the Trolltunga hike. It is 20-25mins drive to the start of the hike. The stay comes with a parking space.
There was a construction going on in the building. We learned about it after booking. We never heard anything in the two nights we stayed there so cannot really complain.
