Stunning property. Very well equipped. Super friendly staff.

We didnt order food. I didnt realise that was available.

Because I didnt look at the map emailed to me, it took a considerable amount of time to find the reception area on arrival.

My family loved the facility. Very tidy, comfortable and nice. Very good value for the price we paid.

Fabulous facilities, my husband grew up on the army base and my family lived in Trentham from locally the 50’s so it was a perfect spot.

Loved that it was gated - no randoms hanging around. It was super quiet, only heard others leaving in the morning. Rest of the time just birds. It wasnt too far away from the things we wanted to do. Free on-site parking. Lots of space. Nice shower. Beds were super comfy.

Location amongst army-base and sports fields is not inviting for a strawl. A proper table in the room would be useful.

-Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. -Staff were friendly and accommodating. -Allowed me to check out 2 hours after than normal check out time with no additional charges. -Absolutely loved the location.

Sits away from shops etc but ok if you have a vehicle. Would be helpful to know what a guest can access in terms of facilities ie fields, cafe or gym areas.

The rooms were immaculate! Great for our family of 6. Nice quiet, secure surroundings with plenty of parking. Kids enjoyed the basketball court. Weekend manager was really helpful and polite too.

Can not fault the accommodation its perfect if you have plans for the day and outings booked. Access to a pool or an eatery would be a nice touch especially with kids.

We were surprised at the apartment. It had everything we needed in it. The room was clean and fresh. We will stay here again.

He was fortunate to secure such a spacious room, given he is in a wheelchair. Stylish and comfortable furniture complete with all the amenities.

Exceptionally clean, new, very modern, comfortable and warm. Beautiful Ashley and Co toiletries. Nice kitchenette. Having laundry facility was great. Overall, felt like a quality hotel, the only thing missing was the slippers and robe! Staff were kind and we appreciated early check in and out. The village layout would be nice for groups and teams.

The Booking.com app advertising was incorrect, saying that the apartment was unique because it had a sauna! I wish we could have used the sports facilities. You can't park right outside your apartment but it was good to have a park.

The location was great, out of the way of traffic, and there were plenty of parks.

Beautiful place to stay. Modern, comfortable, well equipped, safe and secure, comfy beds... amazed by the massive sporting facilities and enjoyed a tour of campus with our conference group.

Was tricky finding reception. Good to hear they are getting new signage as its needed. I loved it all but the listing on Booking .com advertised the gym on campus that we could use, but this wasn't available for guests to use and no alternative small gym facility on campus for those staying at village accommodation. Had to use the YMCA down road and pay extra for that.

Sky tv did work very well on sports channel. Pixilated, or just stopped responding to the remote. The only way to get it working again was to turn it off at the wall.. When we came back from a day out , our room door was wide open. The beds were not properly made. Looks like the cleaning staff meant to come back, but forgot to. This was at 6.30 pm. Luckily none of our gear was missing. The drain on the floor in the kitchen let out an unpleasant smell.

Very nice facilities. Well appointed and welcoming. I'd be happy to stay there again if the other, much cheaper place local to here is full.

I think it's a bit overpriced. The Wifi wasn't good enough to stream video in the main living area and the way the Google Chromecasts are setup across all the rooms isn't very private.

very clean and well throughout. I had all I needed for the trip. The iron, washing machine etc- This is good!!

WIFI was poor, signal dropped multiple times, I unplugged - switched of and reset. Dishwasher keeps running, cant switch off. i had to force open and keep open.

Hard 2 find we were from Tauranga found the location confusing having to stop and ask Exactly where it was located.

The units are great, shower rain head was great.

Check in process, not knowing it was at the sports centre from the photos, not offered downstairs and it was upstairs if we had knee issues it would have been an issue.

It was a bit confusing arriving for check in on a weekend, and where to go wasn’t obvious until I checked email communication.

Only small thing I could mention is possibly at least one thinner pillow as the ones there were extremely thick and I had to use a cushion which was a bit thinner but still not the best comfort wise. I normally bring my own as this is a common issue.
