L’architecture

Trop éloigné des commerces et restaurants

조용하고 넓음 ㆍ

야외 풀장이 너무 작아서 실망ㆍ

Service of the reception staff made a difference to our trip. Amazed by the politeness and professionalism of the staffs.

Staffs proficiency in English can be improved

It’s very Spacious. Lovely Design. Four toilet seats!! well equipped Kitchen for cooking.

The hardware inside the villa is a bit worn out. Love the art design villa but should maintain the inside a bit better.

Clean and well equipped with washing machine

2 bedrooms were situated on the 2nd floor of which 1 does not have any ensuite toilet & it has more stairs than the other.

Gorgeous interiors, well-kept, good housekeeping.

exterior of buildings are rusted

Great breakfast and peaceful scenery.

좋은 경치

소음이 시설에서 발생이 도어 자는데 방해가 되었슴

Nice property

House cleaning does not include dish washing

Beautiful property

Bedroom layout is not functional and the closet space is too small

Secluded, safe area

1. Staff doesn’t speak English, which is very surprising and disappointing for a 5* hotel. I had to wait half an hour for an answer only to find out that the staff couldn’t understand my question…… how frustrating. the least the hotel reception could do is to have a list of attractions available in Jeju Island for guests to visit as most guests would be asking this? very surprised they don’t have this sorted. 2. The ergonomic design is rather appalling. no curtain for the third bedroom which makes the guest feel rather uncomfortable as the villas from above could look in. towels were used to replace the curtain to provide some privacy but made the whole room very uncomfortable to live in. Plug points were not strategically placed either. 3. The villa was accidentally placed on do not disturb so we understand that the housekeeping didn’t clean our villa. When we called to get fresh towels, they only brought up the small ones….. also they told us to pay for the extra towels when we didn’t even complain about not getting any cleaning of the villa done 4. the tub on the rooftop wasn’t clean and a mask was found nearby Overall, a very disappointing stay especially for the steep price paid!
