I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Jeju Island. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peaceful forest and nature, yet still conveniently close to many attractions, including the waterfalls. It is a very quiet and relaxing place, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the ocean. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Staff not friendly, we paid for half board; dinner options very disappointing (small portions, not tasteful , always the same four meals to choose from), they didn’t even gave us a drinks menu, they staff wasn’t helpful or kind, The breakfast / dinner area is depressing, the outdoor pool is in the shadow , not a nice area to chill and enjoy the sun. We decided to leave the property earlier then planned - very disappointed from the whole experience - not a recommendation for “foreigners”

Zwembad, het was kleiner dan op de foto's en terras gelegen aan schaduwkant waardoor je niet kan zonnen.

La localización es tranquila, las habitaciones tienen muy buenas vistas y el agua del hotel en general tiene muy buena calidad, se nota en la piscina y en la ducha. El personal muy amable.

El baño de la habitación estaba un poco descuidado y el aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido. Tuvimos un problema con la cisterna del lavabo pero lo arreglaron muy rápido.

Bella la struttura, la camera, la foresta, il bar e la sauna. Letti molto comodi. Ho apprezzato anche l'angolo palestra, benché piccola ero da solo e ho fatto diversi esercizi. Buona e varia la colazione.

La piscina era un po' troppo affollata di bambini. Il rifacimento delle camere coincideva con quei rari momenti in cui ero in camera.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful, and the most impressive thing was the beautiful garden and surrounding grounds. The pool and spa were excellent. I especially loved that they offer a delicious healthy menu for both lunch and dinner. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. I didn’t know this before our stay, but part of the property is actually a medical center where you can have medical checkups, recover after surgery, and have various cosmetic treatments. I only found out about it on our last day, and I was really disappointed that I hadn’t known about it from the beginning.

힐링 여행이었는데 호텔 내의 웰니스 프로그램 및 수영장이 너무 좋았어요. 수영장이 깨끗해서 매일 이용했답니다. 산책로에서 노루도 봤습니다^^

제가 예약을 잘 못 해서 웰니스 프로그램 미포함으로 숙박을 예약했답니다. 그래서 프로그램 비용을 지불하고 이용했어요. 그리고 늦은 시간에 이용가능한 바가 있었으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. As foreigners, we appreciated having croissants available, but we also really enjoyed the Korean breakfast selection. The hotel's location in the woods was beautiful and exactly what we had expected.

The rooms, however, are starting to feel a little dated. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. It seems to be in need of a new chef, as both the restaurant and room service food were well below the standard we expected from a five-star hotel. Throughout our trip in Korea, we enjoyed delicious meals everywhere, from small street stalls even to tourist restaurants in Seoul, but this was the only place where the food was genuinely disappointing.

We chose WE Hotel Jeju for its promoted wellness priorities and location on the attractions on the south-western side of Jeju Island. The entrance lobby is impressive with a large atrium, stylish staircase and escalators/elevators for ease. Parking was easy, the staff more than helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable with an armchair and lounge to relax and look over the forest/city. We enjoyed our meal at one of the restaurants in the hotel but didn't access any of the Wellness options. Maybe next time. This hotel has the BEST indoor and outdoor pools we have ever experienced. Calm, clean and natural volcanic bedrock water is used according to the hotel literature (and it certainly felt like that). The waterfall for the outdoor pool is a beautiful feature as are the spa jet areas in the indoor pool. There is a specific shallow pool for children and there was always a staff member supervising the pool area for safety. The most impressive, less promoted, hotel feature is the Garden walk with the Cedar Forest. It is a manicured park that we only accessed on our last morning. It is a walk that was peaceful, well marked and easily traversed with appropriate footwear. This is a wonderful amenity that I have never seen in any other resort or hotel. (Please note the alternative forest walk on the other side of the hotel is more natural/wild).

Nil. As with most accommodation on Jeju Island, you will need a car to access the hotel unless you are with an organised (bus), tour. There are no alternative options for meals within walking distance, but we knew this prior to booking and had a car. There is an unmanned convenience store with limited options for snacks on the first or second floor.

This hotel is one of my favorite places for a family vacation. I feel peaceful and relaxed every time I visit. All staff members are kind and helpful. They truly care about their guests.

숲길중 연산홍 소로길과 일부 넓은 산책로에 나무가지가 많이 도로를 침범해 다니기 불편하고 특히 연산홍 소로길은 너무 침범이 심해 다닐 수가 없어 투숙객들이 모두 피해감 도로침범 나무가지와 연산홍은 까지 치기를 부탁드립니다.

We liked the entrance and the grand feel of the resort. The bed was comfortable.

The room was underwhelming for the price we paid. The pool facilities were good but the indoor pool was cold.

A truly restorative stay and we'll be back We had a wonderful time at Ocean Suites Jeju. The room exceeded expectations, beautiful, well-appointed, and the panoramic views of the mountains, sea, and forest were exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. The dining experience though a small menu was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a healthy, varied spread, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate one of our party's strict dietary requirements — something we genuinely appreciate and don't take for granted. A special thank you to the chef for the perfectly made omelettes with pepper, and to the manager for graciously handling our various requests throughout the stay. Jeju Island itself is magical, and Ocean Suites made it even more so. We're already looking forward to returning — and to seeing the new additions when we do.

The one area with room for improvement was the communication around spa and wellness activities. Signage and printed materials were not available in English, which made it harder to fully explore and plan around what was on offer. An English version of the hotel pamphlets would go a long way — particularly for international guests. We wouldn't want visitors to miss out on what is clearly a thoughtful wellness offering simply due to a language barrier."

Nice surroundings, good breakfast

The surroundings were beautiful. I loved the garden walk and the pond and waterfalls.

Change room PIN code was not obvious and there was no one to assist us. Wellness centre was a bit hard to navigate.

The location of the hotel is really good and beautiful. The lobby and the athmosphere is also really good looking. Rooms were nice and spacious minus some mold in our rooms curtain. You could also see some signs of usage during the years in the room. Daily cleaning was good but one day we were left without any bath towels after cleaning. The staff of the hotel was generally nice and special props to the employee at the front door who welcomed us in when we arrived. Overall nice and would probably visit again.

Beautiful cafe and nice premises, gardens are really nice.

The roof terrace wasn’t open as it was out of season (May) and we were looking forward to be able to look at the stars. There’s nothing to do in the evening here, you need taxis to even get to any restaurants. You have to pay for the sauna even as a guest which was never stated so this was really disappointing. Treatments/activities are also not included and were very expensive. Doesn’t feel like a 5* hotel.

There was a good spread of food for breakfast. The Sauna was good and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We choose the hotel for it's proximity to Hallasan Yeongsil trail.

It would be good if Breakfast could start early (from 7am) so that Climbers can eat breakfast and start Hallasan climb early and be back to checkout. No hooks or rails to hang bath towels after use.

The location is beautiful and surrounded by nature, which creates a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the lovely café in the center of the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind – especially for adults looking for peace and quiet.

One area with room for improvement is the lack of activities for children. Considering the large property, there is a lot of potential to offer more family-friendly options. The spa facilities and programs felt rather minimalistic as well.

Literally everything. The peaceful surroundings, the lovely matcha cafe, view from my room, the pleasant staff, etc.

El recibidor era grande y la primera impresión es que es un hotel impresionante.

La cena incluida es una vergüenza. Cogimos la cena incluida y resulta que los platos no eran los de la carta sino otros diferentes con una calidad bastante pobre. Nadie iba al restaurante y cuando se acercaba alguien les decían que ya estaba cerrado cuando eran las 9 pm y ponía que la última orden era a las 9:20 pm. Vergonzoso y nada recomendable. La cena es horrorosa, pero estás lejos de todo por lo que estás secuestrado casi. Además nadie habla inglés y esto al ser un cinco estrellas es un mínimo.

Tutto, albergo stupendo e molto accogliente. Centro SPA bellissimo, per non parlare della nostra suite.

Forse la posizione, un po isolata rispetto a Seogwipo, ma la navetta dell’albergo è comoda per arrivare in città e muoversi in taxi o con i mezzi.

This hotel has the most amazing healing water quality I ever experienced. I am hot spring lover and visited many healing water places including a lot of hot spring in japan ( Onsen) as well. This water really energize you! Hot spring and swimming pool has pure spring water which no chemical to clean the water. Especially kids loved pool and nature around hotel. Staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel room is also very clean and spacious and breakfast is very healthy and bountiful and delicious. I highly to recommend to visit here. I really enjoyed last visit so I am going to visit again in May 2026.

Excellent stay, comfortable although a bit away from the city.the location is ideal for a wellness retreat, the local msnicured forests were superb and helped heal my stressed body n mind. Awesome place for rejuvenation.

Restaurant shuts a bit early.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The resort was amazing if like to hike. It’s located in the middles of the woods and best of all the pool and the main lobby looks amazing.

Hands down the best affordable five-star hotel in this area! I can't believe they have both indoor and outdoor pools with a huge jacuzzi! And they are open from 8am to 9:30pm which is great. The whole ambiance totally gives off a five-star hotel energy and I can't believe this place is a little over $100 per night with all the perks that come with it. PLEASE PLEASE go to this hotel if you love the foresty relaxing yet luxurious hotel!!

My husband and I came to Jeju looking for rest, relaxation, and healing after a very busy year as a medical doctor and a retired professional athlete. We booked 8 days at the We Hotel. We are both convinced this was the best decision we have made together. The Hotel was better than we could have imagined. We enjoyed the daily aquatic classes and amazing/magical hiking trails that are even lit up during the night. The staff was very kind and the manager Kevin became a very good friend. He even helped us find our lost credit card over 20km away. Sua was a very sweet aquatic instructor who even gave us a bag of local Jeju oranges. Chan was very helpful as a physical therapist as well dealing with my chronic pain. We also really enjoyed Ja Myeong and her happy energy in the pool and the singing bowls. As Americans we were pleased by English spoken by staff and all of their kindness. Please forgive us if we forgot your name. We even enjoyed the cute orange cat that greeted us everyday outside. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the chefs creative recommendations. I also want to thank Seok Young for greeting us with his warm smile at the door everyday. We want to thank you We Hotel for being an amazing experience and we are already making plans to come back and visit all of our new friends here.

We had a great time and was really impressed with the genuine personalised service from Mr Tak. His beyond-the-above service and care that started even before our stay was greatly appreciated. This continued even during the stay when he would personally checked-in with us and provide good alternative suggestion for dining options. Convenient with free shuttle from airport & short town shuttle. Very serene environment, one that enables time for self-reflection and awareness of the nature. Activities like Aqua Calming and Aqua Movement and a nice walk in the forest add more value to the trip as well as our emotional and physical health. Clean air, 'miracle volcanic' water and surrounding nature will surely tempt us to return again. However, it's dedicated employees like Mr Tak and other Front Office and F&B team members that make a big difference to the experience. Gamsahabnida from Singapore!

I love that the hotel is among the forest. The breakfast has a lot of variety, I love the orange juice and the fresh fruit selection :) The staff are very attentive and helpful. Also, the match tiramisu and matcha drink in the slow matcha garden is delicious!

The surrounding grounds are excellent for walking. We spotted deer on our walk and the waterfall feature in the rock pools were beautiful. We also book a relaxing sound therapy that we really enjoyed.

Il est proche de Jungmun et des sentiers de randonnées du Hallasan. Le personnel est au petit soin (restauration, piscine, soin relaxant, réception, ménage). Mention spécial au petit déjeuner très complet. C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

The WE Hotel Jeju was a very pleasant stay. Everything was completely clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was very tasty and generous. The hotel has an ambience of relaxation and self-care. We visited towards the end of summer and there were families and children. The staff were lovely and accommodating and made every attempt to speak English but there was a language barrier under certain circumstances. The on-site convenience store was cheaper than the bars and restaurants. The location of the hotel is fabulous: quiet and surrounded by nature.

The spa treatment options were lovely but perhaps a little expensive. The convenience store was more expensive than normal convenience stores and closed at night and did not have much variety.

자연과 맞닿아 있는 장소의 분위기, 눈이 온 날 산책로가 아주 멋졌습니다.

주차장이 아래편에 큰 규모로 있고 호텔 앞에 작은 규모로 있는데 호텔로 올라가는 차로에 차들이 너무 많이 주차되어있어서 사실상 저녁에는 한차선이 되어 불편합니다. 호텔측에서 이런 도로 주차를 권장하는 사항으로 보여서 아쉽습니다. 사우나가 크지 않은 규모라 냉탕 하나, 온탕 하나인데 온탕 온도가 43도를 넘어서 편안히 쉬기에는 많이 뜨겁습니다.

The hotel is perfectly located in the forest, not far from Jungmun and road 1100. The staff is very helpful and caring (restaurant, réception, cleaning, water activity). The breakfast is very good, the style of rooms and common facilities are pleasant. The swimming pool and water activities were appreciated. This is my second stay in WE hotel and I will come back as soon as possible.

눈오는 날 야외 자쿠지는 정말 좋은 추억이 되었습니다. 온수풀도 마음에 들고, 숙소도 조용해서 좋았어요.

객실 환기가 아쉬웠어요. 강풍때문에 창문을 못 열어서 답답함을 참아야했습니다.

The territory is nice. View is good.

I was additionally charged twice. First time during check in for “additional person” even if the room was booked for 3 people, but the stuff told me that “this is impossible”. And second time the stuff tried to charge for sauna entrance during checkout. But the sauna was included and after some negotiations and investigation they refunded this additional charge. But why should I fight for getting normal service and attitude. And when I asked for an invoice of whole paid amount the front desk took those papers and refused to give them to me. The whole hotel is very old and requires renovation. All wood in rooms has scratches and every closet or door opens with noise (when your baby sleeps - noise is the thing you want less then ever).

숲 속에 있고 조용해서 너무 좋아요. 위쪽 객실은 바다도 보여서 그냥 침대에 앉아만 있어도 너무 좋아요.

수영장 이용했는데 물때 등이 보여 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 야외 온수풀은 아무리 야외지만 부산물이 너무 많았어요

My stay at the WE Hotel was lovely.! Their breakfast buffet was the best I had in Korea, not only because of the variety of delicious food choices, but because of the friendliness of the staff. This hotel is an older one and the room temperature is controlled by the hotel and not by guests individually, so that I did not like. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My best experience while staying here was the assistance I received from the hotel staff in ordering some flowers for a friend from a local flower shop. So much of the staff speaks English and they have a real friendly disposition when providing room service or when interacting with guests in general. I definitely plan in coming back here when I visit Jeju again. Good job guys!👍🏽
