Für uns hat di ruhige Lage sehr gepasst. Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass es ausserhalb ist.

This was our second stay at Ezkar Bathonea Art İstanbul, and once again we had a wonderful experience. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home. The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient. There is a lovely park around the lake just a two-minute walk from the hotel, perfect for a relaxing walk. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The hotel is very easy to reach from the highway, and free parking is available around the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully furnished, and had a wonderful view of the lake. Everything was very clean, not only in the room but throughout the entire hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. A special thank you to the hotel manager and the entire staff for their warm hospitality, kindness, and wonderful attitude. You made us feel truly welcome and at home. We look forward to our next stay at Ezkar Bathonea Art İstanbul. Highly recommended! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The cleanliness was truly top-notch, and the entire hotel felt fresh and welcoming. What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. They were always smiling, laughing, and making sure that guests felt comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that it honestly felt like being with family. You can really feel that the staff care about your comfort and want you to have the best experience possible. A beautiful hotel with amazing service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

Very good location in a quiet area. Breakfast was so delicious and the room was very clean. The stuff was very polite.

The location, the staff, the manager were so kind and helpful. The hotel room view was Ace! 👌🏻 The breakfast, unlimited tea offers whenever you sit at the breakfast area and making sure that we are enjoying our time is what you need when you go a different country. Trebuie să amenajeze un spațiu pentru fumători!!!! Au terasă și o țin închisă ! Dacă vrei să bei o cafea liniștit trebuie să ieși în stradă să stai pe bordură să poți fuma !Eu personal ( pentru că sunt fumător ) nu aș reveni !!!!!!!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Ezkar Bathonea Art İstanbul in Avcılar and were very pleased with our experience. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the beautiful view made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Avcılar. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A beautiful, clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and a peaceful, relaxing view. However, the location is not ideal for tourism, and the lake needs maintenance and cleaning, especially the nearby gardens. The breakfast is good and delicious.

The river view within your hotel room was amazing. The staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was included in our stay so that was a plus! You did not hear any noise so it allowed you to get a good sleep at night. Everything was nice and clean! 10/10 stay.

الموقع جميل باطلالتة على البحيرة وكذلك قرب المطاعم والكافيهات منه، كذلك موظفي الاستقبال خصوصا الذي استقبلنا في اليوم الأول( نسيت اسمه ) ..كان يجيد اللغة العربية وحافظا للقرآن كما أخبرني عندما سألته كيف تعلمت اللغة العربية !

الذي لم يعجبني هو أفياش الكهرباء للأسف بحاجة الى صيانة ، كذلك أعتقد من الضروري وضع عدة أشكال للافياش بحيث تكون مناسبة للمعايير الدولية . كذلك اعتقد انه من المفيد اضافة قنوات باللغة العربية والانجليزية خصوصا القنوات العالمية مثل CNN , BBC

Breakfast was not the style we like.

It’s located near beautiful lake and in a quite neighborhood surrounded by nice hotels. Hotel itself is amazing. Super clean, rooms are good size, staff are very cooperative and even the breakfast served in the morning is great. Good for families. I have been to this hotel twice and I feel great everytime I stay here.

Clean and modern environment, attentive and kind staff. Very rich breakfast. I really recommend a visit. Plenty of restaurants in the area, a park and a promenade around the lake shore.

Äusserst aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr gute Lage. Ausserdem auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Tutte le stanze si potevano aprire senza chiave. Per tutto il soggiorno il sistema che gestiva le chiavi elettroniche non funzionava. Scarsa privacy, nessuna sicurezza. Nonostante la nostra segnalazione non hanno mai risolto il problema. Le stanze erano accessibili a tutti. impossiile chiudere le stanze.

I am quite a demanding traveller and it is not easy to impress me, but this time I was genuinely charmed and impressed by the quality of the hotel and the service. In my opinion, the owners have put their heart and soul into this hotel: everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable, welcome and at home. The hotel is outstanding in every respect: beautiful renovation, tasteful colours, cleanliness, freshness and attention to detail. We stayed in a spacious 95 m² penthouse, where the furniture was perfectly chosen: nothing unnecessary, but everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant, even speaking English with my children. When I am in this area again, I will definitely return to Ezkar!

As a small suggestion for improvement, I would mention two points. First, it would be nice if breakfast were available for three hours, for example from 7 to 10 or from 8 to 11. Second, the ventilation in the bathroom could be improved slightly to reduce humidity.

Everything was perfect. We have been perfectly welcomed and even got an upgrade without asking. The room was really clean and comfortable. And the view from the balcony was simply amazing. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that had a lot of choices. I can only recommend this hotel, we had a really relaxing stay. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and your kindness 🤗

El alojamiento estaba bien situado para el lugar al que fui, muy limpio, cómodo y cerca del paseo marítimo para dar una vuelta. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y tuve un trato maravilloso. Sin duda volvería de nuevo!
