A szállás kiváló elhelyezkedésű (autópálya mellett), tiszta, kényelmes, a személyzet kedves. A 3 ágyas szoba jó beosztású. Parkoló az épület előtt.

Straat Geluiden, kussen was slecht kwaliteit en het ontbijt was beperkt.

Отличное обслуживание, приветливый, отзывчивый персонал.Помогали по всем вопросам ,нам не подошол номер ,что мы заказали через сайт,нам без проблем поменяли ,спросили или нам там удобно.Завтраки скромный,но вкусно, чисто,приветливые хозяюшки на кухне,я чувствовала себя как в семье.

Близко к дороге,но рядом с Метробусом,автобус,магазины,базары все рядом.

Le service est tout simplement nul. La réservation faite sur Internet ne correspond en rien à ce que vous découvrez sur place. J’étais en voyage vers Paris et, avec ma sœur, nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux personnes. En ligne, tout semblait parfait : propre, calme, accueillant… Mais une fois arrivés, la réalité était tout autre : lit sale, chambre minuscule, et un bruit incessant dehors qui rendait le sommeil impossible. Même fenêtres fermées, le vacarme pénétrait la chambre. Nous avons quitté l’endroit après seulement deux heures, impossible d’y rester plus longtemps. Malgré cela, ils nous ont tout de même facturé une nuit entière. Franchement, n’y allez surtout pas. Mieux vaut ajouter quelques euros de plus et réserver ailleurs, dans un hôtel plus propre, plus calme et plus professionnel.

Özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar olmak üzere bütün çalışanlar mükemmeldi. Temizlik çok iyi çok beğendik.

It was good value for money. Breakfast was great. The hotel is three star but the staffs are five stars! They were really helpful from the beginning to the end! Public transportation is really close.

Some parts needs renovations, especially bathroom. Another issue is, they must not allow to smoke in the rooms.

Metrobus bus station near, about 6 minutes walk between şükürbey and Ibb stations. Beds are comfortable for small people but lots of broken items in the room like refrigerator and bathroom. They offer small safe deposit box. Staff are excellent. Rooms are super small.

Few updates could be better. Bathroom is has broken shower area with mold affecting room smell. Bring your shampoo, conditioner and soap. They have too generic and bad smell one. Its stucked in a broken plastic old container on the wall that fallseasily. Shower heads broken. Be careful the holder rod might fall on your head. You might not find hot water if showing. Hotel is very clean but my room was very small didn't fit my couple small luggages I couldn't move it around or open it freely. Beds are clean with one pillow. Hotel is directly located on major highway E5 where you will expect lots of car noise. Hotel in 5 minutes walking distance between Şükurbey and IBB Metro bus stations. Rooms furniture run very small yet sufficient with one night stay. I had a very sharp splinter went into my nail while trying to open the tiny nightstand. You must be careful when walking in the small room not to hit furniture. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are a large person. There is a kettle and glass cups. Windows are half size, you can open window widely. Elevator could fit one person and 2 pieces of luggage. Breakfast is okay but do not expect lots of variety. They serve fresh orange juice, fruits, veggies, herbs, bread, delicious boiled eggs and varieties omelets to request for free. All staff are very respectful and nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Very clean and new development.i recommend that hotel for Brits who are planning to visit Istanbul.

It was the same Breakfast every day. No variation. The roomservice doesn’t clean the bathroom and beds in the room every day. That’s not three stars standard.

The room was noisy because below the door there was a gap which allowed sound to enter the room from outside.

I have paid for the standard triple room, but unfortunately, they give me a smaller room I have kept telling them I have booked for triple room and the hotel is full and you don't have other options. Also the beds are very bad

Amazing stay in the hotel. All staff were excellent and manager was good and helpful he guided us where to travel around Istanbul. I definitely recommend anyone going for a trip to stay in this hotel because manager was no doubt 100% will make your stay enjoyable and will help you out

The staff were so rude and they informed me that i have to leave Monday and i have paid till Tuesday.

The staff were super nice and very helpful the rooms were clean the breakfast was so fresh and tasteful It’s really close to the lake (walking distance) also the bus station is really close

The wifi is really bad and the family Rome (1 queen size and 1 single bed) is really small

No room service if you don’t ask for it.

Location on a large boulevard, but with a closed window, the noise is reduced well.

You will get value for the money you have paid. Friendly environment and the staff will always do their best to provide whatever you require. Calm place and enjoyed my stay.

Air conditioning system very old and I would say even absent. Hotel is located on very main road which is very busy even at night, therefore sleeping was interrupted.

Little bit small room, but enough. We had 7 pcs of the luggage

The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly. The hotel in general is clear. The location is great as there a Metrobus passing directly in front of the hotel.

We had two sperate rooms. The door of the shower wasn't closing properly. The sink of the showing isn't draining the water efficiently. I have noticed in the other room that there is no hanger for the shower! I not sure if there is something else!

The check in staff who was on duty at night was very rude and unprofessional. I asked this check in staff can we checked out after two nights but he refused to check in for two nights as we booked for 4 nights as we were unable to modify the booking through booking.com app as it was not accessible in Turkey. Shower sliding door was broken.Luckily didn’t fell down the glass door on legs. we booked for 4 nights however we were checked out after 3 nights as were uncomfortable.

Supermarket,restaurants,transport services all close by the hotel. Sea of marmara(had a nice swim) next to a nice park for a family day out. Luna park rides by the sea, kids and adult can ride. All a walking distance from the hotel Almost forgot the breakfast,it was awesome. Both ladies and the gentleman at the restaurant were nice.whatever u need they did their atmost best to serve you..
