L’appartement était pas propre, il avait du sable partout, frigidaire sale, manque de propreté un peu partout et surtout une seule serviette de bain ! Il manque d’attention !

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Posizione stra-strategica, vista sul mare top, prezzo imbattibile, proprietari discreti e gentili, lavatrice e internet presenti.
Mobilio cucina/soggiorno leggermente vetusto. Pulizia non del tutto ineccepibile, ma a questo prezzo è difficile lamentarsi. Io aumenterei il prezzo e migliorerei alcune cose, per esempio predisporre una tenda/riparo per la parte esterna molto bella ma non usufruibile per le alte temperature, di giorno.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Le logement est très satisfaisant pour un couple, la situation est exceptionnelle à 6 mn de la médina et 4 mn de la plage à pied. Amine et sa famille sont adorables. Je vous conseille le restaurant de plage La Sirène. Nous y avons séjourné 1 mois pour la deuxième année consécutive.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Très bel appartement, propre, spacieux et bien équipé. La grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, sympathique et disponible. Tout s’est très bien passé. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation !

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026We had a wonderful stay! The host was professional, with great communication and a super quick, hassle-free check-in. The house is beautifully decorated in a traditional style with colorful tiles and lots of character. We especially loved the huge terrace overlooking Hammamet North Beach, just a two-minute walk away. The beach was much cleaner than we expected and had both lifeguards and security. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine with detergent provided was a nice bonus. The charming old medina is also just a pleasant 10-minute walk along the seafront promenade. We’d happily stay here again.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Very friendly host. The flat was large with a lovely sun terrace. It was excellent value for money.
Slightly dated and not the cleanest property. But for the money the location and space made up for that. The sofa and TV were large and comfortable. We would definitely go back. Also not great if you have mobility issues as it is on the third floor.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Très bel appartement lumineux et spacieux. Très bien situé. Juste à côté de la plage et à quelques minutes de la médina. Grande terrasse avec super vue sur la mer et la médina. La location à beaucoup d atouts et pourrais être génial mais il y a un gros hic...
Le ménage est vraiment bâclé ! Salle de bain douteuse , literie à revoir. équipement cuisine à compléter. Dommage pour un si bel appartement, même si je ne regrette pas mon séjour.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Muy buena localización y una terraza enorme desde la que se ve el mar, que está andando a unos 3 minutos. Tienes supermercados y sitios donde comer al lado. El apartamento es espacioso y muy bien decorado. El aparcamiento es en la calle, y a unos metros hay un solar habilitado como aparcamiento libre. Dispone de aire acondicionado y un sofá muy cómodo.
Como punto de mejora, la limpieza de la cocina, no muy buena, y punto negativo las escaleras hasta el apartamento (3ª planta).

Apartment was not cleaned at all. there was a dirty towel in the bathroom. next to the Bed it was dusty and hairy from former visitors maybe as well. garbage bin was dirty and bad smelling.

Il serait nécessaire de réparer la canalisation qui était bouchée. De plus, les toilettes était sales ainsi que le sol de la maison. Je doutais de l hygiène des serviettes de bain.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Bella casa al terzo piano senza ascensore ( ma non faticoso) con terrazza con vista mare. Posizione ideale a due passi dalla spiaggia e 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina. Aria condizionata in soggiorno e una camera, non nella singola, ma non ce ne era troppo bisogno nemmeno se agosto. Cucina attrezzata col minimo indispensabile, frigo vecchio che rimane un po' aperto ma alla fine funziona. Divano non letto ma comodo a detta di mio figlio.
Attenzione : fatevi mandare la posizione perché se digitate su Maps "Dar Sonia hammamet" vi manda a 20 minuti di distanza nella campagna. Mancavano lenzuoli per il divano e il quarto asciugamano ma il ragazzo è stato veloce nel portarceli. Sembrava però non aspettasse il quarto ospite ...

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024Amazing location The pictures in booking.com don’t really do justice to the view! Comfortable cozy beds (maybe a little small for someone above 6ft but still very comfortable! There is parking space and it’s safe as far as I could tell. Rest Amine is really accommodating and helpful !
Good for a couple or 3 friends like we were, cannot exactly accommodate 4 if you come with a lot of luggage.
