La casa...e il fatto di stare all'interno della medina e il terrazzo

Raja è stata molto gentile e molto molto disponibile e ci ha dato molte informazioni utili, la sua casa è un delizioso appartamento ma troppo piccolo e dalle foto su Booking non sembrava così piccolo ma in ogni caso la HOST è stata molto accogliente Se tornassi sceglierei una casa più verso YASMINE che ha belle spiagge e non costringe a prendere tanti taxi ogni giorni perché alla Medina le spiagge non sono attrezzate

In casa manca un tavolo per mangiare seduti e in 3 lo spazio era veramente poco, il bagno piccolissimo non c’era spazio per mettere le cose di 3 persone, i cuscini in Tunisia sono troppo alti in italia sono più bassi dunque dormire diverse notti così oltre al torcicollo mal di spalle, consiglio di averne altri più bassi, infatti abbiamo usato quelli del divano; inoltre il rapporto qualità prezzo troppo alto per un appartamento così piccolo, a sidi bou said per una casa con 2 stanze grandi, soggiorno grande, cucina abitabile bagno grande con doccia enorme abbiamo pagato la metà.

Appartamento molto bello e curato, dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima la terrazza da cui ammirare Hammamet. La posizione è ottima, proprio in centro e possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina al Forte di Hammamet.

Doors make tooooo much noise. People in the lower floor, were making too much noise but also due to the doors not closing properly.

L'emplacement est idéal dans la Médina d'Hammamet. Appartement entièrement rénové en gardant le style ancien et très joliment décoré. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour apprécier la vue sur le fort la mer et l'ambiance de la ville. Excellente communication avec Raja pour la remise des clés et des conseils pour le séjour.

The property is in an excellent location and is beautifully decorated. There is a well appointed roof top terrace with a great view of the sea and Medina. Raja was a warm and welcoming hostess who provided useful advice about local restaurants.

Tout était parfait pour ce séjour ! Le logement était magnifique, propre, idéalement situé dans la médina et la terrasse est sublime. L'hôte est adorable, à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Je ne peux que recommander de loger ici pour vos séjours, merci encore pour ces bons moments ! A bientôt,

The host was lovely, they walked us around and gave a little tour of the medina. They were super friendly. Also the flat is in the most amazing area possible.

La casa é stupenda, curata nei minimi dettagli. Terrazzo stupendo dove abbiamo guardato il cielo. Host disponibile, cordiale e simpatica. Tutto perfetto!

The Host greeted me at the very point the taxi dropped me off. A Whatsapp message for the location of the heating controls was promptly returned with a call from the host within 15 minutes. Extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment that is decorated & maintained to the highest of standards.

It’s a tiny room rather than an apartment ( it’s said there were two rooms in booking. Com), but with the price of very large apartment. Haven’t water for several hours.

Very pretty little apartment close to the beach and easy to find in the Medina. It is well stocked for a weekend or longer stay. Best suited for a couple or single.

Guests allowed to dry their clothes, including underwear on the rooftop. That wasn’t enjoyable. As soon as we started to speak on the rooftop (me and my husband), not even loud and at 6:30pm, a grumpy old neighbor below asked us to shut up and be respectful. I guess he is tired of hearing guests talking a floor above his own terrace, but that was rude really, especially considering that we weren’t talking loud. So eventually, the rooftop experience didn’t meet my expectations although that was the main criterion for choosing this accommodation. Also, there are no blackout curtains nor shutters in the bedroom, so it’s kind of difficult to sleep past 7:00am with sunlight, and noise from busy street.

Wonderful terrace and clean , well designed premises

The location in the medina was superb - not least the panoramic views of the medina, the town and the sea from the roof terrace. The property was less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and local cafe’s, restaurants and shops. The kitchen was generally well equipped and the accommodation, attractive and comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful.

There was little or nothing to dislike!

The most cozy, beautiful place you can wish for. In the middle of the Médina, incredible terrace, super clean. We loved it!

If you are an early bird you’re perfect here - if not your sleep may get interrupted by the call for the morning prayer before sunrise from the mosque next door.

The place was truly exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and a perfect representation of traditional Tunisian architecture that immediately immerses you in the local culture. Raja was an extraordinary host, attentive and incredibly hospitable. The location couldn’t be better, offering easy access to explore and enjoy the vibrant area and beach around, the terrace added an extra to my stay with a beautiful sunset. My stay in Hammamet and at the place exceeded all expectations, Raja, thank you!
