The room was not clean and there was no hot water for two days of my three day stay.

The room was very nice and the pool area was nice. Location was also good, really close to food, drink and supermarkets

The pool was a little bit dirty and we had a few mosquitos in the room due to the doors still having a slight gap when closed.

Vriendelijk personeel, lokatie, uitzicht, goed bed. 2 terrassen bij je kamer.

Badkamer, open douche, wastafel kraan stond los. Geen tafeltje of kastje waar je je toilettas op kon zetten.

Location tranquilla nella confusione di ubud

The location is good, close to the central Ubud, but still giving peace and quiet. The staff is very kind.

The hotel itself requires some refurbishing. The towels look and smell like dirty, like they havent been cleaned with detergent. I didnt want to use them for my face. Overall, I didnt get the impression of the room being clean. A lot of dust on the lamps and overall. There are much better places in Ubud for similar price.

Posto molto bello, con piscina spaziosa e pulita, lo staff sta sempre a pulire il giardino e gli ambienti comuni. Sono disponibili. Ho cambiato varie stanze perché ho aggiunto delle notti, solo una non mi è piaciuta, le altre sì. L'ultimo piano è spettacolare!! C'è l'acqua calda. Mi è piaciuta la posizione, circa 15 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo di Ubud

Struttura situata poco fuori dal centro di Ubud, in una via parallela a quella principale, ed immersa nel verde. In 10/15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Palazzo, il cuore di Ubud. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. La colazione non è a buffet, ma preparata al momento. Al nostro arrivo ci sono stati consegnati dei fogli per scegliere cosa avremmo voluto mangiare la mattina seguente. Prodotti freschi e molto buoni! Lo staff molto gentile, in particolare Wayan che ci ha accolti e aiutati con ogni nostra necessità. Ha infatti chiamato per noi un autista per il trasferimento a Kuta.

A very good location — you can easily walk to the city centre, markets, and all the cafés and restaurants.

De locatie is gelegen aan de rand van Ubud. Rustig genoeg om geen last te hebben van het razende verkeer. Maar dichtbij genoeg om het centrum lopend te bereiken. Ook een fijn zwembad.

De balustrade bij de balkons aan de achterzijde zijn aan de lage kant. Verder is het verkeer en de stoep en de waterafvoer (open putten in het trottoir) een ramp. Maar dat is bekend van Ubud in het algemeen.

La localización del hotel es excepcional. Disfrutamos de una habitación limpia y muy bien acondicionada. La zona de piscina es muy bonita y tranquila. El personal es muy amable.

A partir de las 20:00h no te puedes bañar en la piscina. No tienen servicio de comida/cena, solo desayuno

The pool is stunning & very clean, amazing jungle views & good loungers, lovely spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Set right back off the road so very quiet for sleeping. Staff were helpful. The ground floor rooms have views over the pool & views.

The 2 main issues were very unreliable & sometimes unavailable wifi inside the room- I had to keep my door open to even get some wifi. Towels & sheets weren’t washed properly & didn’t smell fresh- the perfume was strong to mask that I don’t think they are rinsed in fresh water- linens are washed but I don’t think the water is clean which leaves them off white & musty.

Très bien situé, proche de tout à pied et également du centre-ville. La piscine est jolie et bien ensoleillée, ce qui est très important pour moi Je n’ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner, donc je ne peux pas donner mon avis sur la nourriture L’hôtel lui-même est très joli et, pour ce prix, c’est extrêmement bien. À savoir que, dans mon cas, j’ai payé seulement 27 € par nuit

Forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain, qui imprègne les draps et les serviettes et est très désagréable. Elle est vétuste et l’humidité a même détérioré les murs extérieurs de la chambre, comme le montrent les photos. Vraiment dommage ils devront investir mais par rapport le prix payer on peut pas trop demander non plus. Le lit est confortable, mais il grince énormément au moindre mouvement, ce qui réveille facilement le partenaire pendant la nuit et perturbe fortement le sommeil

Camere pulite e accoglienti. Colazione ottima vista piscina e giungla, meravigliosi. Il personale sempre disponibile, gentile e sorridente. Consigliato assolutamente anche per la posizione centralissima, vicina a bar, warung, ristoranti e posti dove fare massaggi, ma non nel caos della via principale. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono le maggiori attrazioni turistiche di Ubud. Top!

Das Badezimmer fand ich nicht toll, nach dem duschen stank es nach Schimmel wegen der Feuchtigkeit.

Fresh breakfast by the pool daily - perfect start to the day. You had a choice but I stuck to my banana crepes and fruit - so good.

Ontzettend schone kamers. Er werd gedurende de dag meerdere keren schoon gemaakt. Grote kamers met een fijne douche. Goed ontbijt en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.

Zwembad was aan de frisse kant maar t uitzicht daarentegen was fenomenaal.

Pokój najlepsze lata miał już za sobą i wymaga odświeżenia. Korzystanie z prysznica powoduje że cała łazienka pływa. Pilot od klimatyzacji działał tylko jak miał ochotę.

Gute Lage, weit genug vom monkey forest (sonst kommen die Affen auf die Terrassen). Nettes Personal, Zimmer ist einfach aber groß. Zum Frühstück kann man sich Eier, Palatschinken oder Sandwich wünschen.

This hotel is truly something special. If you’re looking for an authentic jungle experience surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. We stayed in the best room on the second floor overlooking the infinity pool. The views were absolutely breathtaking. On one side, there was a stunning 180-degree panorama of the pool and valley, and on the other, lush tropical jungle. Waking up to these views every morning was unforgettable. The room itself was enormous - a studio apartment, with a kitchen, a spacious living area, and a large entrance hall. Everything felt comfortable and peaceful. The staff deserve a special mention. By the end of our stay, they felt more like family than hotel employees. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A very special thank you to Wayan, who was always available, responded quickly to every question, and made sure everything during our stay went perfectly. We truly appreciated all her care and support. They also made my boyfriend’s birthday truly unforgettable. They decorated our entire room with beautiful pink flower petals, elegant swan-shaped arrangements, exotic flowers on every surface, fresh flower vases, and even created a “Happy Birthday” message using tropical leaves. It was one of the most beautiful hotel decorations we’ve ever seen. The infinity pool is another highlight of this place. Swimming there while surrounded by the jungle is an amazing experience. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. It was one of the most unique, authentic, and memorable hotels we’ve ever experienced.

A couple of things to keep in mind: the bathroom is very spacious, but the showerhh is completely open, so after taking a shower the entire bathroom floor, including the sink and toilet area, gets wet. Also, breakfast is served à la carte rather than as a buffet. The food is tasty, but the selection is naturally more limited. You choose from a set menu that usually includes one main dish, a drink, and a juice. If you prefer large buffet breakfasts with lots of variety, this may not be the best fit.

La struttura è estremamente valida, posizione leggermente defilata ma comunque comoda e vicina a tutto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione su ordinazione e quindi non a buffet, comunque quantità e qualità soddisfacenti.

unica nota stonata, per questo non ho dato il massimo a tutte le votazioni, in fase di prenotazione essendo noi in 3 (figlio di anni 12), mi veniva data solo la possibilità di prenotare 2 stanze doppie, essendo le stesse fornite di letto matrimoniale king size, provavo a chiedere via mail per ben 2 volte di prenotarne solamente una aggiungendo un terzo letto o anche solo dormendo in 3 in quello presente, pagando ovviamente quanto dovuto. La struttura mi rispondeva che non era possibile soggiornare in piú di 2 persone per stanza... il giorno del nostro check-in dopo averci mostrato gentilmente le stanze e vedendo che sicuramente in una poteva essere aggiunto il terzo letto, a seguito di nostra ulteriore richiesta, venivamo accontentati con la precisazione pero' che la rinuncia alla seconda camera non poteva in nessun modo prevedere alcun rimborso poiché pagato online giorni prima del nostro arrivo. Voglio pensare sia stata solo causa di un'incomprensione...

De locatie, op loopafstand van het drukke centrum. In een zijstraat dus in de avond heerlijk rustig. Prima zwembad, nooit druk. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Wonderful stay a little back from the centre but easy walking distance to everything. Large room with hot shower AC & comfortable bed. Great storage (wardrobe). Outside areas lovely with a great pool. Breakfast lots of choices and staff great. A perfect pick.

La piscine avec une vue extraordinaire, la chambre très grande avec bureau pour travailler, à proximité de beaucoup de bars, resto et salons de massage mais très calme.

Fourmis , milles pattes, + gros cafard au milieu de la nuit , du coup nous avons rien dormis , nous avons trouver personnes pour signaler ,petit dej prévu à 7h30 , nous sommes allée qu’à 8h30 , il était servis depuis l’heure prévu donc remplis de fourmis…
