Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The location was perfect, close to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. The price was fine as well, especially since I booked last minute. WiFi was working excellent.
The hygienic standards were not very high. I knew it was a room with shared bath and kitchen, but it is shared not only with other guests but also with the owner who is not a very clean person (there were some weird smelly things in the fridge, sometimes the sink was smelling of urine for whatever reason and once in the morning there was a piece of meat on a plate in the kitchen that obviously has been outside all night long). Also the owner is home all day and doesn't seem to be very happy if his guests are not outside all day. So, if you are looking for something cheap and are in the accommodation only to sleep then it's good enough. If you plan to be in the flat also for resting or working during the day and to cook from time to time then you might consider the things mentioned above

Chambre confortable mais un peu petite àmon goût. Il faut bien gérer fenêtres et volets pour conserver de la fraîcheur à l'intérieur.

Ótimas instalações, com espaço exterior muito agradável e serviços, excelente localização, perto do parque urbano, do centro da Costa e da praia. Com certeza iremos voltar!

Muito bem localizado, uma estadia simples com tudo o que precisa, confortável e higiénica, muito silenciosa de boite para um bom descanso. Agradecimento especial por permitir guardar a mota dentro. É um alojamento a voltar sempre.
Ainda estou a pensar no que não gostei. Um dia conto.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026I had a very restful stay here. The house was tranquil, on a quiet residential street - wonderful to wake up to birdsong rather than traffic. Great location, only a couple of blocks from the beach. The host is respectful of guest's space, and is very kind; he went out of his way to give me a lift somewhere. I ended up booking another night!

No compartir el alojamiento con otros viajeros si no encontrarnos metidos en la casa de otra persona con el trasiego por el lugar de sus conocidos. También toda la zona es de parking de pago y no se advertió previamente.
