El emplazamiento es espectacular. El jardín está muy cuidado, hay muchísima tranquilidad y la piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles. Además, está justo enfrente de una de las mejores olas para hacer surf de Siargao, por lo que la ubicación es perfecta si te gusta el surf. El personal, en general, es amable y atento.

Reservamos una villa con vistas al jardín para cuatro personas y una de las “camas” era simplemente un colchón duro colocado en el suelo, algo que no esperábamos en un alojamiento de este nivel y precio. El alquiler de tablas de surf también debería mejorar muchísimo. Estando frente a una de las mejores olas de Siargao, sorprende que las tablas estén tan deterioradas y sean de tan baja calidad. El personal es amable, pero puede llegar a resultar demasiado intenso, preguntando constantemente por consumos y servicios. Especialmente durante el checkout sentimos demasiada insistencia intentando cobrarnos diferentes extras. Tampoco nos gustó la política de cargos adicionales. Añaden un 5% en concepto de servicio, cuando creemos que ese coste debería estar ya implícito en los precios de la carta. Preferimos saber desde el principio el precio real de lo que estamos consumiendo, sin encontrarnos después con porcentajes adicionales. Además, si pagas con tarjeta, cobran otro suplemento. En un hotel donde las cuentas pueden ser elevadas, creemos que el pago con tarjeta no debería tener un coste adicional. Por último, la presión de las duchas es muy baja. Apenas sale agua y lavarse el pelo resulta realmente complicado.

Elegimos este lugar nuestra primera vez en Siargao y acertamos totalmente. Villas equipadas en primera línea, espaciosas y muy cómodas, una piscina infinita sobre la cual poder observar bien las olas del mar y la playa para surfear justo delante de donde te alojas. Un sueño para los que buscan relajarse, surfear y disfrutar. Gracias en especial a Bhe Bhe y a Elthon por su increíble acogida y atención continua durante toda la estancia. Nos ayudaron en todo lo posible, siempre con una sonrisa. Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo. Con ganas de volver!

Si vas un viernes, puede haber fiesta en el bar de atrás, llevar unos tapones nunca es mala idea. Pero vamos… difícilmente puede no gustarte este lugar, es el paraíso

Le spot de yapak ( apres avoir parcourue toute l ile) correspond tout a fait a ce que nous attendions. La plage de bamboo beach et ses vagues, le resort avec sa piscine et ses villas qui ont toutes la vue sur la mer avec acces direct. Le calme de Pacifico , quelques restos ( on peut y manger correctement) et l extreme gentillesse du staf. Board en loc a dispo scoot ou voiture egalement. Un tres bon moment , quiet avec le mood de l asie🙏🙏

Second time around! Kleines Hotel-Juwel in Pacifico. Marc und seine Familie haben einen zauberhaften Ort geschaffen an dem es an nichts fehlt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (wie überhaupt auf den Philippinen) gab es hier natürlich auch (Grüße an DonDon!). Das absolute Highlight war der neue Tennisplatz! Danke! Beachside location, with pool made it just so easy to relax. Owners and staff always accessible for a chat. Breakfast was a good solid option to start the day. Will stay here again!

The resort restaurant was primarily Japanese food, with only limited alternative options. Food was excellent, though sadly, we would have eaten more frequently at Yapak if there were more non Japanese offerings.

Fantastic location and well laid out. We loved the retreat feel of Yapak, and the staff were outstanding. Some of the nicest people in the world, hands down.

Our balcony had some badly rotten wood but it didn't impact our stay and they are trying to fix it. The room was a little on the small side but the communal outside areas made up for it.

This stunning beachfront hotel features a gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean and amazing colorful aesthetic lighting. But what truly sets it apart is the hospitality. A huge shoutout to Bhebhe, Elton and Kuya Romeo for taking such incredible care of us! When I struggled to find a birthday cake for my son in Pacifico, Bhebhe pulled off a miracle. She sourced one from San Isidro at the last minute and was even willing to pick it up herself. Talk about going above and beyond! We ended up grabbing it since we had a rental car, but her willingness to help blew us away. Bonus: The food at Yapak is fantastic, affordable, and includes a great free breakfast. Highly recommend!

There is honestly nothing to dislike about this property. Like any hotel, it’s not perfect, but we had a great stay. The family room was a bit tight for the six of us, but we chose it because renting a villa was out of our budget. While the room was a bit small, we added two extra mattresses to make sleeping more comfortable. The extra fee was very reasonable, especially since it included free breakfast for the extra guests—we really appreciated the hotel allowing this! Upon check-in, our room had just been cleaned, so there was a strong smell of disinfectant. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it’s something they might want to improve, as first impressions matter.

This was an amazing property with the most beautiful view. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The manager nature was taken care of in every way possible bartender made the best drinks every customer like they were family. This is definitely a five star resort resort that deserves to be recognized as that. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

- Amazing people! The best thing about Yapak Beach Villas is the wonderful team of staff. Romeo, Bhe Bhe, Don Don, Ann, Elsa, Stefanie, the pool guy, the chefs, the water guy, house keeping - everyone! were so kind to us. They welcomed us with a smile every morning and absolutely made our stay the best.. we were sad to leave. - excellent facilities: everything we needed for a family of 5 with a very clean and spacious room serviced daily, outdoor area and access to anything we needed (our wonderful nanny, rental car, surfboard, surf lessons, laundry service). The infinity pool is huge, very clean and quiet and the restaurant serves the most delicious food. A mango shake daily is a must. - excellent location: located right in front of a surf break, direct beach access and walking distance to town We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend to others.

Great location, you can easily surf out of the villa. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were kept clean. There were loud music from the nearby bar, but the sound of the waves muffled it. All of our requests were granted.

Power interruption, it was island wide but backup power is not existent or very late to come online. Pool water was cloudy, heavily chlorinated. We only dipped on it once during our stay due to this. 2 birds died trying to drink the water there. Don't come here for the pool.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt at home. The location is great. Very nice vieuw of the pacific beach and the surfers. The room was comfortable. The beds and pillows guaranteed a good sleep and rest. We enjoyed our breakfast. The swimming pool is big and offers nice views of the pacifico beach.

Es muy caro comer en el restaurante de la piscina. Y también el transporte que disponen para el aeropuerto. El baño antiguo y oxidado la grifería. Las toallas horribles no secan nada y sueltan muchas pelusas. Deben de hacer cambios de toallas nuevas.

I loved this place. The rooms are very nice and the food was good. The entire staff has been so lovely and I really enjoyed my stay here. You are away from the crowds in general Luna but you still have everything you need in close proximity. Had a surf lesson right off the beach in front and could rent a Motorbike. All in all it was a perfect end to my trip. Thank you so much.

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage und der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft.

The place was exceptional. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff was so nice, they are friendly and courteous, special mention to Mr. Romeo, who was very accomodating. Salute to you sir.

I really liked staying in Yapak, its an amazing location. The room is spacious, clean and feels luxurious. All staff are superfriendly, pool and views look stunning. Doing surflessons with Alan was cool. Unfortunately the weather got really bad and got 2 full days of heavy rain so i couldn't enjoy the nice location as much as i liked.

Ok i really have to say something here, my room had serious issues. First, just before i checked-in my AC was broken, but before the end of the day they bought and installed a new one (but still a noisy PH AC, they should upgrade to a normal hotel one i guess), i got some free beers as compensation :-). Secondly because of the heavy rain the main roof was leaking on my roof and it started to leak in my room, from the walls and lights. My last night it got really bad and the fan made short-circuit. Overall i believe Yapak should review their maintenance schedule, but besides these issues i definitely book again when i visit Pacifico.

Die Villas haben eine schöne und ansprechende Einrichtung. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön, sowie die Gartenanlage und die Aussicht auf Strand und Meer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar das Restaurant ist für dieses relativ kleine Resort sehr gut.

Die Villas hat keine Dämmung im Dachbereich, und das Dach selbst ist aus Naturprodukten, vermutlich Palmblätter. Dadurch fehlt eine ordentliche Schallisolierung, und die starke Meeresbrandung und andere Geräusche sind sehr laut zu hören. Schlafen ist bei dieser Geräuschkulisse eine Herausforderung. Mit einer vernünftigen Schallisolierung wäre das Resort perfekt.

A fabulous location with a great room, lovely view of the ocean, lovely pool, and excellent breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a nice selection of restaurants just along the street. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Just was the best setting. Pool looking out on the beach and waves. Best coffee in Philippines. Pool was great. Staff were super friendly. Rented a scooter. Everything was easy to book like scooter, surf lessons.

Air con - not that great. And the ceiling fan in our room was super squeaky. Toilet seat also don’t fit which was bizarre.

The hotel is beautiful and located at Pacifico beach with a very nice swimmingpool and resturant. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was really nice, but the room was ok.

The is NO door to the bathroom!! The air con is in the bathroom and was a bit noisy. We had a room with seaview which was really nice, but everyone has to go past your room so we had to have the curtins closed at all times. There is also no fridge at the room.

Some trash can be seen on the beach. Hopefully that can be cleaned up regularly so that the plastic doesn't go back to the ocean.

Im so glad that i was able to stay here in Yapak beach villa resort. The customer service is jist top notched and just wonderful.. it has that family vibe that you won’t see much on most resorts. They greet you with a smile every time they see you in the morning! The staff are so accommodating especially Ate Elsa and Kuya Romeo.. they go above and beyond on their hospitality! Now let’s talk about the resort, I’m all about location and this one didn’t disappoint!! The view is just paradise and one of a kind..you are greeted in the morning by the sound of ocean waves!! It’s just glorious serenity.. The resort offers villas and rooms that can accommodate families or a solo traveler like me! You can book surf lessons at the property if you wanna try surfing like i do for the first time lol!! WIFI is great also shockingly enough being up out there! I highly recommend this resort!! A++ on my book!! And I will be coming back to stay here again next year and bring my family if the opportunity arise. Thanks again Yapak Beach Villa for your hospitality!! Keep up the good work!! There’s wasn’t anything that really disappointed me..only a minor hiccup in which I took a shower on my first night and the hot water was off . But they fixed it right away the next day when I informed.. it was a n easy fixed!!

We absolutely loved Yapak Villas. Our villa was perfect - clean, comfortable, luxurious. All staff were wonderful, the coffee was the best we had in the Philippines. Thank you so much.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage direkt am Meet und man kann beim Frühstück den Surfern zuschauen. Das Zimmer bietet genug Platz.

Unser Badezimmer hat leider anfangs nicht so gut gerochen, aber das Personal hat alles getan, damit es nicht mehr der Fall ist. Im Zimmer wäre ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen noch praktisch, damit man nicht nur auf dem Bett sitzen muss.

The location is ideal if you want a quieter side of Siargao, away from the busy scene of General Luna. Being close to Pacifico, Tangbo and Secret beaches was a big plus, especially for surf and swimming on natural pools. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the whole place has a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home straight away. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and spending afternoons by the pool was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, this is a wonderful place to experience the slower, more authentic side of Siargao. We would definitely come back.

Unsere Philippinenreise hat in der Unterkunft Yapak Beach Villas gestartet. Die Mitarbeiter waren so lieb und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit Romeo und Ana hatten wir am meisten Kontakt und die beiden sind zuckersüß und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick auf den Strand und dem Pool sind ein Traum. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Essen im Restaurant war sooo lecker. An unserem letzten Abend stand leider unser Badezimmer unter Wasser. Es wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Lösung gefunden. Das Einzige „negative“ ist dass die Klimaanlage etwas laut ist. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden diese auch wieder buchen.

Great location. Nice pool with a view. Friendly staff who responded quickly while we were stranded due to a low pressure system. Very big and spacious villa. We were warned ahead of time about construction noise which was nice.

The villa roof leaked, but I'm assuming it was from the recent low pressure system that just went over the island. Staff were attentive when notified. There were ants everywhere, more than normal. In the sink, on the floor, on the walls. Not a huge problem, but the ants around the sink area were annoying.

Staff was super helpful and villa was clean! The breakfast included was good. Being right on the beach really gave it the island life feel. The weather got bad while we were there and having a TV and cosy robes in the room was very helpful as we couldn’t really get out to explore.

Unfortunately, the weather was really bad which of course is not the hotels fault, but didn’t really feel it lived up to its potential, and water coming in through door and window because the rain was so heavy. We had hoped the villa would be a bit more private, however, there were people picking up leaves just outside the window on both mornings and the windows are not tinted so were able to look straight into the bed.

Lage direkt am Meer mit Pool. Personal äußerst freundlich. Wir hatten unsere IDs vergessen, die dann zu uns nach General Luna gebracht wurden - vielen Dank hierfür.

Laut Booking wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick versprochen, was aber leider nicht der Fall war. Wir schauten auf Palmen und waren direkt oberhalb der Rezeption. Das Bad hat nicht den höchsten Standard aber reicht aus. Es wäre ratsam diese einmal zu sanieren. Preise im Restaurant teuer.

El alojamiento está frente al mar, por lo que tiene una ubicación perfecta. El personal es super atento y la villa tenía muchos amenities o detalles para lo que pudiéramos necesitar y más. En nuestro caso tuvieron un problema con el aire acondicionado en la villa y nos lo comunicaron inmediatamente proponiendo varias opciones, cosa que es de agradecer.

El desayuno tiene opciones limitadas.

North Siargao is such a beauty and this hotel was a perfect base. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The beach at the property was such a nice view from the balcony, it was so nice to hear the waves crash as you sit in the comfortable couch outside your room. At high tide you can swim in the beach. They had a back up power, good wifi, good ac, essentials in the bath, hot and cold worked perfectly. We had lots of towels in our room and they still give us a towel when we swim in the pool. Alegria beach (the 4th photo) is only 20 mins from the hotel and it was such a nice swimming beach, soft sand calm waters. Del Carmen port was also 30 mins from the port where we toon the sugba lagoon and sandbar tour which was probably the cheapest exclusive boat tour i have booked and we literally had the sandbar to ourselves. I super love north Siargao and Yapak Beach Villas was a perfect host. So glad i chose this place, we had an amazing experience. We rented our car from island vibes and they gave us a super cheap price so we were able to freely explore the north for beaches and cafes. We had free dinner on our first night because they let us join their Xmas party!

We had to change room, which was okay as we split our booking, however the WiFi wasn’t working well in the new room, hence tv not really to use, No baby chair available at the restaurant, We didn’t get the warm water to work in the shower, Roof on the terrace was leaking, Room is directly located at a road, we woke up a few times due to track noise (motorcycles), The bar was at night usually occupied by the Jr. and his buddies, which we found disturbing (others might have liked it) long waiting time at the restaurant in the morning, and breakfast first from 7:30 a.m. (the personnel prioritised us after we begun to order in advance),

The hotel was right on the beach so you can walk out of your room and surf. They offer surf board rentals for 24 hours 500/pp. Breakfast was yummy as well, and they have a swim up bar. Bed was comfortable and we could walk out and see the ocean.

We had a small issue with water dripping through our ceiling light fixture which felt a bit unsafe for us. Even though they spent 3 hours trying to fix it (unsuccessfully), they didn't offer any compensation or to move us to another room. The water that dripped through also had a bad smell. I hope they get this properly fixed for the next guests, it's a really lovely spot.
