Family room 93 inch n 9th floor, very spacious and lovely view and great layout. Individual hot tub was great. Good shower. Washing machines wash and dry clothes really well. Communal room with food and drink vending machines, free drinks and ice cream in reception.

Tv in strange place. Needs to be in main lounge and not the bedroom. Not enough hooks to hang wet towels. Not enough clothes storage to unpack bags for 5 people. The roof terrace is right above this particular room. Woken up at 7am one morning by someone playing music through the hotel provided Bluetooth speaker so loud that the bass was full audible in the room. Also cigarette butts found in balcony where guests on roof had obviously flicked them off. Minor points but worth considering if booking room 93.

①2段ベッドの階段の滑り止めが全て外れて床に落ちていた ②ベッドサイドの照明スイッチが全て壊れていた ③長期宿泊（2泊以上）なのにトイレットペーパーのスペアが置いてない ④地下1階の温泉の温度管理がダメ（熱すぎてゆっくり浸かれない）

お部屋がキレイで、温泉も広く、ロビーのドリンクも自由に飲めて良かった

とてもステキな部屋でした。眺めもとても良かったです ウェルカムドリンク、種類がたくさんあって良かったです。 セキュリティがしっかりしてて良かったです

ダウンタウンライトがもう少しあるとよかったと思いました。

よく見るとホコリや掃除の行き届いていない箇所は見受けられました。

地下に温泉があったことです。脱衣所には、リファのドライヤーがらあったので感動しまさた。17時から21時のアルコールや飲み物が飲み放題だったことがとても良かったです。

特にありませんが、駐車場の位置が分かりにくかったです。ホテルに入ってから地図を見て分かったので、その前にできれば知りたかったです。

清潔で、チェックインからアウトまで無人で完結するシステムが良かった

I like the onsen. The room is tidy and clean. The laundry area is also clean.

ロケーションがよく設備等、隅々まで行き届いていて大変良かった。

17時〜のフリードリンクがチェックインできる15時〜だといいなと思いました。 また大浴場の中の電気がもう少し明るいといいかなと思いました。 また利用したいと思います。

It’s clean, spacious and its morning/evening bar offered plenty of drinks and snacks.

There is only hot bath in lady’s bath. I was told that there is cold dip and sauna in men’s bath.

A really modern, clean and comfortable hotel. We had a great room and the extra home comforts were really appreciated. We especially appreciated the free bar and free ice cream in the evenings!

チェックインの手続きが以前より改善された。数年前は宿泊者の登録をロビーに設置してあるタブレットで入力する必要があったが、今回は事前に携帯で登録手続きができ、チェックインの煩わしさがなくなった。 17時から21時までのアルコール類を含むドリンクサービスが酒飲みには何よりの利点です。

今回はこのホテルにしては格安料金で宿泊できたのでよかったのですが、通常は結構宿泊費が高いので、庶民としてはなかなか選択しづらいです。 ホテルが悪いわけではありませんが、朝食は基本的につかないので、朝食をとれる飲食店が近くにあるといいです。前回も今回も朝食は近くのコンビニで済ませました。

房間的空間和充電插座充足，飲料吧讓全家都滿意。

The carpets are looking dirty in the rooms, we actually asked to switch rooms became of it.

這是一間無櫃檯的自助式飯店，飯店房間，有一些開關壞了，其中一個床頭燈甚至不會亮，房間也沒有電話可以打電話給櫃台說明這個狀況，因為櫃台沒有人可以接電話。 check-in/ out 都是無人的平板 check-in，check-out 無法寄放當日行李。櫃檯完全沒有服務人員，廚房有幾名友善的南亞員工，不過聽不懂英文。 打電話詢問飯店客服，客服表示無法寄放。我們一家四個人，其中兩位是長者，大件行李有 4 個，想搭計程車去 MOA 美術館，改詢問客服，是否可能寄放在美術館？客服表示他不知道，也不能幫我們詢問。客服人員態度不是很好，我很訝異，客氣表達情況，請求協助，詢問對方能否協助我們聯繫美術館，因為沒有日本電話，無法打電話給美術館，對方依舊表示無法做這件事。 有幾秒，我停止繼續詢問，把頭抬起來深呼吸，因為我感覺這個答案讓我怒火上竄，我試圖平復怒氣。他以為通話斷線，我說正試圖平復情緒，他最後才說，他最多只能幫我們透過網路查美術館網站，是否可以寄放行李。 事實上，這項資訊自己看網站也可以看到，重點是，美術館是投幣置物櫃，能否放大件行李，依舊不確定。我們最後是走到飯店對面電話亭，準備好零錢，請路過的日本人協助打電話去 MOA 詢問美術館「是否可以寄放大件行李」，確認可以之後，才搭上計程車出發。 我在日本旅行了很長的一段時間，去日本的次數多於 30 次，住過的飯店也超過了 50 間，都是很好的回憶。這是我第一次因為飯店的情況而留言，希望這則留言，可以敦促相關人員，真正去了解並且改善這個情況，祝福飯店能改善，讓旅客能夠真的在這裡住得安心，也讓在這裡工作的員工，願意在專業與服務之中，守護品牌的驕傲與價值。

Das Spa und Onsen im Untergeschoss waren super. Die Sauna ist mit 90 Grad jedoch etwas zu heiß. Ich würde Empfehlen sie auf 80 Grad einzustellen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage ist sehr ruhig und alles ist gut zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Toilette, Dusche und Teppigboden entsprachen definitiv nicht dem japanischen Reinigungs Standard. Eine Entschuldigung per Textnachricht erfolgte spät.

海景房其實其實能看到的海不大，70％還是建築，而且飯店面向大馬路空氣不太好 房間裡有提供一組手沖咖啡組，但飯店採購咖啡濾紙形狀並不符合他們提供的濾嘴的形狀，這樣整組就沒辦法用了

ロケーション、ホテルの作り、無料のドリンク提供等すべてが素晴らしい。豪華じゃなくシンプルの中にセンスが光るホテル。地下にあるスパ（大浴場）も洞窟のようで新鮮でした。

チックイン、部屋のドア解除にメールで送られてくる番号が必要。慣れていないと結構戸惑うと思う。多少値が張る。

The room was a very good size with a balcony. Good lighting and a comfortable bed. Simple kitchenette with coffee grinder and fridge was useful. It had an excellent shower and luxury toilet. We made good use of the onsen (and sauna in male side, my wife was a little disappointed the women’s onsen didn’t have a sauna but she loved it all the same. We felt refreshed afterwards The free bar was a very generous touch, with good gin and whisky. Location good for buses to the station and Jukkoku pass. Lovely to also enjoy the sun on the roof terrace with a beer. Very comfortable stay. Some cutlery in kitchenette would make have been useful.

コーヒー豆で毎朝の引き立て珈琲が飲めた。夕刻の飲酒は楽しく戴いた。室内清掃が行き届いていた。

靴ベラが不備で、外で購入した。また食器洗浄剤が無く同様購入した。長期滞在者に対しては不親切な印象を持った。風呂上りの体重測定が出来なかった（体重計が無い）。

The check in process- Having to call a staff member to finish the check in and having no one answer as they were busy 8-10 times was not a good start

The room is stylish, spacious, and clean, love the in-room coffee bar/cabinet. View is terrific with beach view. There’s a free bar at the 1st floor providing drinks and snacks and even alcohol. Public onsen is pretty clean, and sufficient appliances.

Check-in process is not very intuitive, especially the register web interface, had to call the staff to support. Breakfast is sashimi donburi, very local food but weird to have it as breakfast.

今回が３回目の宿泊でしたが以前よりサービスが低下したように感じました。人的なサービスがないのは、従前通りで分かっていましたが、飲物等の提供は以前と比べて質が落ちたように感じました。

The location provides an ocean view for every room which is great. The rooms are well-designed, spacious for Japanese standards, and the beds were comfortable. The second floor work areas were super useful to take meetings. We enjoyed the onsen, although many times the ambience was disrupted by loud guests who may not have had a clear understanding of onsen etiquette. The free drinks and small snacks available in the lobby made each evening after dinner feel special.

We had to check out and check in twice during our trip because a room was not available for the entire duration of our stay -- we have to switch rooms twice. This meant we were saddled with our luggage between 11 am to 3 pm on those room transfer days. We managed, but luggage storage lockers which were not provided at Rakuten Stay, would have made those days a whole lot better. We also asked for new towels during our lenghty stay, which we did not get. Additionally, our international phone plan didn't allow for normal phone calls so we couldn't call a cab directly, which we needed to get to Atami Station -- a taxi phone in the lobby would have helped greatly.

エントランス、部屋すべてがお洒落で、落ちつく色で統一されていたのがよかったです。部屋の作りも、景色を見ながら過ごせるような工夫があり、またキッチンにはワイングラス、コーヒーも豆から引くようになっていて楽しめる工夫がありました。残念だったのは女性のお風呂にサウナがなくがっかりでした、、、
