ERK Hotel

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’ERK Hôtel à Istanbul. Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : l’hôtel se trouve à proximité d’une station de métro et de tramway, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans Istanbul. Il est aussi situé à seulement 1 minute à pied de la zone piétonne touristique, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Un hôtel agréable, bien situé et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Je recommande !

Breakfast was very good. Healthy, fresh, nutritious, clean, loved the variety. Coffee was great. Aircon in the room. Spacious bathroom and shower, would have loved a bigger size room.

Room was much smaller than anticipated or what was advertised on booking.com. There was no refills for complimentary water ( during peak summer season! ) no refills for tea, coffee, milk in the rooms. Staff was friendly but language barrier and couldn’t understand English. So if we had a concern, they couldn’t assist. No ironing board. No balcony/ view. The sliding door opened to a wall, so lack of fresh air wasnt flowing into the room.

La disponibilité des équipes, la proximité avec tous les sites historiques. L’hôtel est très bien équipé, très propre, les équipements sont comme neufs.

The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are friendly, attentive and always willing to help.

The only downside was the lady working at breakfast in the morning is not very welcoming or friendly and always seems upset.

نظافة المكان استثنائية و لطافة العاملين بالفندق عالية موقع الفندق رائع مكان هادئ و قريب من مراكز الحيوية و الترام و المترو و كلشي . الافطار كان بسيط بس لذيذ و نظيف و بي مكينه قهوة مجانية .. فقط لا يضعون ماء و ضيافة ضرف قهوة وشاي عند تنظيف الغرفة مثل باقي الفنادق . يضعونها اول يوم فقط عند تسجيل الدخول .

Le séjour à ERK Hotel était excellent Le point fort de cet hôtel c'est définitivement son emplacement qui est tout simplement excellent pour toute personne qui veut visiter Istanbul. La proximité avec Ste Sophie, la Mosquée Bleue, le Parc Gulhane facilite grandement les visites Les chambres sont décorées avec soin et l'essentiel y est La grande force de cet hôtel c'est aussi le personnel qui est vraiment au petit soin ! Hôtel à recommander +++++++

Unfortunately, our stay at the Erk Hotel in Istanbul was not a pleasant one, and I can only partly understand the many positive reviews the hotel has received. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, however, there were several significant problems during our five-day stay. Firstly, the refrigerator in our room did not work throughout the entire stay. We reported the problem on the very first day and asked for it to be checked or repaired, but unfortunately nothing was done. We had brought a bottle of champagne with us that we wanted to enjoy for a birthday celebration. Since the refrigerator was not working, we handed the bottle to reception in the morning and asked them to keep it chilled for us. Unfortunately, when we collected it again in the evening, the bottle was warm. Secondly, for four days the shower stopped running after approximately one minute. This repeatedly happened while we were in the middle of showering, leaving us covered in soap with no running water. We reported this problem twice and were told that it was related to the water pressure. While we appreciated the explanation, unfortunately the actual problem was not resolved. Only around midday on the day before our departure were we offered another room. At that point, we declined, as moving all our belongings to another room for only half a day did not seem worthwhile. As a result, throughout most of our stay we had very limited opportunities to take a proper shower, either in the morning or in the evening. In addition, the elevator broke down several times. As our room was on the fifth floor, having to walk all the way up and down the stairs was quite exhausting. We are fortunately able to walk well, but for elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility, this could have been extremely difficult or even almost impossible.

The location is great, in a walking distance to many sightseeings. I liked the breakfast, the room was clean, the stuff is welcoming and was always open to help whenever we needed.

Las imágenes no se corresponden con la habitación económica. Es una habitación muy pequeña, que si vas a estar de forma express, está bien, pero en nuestro caso que eran varias noches de vacaciones se hizo pesado

Sie war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr lieb und hiflfsbereit.

The breakfast was fine, I would rate it 8/10. The standard that we got room was a bit smaller than we expected (it appeared bigger in photos) and had no view (it was facing the wall) but it was tidy and clean. Overall experience in my opinion 8.5/10.

Прекрасный отель. Находится в очень удобном месте - сама улица тихая, при этом находится в историческом центре. Рядом станция метро Serkeci, трамвайная остановка. Близко к самым интересным достопримечательностям, и Галатскому мосту. Приятным открытием было, что рядом с отелем находится вход в прекрасный парк Gulhane. Номер очень чистый и уютный. Каждый день делали уборку в номере, меняли белье и полотенца. Персонал приятный и отзывчивый. Мы не пожалели, что после долгих поисков остановились именно на этом отеле.

Останавливались здесь с подругой с 4 по 8 августа. Очень приятное место: небольшой, стильный и чистый отель. Фото на сайте можно верить — все именно так, как на картинках. Расположение удачное. Отдельная благодарность персоналу за заботу. Видно, что людям не всё равно — и это мы оценили. На день рождения подруги нас ждал приятный сюрприз — номер красиво украсили. Мелочь, а настроение подняли на весь день. Рекомендую!

Sehr angenehmes und sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal und täglicher Reinigung (extra Dank an Seren). Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, mit bequemem Bett, geräumigem Schrank, Schubladen und Safe. Das Bad war sauber und bot ausreichend Ablagefläche. Großer Spiegel+ gute Lichtverhältnisse sowie die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich ausreichend, allerdings waren Käse und andere kühl zu lagernde Lebensmittel nicht gekühlt und dadurch warm. Außerdem war der Frühstücksraum etwas klein. Leider war eine Wasserflasche für den täglichen Bedarf im Zimmer kostenpflichtig, natürlich kann man außerhalb günstiger kaufen.

Гостиница расположена рядом с парком Гюльхане и находится в пешей доступности от основных исторических достопримечательностей. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь. На стойке регистрации сотрудники находятся круглосуточно (24/7), поэтому можно обратиться за помощью в любое время.

Завтрак довольно скромный и не меняется изо дня в день. Если вы останавливаетесь на несколько дней, однообразие меню становится заметным.

We would thoroughly recommend the ERK hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, bright and stylish with lots of storage. The bed was comfortable. The shower cubicle was large and the shower very straightforward to operate both as a hand held shower or overhead. The air conditioning was excellent being both silent and efficient and controlled individually as opposed to centrally controlled, which seems to be a rarity now. The location was convenient being near two tram stops and Eminonu pier. Gulhane park was very close by which was lovely to walk through or to take a drink or a snack. We were happy with the taxi they booked to take us to the airport. We would definitely like to return sometime in the future.

A little more fresh fruit at breakfast would have been ideal.

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο για τρία βράδια. Καλή τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση μερικών λεπτών από βασικά αξιοθέατα (Αγία Σοφια, μπλε Τζαμί, Κινστερνα, παζάρι). Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ μεγάλο και όμορφο μπάνιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Το πρωινό πολύ νόστιμο και είχε αρκετές επιλογές . Το καλύτερο ατού του ξενοδοχείου όμως ήταν το προσωπικό. Ευγενέστατοι, χαμογελαστοί, πολύ βοηθητικοί σε όλα.

Erk Hotel’de geçirdiğimiz konaklamadan son derece memnun kaldık. Odamız çok temiz, ferah ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Konforlu yataklar ve odanın düzeni sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Sabah kahvaltısı ise beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Çeşit oldukça zengindi, tüm ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Güne böyle güzel bir kahvaltıyla başlamak gerçekten keyif verdi. Otelin en güçlü yönlerinden biri de çalışanlarıydı. Tüm ekip güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. İhtiyacımız olan her konuda hızlıca destek oldular ve kendimizi çok değerli hissettirdiler. Temizlik, hizmet kalitesi, konfor ve misafirperverlik açısından kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yeniden Erk Hotel’i tercih edeceğiz. Her şey için tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz!

Отличный отель! Очень понравилось месторасположение — метро, трамвай и все основные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности, поэтому передвигаться по городу очень удобно. Сам отель чистый, уютный и комфортный. Уборку проводили ежедневно, в номере всегда было чисто. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудников отеля. Все очень вежливые, доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Всегда готовы помочь, находят решение в любой ситуации и с пониманием относятся к просьбам гостей. Спасибо за теплый прием и прекрасный сервис! С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям и знакомым.

I didn't like the noise from the other guests that could be heard late at night when they would come back drunk, I didn't like that the staff issues the wrong invoice 3 times in order to avoid paying taxes and that they deliberately tried to give us a smaller room and we paid for a bigger one. In general they are very falsly kind and I was constantly on the look out for a rip-off. Furthermore I feel like they only pretend to understand English well. The breakfast room is small and it gets crowded easily and then getting coffee is an ordeal. One of the staff members is always there to facilitate the process however in a cramped space he is only adding to chaos and I felt uncomfortable being constantly monitored.

Расположение просто отличное. Рядом станция мармарай, с нее доберетесь до метро. Мы с аэропорта доехали ( сначало метро, потом пересадка на мармарай) и со станции минут 7 до отеля. Также рядом станция трамвая м1. Самый лучший маршрут. Пешком до Голубой мечети 10-15 минут, до набережной 15 - оттуда и на Принцевы острова, просто по Босфору. Так же рядом куча мест, где можно поесть, но конкретно эта улица тихая. Персонал очень отзывчивый, все добры и всегда пытаются помочь. Комната нормальная, хватило места и для себя и для чемоданов. Мы с подругой останавливались на 8 ночей и если решим возвращаться, то приедем сюда. Завтрак не сильно разнообразный, и не так как в отелях пляжного отдыха, но поесть с утра и не выбирать из кучи мест и быть сытом-вообще норм. Советую!

Everything about the Erk hotel was perfect. Spotlessly clean, good choice for breakfast. We were made very welcome by the whole team/staff. Hotel is walking distance down to the ferry terminals as well as the parks, Palace and Blue Mosque.

The location was close to Ayasofia, Blue Mosque Basilica Cistern & other attractions.

The breakfast could be more diversified.

La signora alla reception e il signore addetto alle colazioni erano molto gentili. Le camere sono pulitissime, silenziose e i letti molto comodi.

The breakfast was fine. The coffee machine is slow and the staff insists on making you coffee. This creates a great mess and fuss in the morning because the space is small. The food is tasty.

I did not like the dishonesty of the staff member at the reception. We booked and paid for a 18m square room and they gave us a smaller one and hoped we would not notice. We paid for everything by card - the receptionist copied the amount I showed him on my booking account - he never checked anything on his computer. Even though we asked for the invoice 3 times - we got 3 invoices that have NOTHING to do with the amount we had actually paid. Clearly, they are avoiding taxes and lying to us about it. The overall feel in the hotel is that you will be taken for a drive. They do not go over and beyond to fulfill your request but they do go over and beyond in trying to trick you. I had problems with arranging and paying for the transport to and from the airport - the problem is that they don't understand English well and really don't try their best to clear whether they understood what you had asked of them. The transfer has to be paid in cash. They changed the amount we had to pay, a couple of times. The rooms are clean and nice and you cannot hear the people upstairs but if you are lucky enough to have a party of 4 drunk people next door or a crying newborn - you will hear everything. If you feel comfortable dealing with dishonesty, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The AC not cooling, staff unfriendly, they only provide water and amenities first three days. If you stay longer you wont get any. The hotel gave us only one card for the room and refused to give us one more! We are two guests. رحنا في الصيف والمكيف مايبرد، للاسف الموظفين اثنين منهم غير لطيفين، يعني تشوفهم مبتسمين لكن اول مانطلب شي على طول يكشرو و ووجهم يتغير! مكثنا اسبوع والماء واغراض الحمام اول ثلاثه ايام فقط و لم يرضو يعطونا لباقي الاسبوع، والشي الغريب ان احنا شخصين في الغرفة و لكن مو راضيين يعطونا الا فقط بطاقة وحدة للباب. بإختصار السعر مقارنة بالتجربة يعتبر جداً غالي.

Siamo stati accolti dalla loro buonissima limonata e la nostra prima impressione non ci ha traditi. Un hotel pieno di persone che lavorano con passione, cura, e amore. È situato in una zona tranquilla di Sirkeci che però si presta molto a visitare a piedi le varie attrazioni principali. La camera e tutta la struttura hanno un design moderno, pulito e profumato. Dovessi tornare ad Istanbul, la mia scelta sarebbe ovvia !

Das Hotel war super Zentral! Das Persönliche mega freundlich und die Zimmer hatten eine tolle Größe mit einem grossen Spiegel und einen Schminktisch. Außerdem wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und deshalb immer sauber.

Am Hotel hat uns gefallen: der Einrichtungstil mit einer Mischung aus traditionellen und sehr modernen Komponenten, zentrale Lage (Fernbahn zum Flughafen und Tram fussläufig, auch mit Gepäck, zu erreichen, freundliches aber dezentes Personal, Frühstück mit wechselnden Komponenten und lokalen Spezialitäten

Perfecte locatie! Super proper! Dankzij medewerkers zoals Mr. Servet en anderen waarvan ik de naam niet meer weet, voelt dit hotel bijzonder gastvrij aan. Zeker een compliment waard!

Het ontbijt was verzorgd, maar mocht voor ons iets uitgebreider zijn qua keuze en variatie. Ook de koffie vonden we persoonlijk minder van kwaliteit. Een betere koffie-ervaring zou het ontbijt nog aangenamer maken.

酒店整体很新，设施有质感，居住体验很好。房间比较大，窗户隔音很好，窗帘遮光效果很棒，每天都可以睡到自然醒。酒店的地理位置很好，穿过公园步行十来分钟就可以到达老城全部主要景点。酒店顶层正在布置露台，可以看到一点海景，算是一个惊喜。

酒店需要改善的是早餐，品种单一且选择很少。由于餐厅很小，服务员站在一旁会让人觉得尴尬。另外楼下的spa需要额外收费，还需要提前一天预约，而不像很多酒店会开放基本的桑拿和汗蒸给住客随时使用，这一点让人觉得有点失望。

Гарні кімнати, свіжий ремонт, чистота та розташування. Уважний персонал. Були шампунь, кондиціонер, гель для душа що дуже класно якщо не хочеш брати з собою з дому. Гарний фен, але трошки важкий. Також є тераса нагорі, можна ввечері відпочити😊

Не можна відкрити вікно повністю, тільки трошки- цього не достатньо для нормального зміни повітря в кімнаті. Хотілося б більш різноманітний сніданок

Nieuw hotel, mooi ruim schoon kamer. Badkamer wc perfecht. Goede bed. Vriendelijk personeel. Ligging perfecht gelijk bij de metro geen geluidsoverlast en nog zo dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden.

Sobre todo, sin conexión a Internet por wifi durante toda los cinco días en los que estuvimos alojados, sin aportar soluciones ni alternativas.

Ubicación inmejorable. Muy cómodo y limpio.

No tuve Internet durante los 4 días de la estadía. El motivo fue por problemas del proveedor según el personal del hotel.

Emplacement idéal entre la rive du Bosphore pour aller visiter la tour de Galata et ses environs ainsi que tout les sites touristiques de Sultanahmet. L'hôtel est confortable et propre, le personnel très accueillant et serviable et le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Erk Hotel et le recommandons fortement.

L'emplacement était très bon pas obligé de prendre des transports. la chambre était très propre confortable un peu petite mais je pense que le plafond bas y était pour qq chose .Les équipements d'excellente qualité tout est dans un état neuf. on était proche de pas mal de sites à voir absolument à Istanbul.

La ruelle était un peu sombre et isolée le soir la vue n'était pas géniale (chantier en face) et surtout le bruit heureusement qu'on passait notre journée dehors. Les chaînes de tv ne fonctionnaient pas mais bon ct pas trop important

La posizione ottima, a piedi di puo raggiungere la zona di Sultanahmet in poco tempo. La colazione abbastanza buona, poca scelta di dolce, ma nel complesso c'è tutto quello che può servire per una buona colazione.

Personal muy amable y hospitalario. Limpieza impecable, excelente trabajo de Anastasia. Una estancia de 10!
