Clean, convenient location, room was actually a suite with kitchenette and seperate bedroom from living space. Certainly better than expected.

It was a time share that we just booked for a night and they had all these rules about taking sheets off the bed when u checked out and bagging/ tying trash up when you leave. Parking situation wasnt great. Room was a strange layout and bathroom door was too big for the frame so it didn't shut all the way and there was a section of wall carved out so the door would close better- Thought that was weird, but otherwise was updated. Also had an ac unit but it was in the living space and didnt really cool the bedroom space much.

The property was very nice. None of the bedroom TVs worked the time we were there and you had to pay for coffee in your room after your first day

Ideal location since it’s close to a few parts of the lake. The surrounding scenery outside is nice. The continental breakfast was a nice bonus.

A bug or two were present in the hallway, but that’s because doors are kept open during the day

Friendly staff, grounds nicely maintained, spacious and very clean and comfortable suite.

Office staff was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. The room was cool which was nice since the outside was in the high 80's. Draw curtains on the two walls of the main room were easy to slide and darkened the room to near blackout. Full size kitchen appliances.

I can't think of anything I needed or wanted that the staff had not already provided. The hard floor did darken my socks, but that is the reality of hard floor maintenance, and why I have carpet at home.

Eine kleines Wohnzimmer mit Couch, die leider nicht ausziehbar war, aber für unsere Kids gereicht hat. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr für exakt 4 Personen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Bett. Insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten Glück und waren Samstag da mit einem "Grab and Go" Frühstück. Sehr leckere Hot Chocolate. Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit jungen Kindern da. Mit Teenis oder 4 Erwachsenen könnte es ohne echte Schlafcouch ggf. schwierig werden.

Property had all the convenience of home—AC, full kitchen (pots, pan, plates, bowls, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large fridge, etc), dishwashing detergent,, soap, lotion, shampoo, paper towel, etc. I also had free access to a washer and dryer in the next building. It was easy to call in to get extra towels to the room or have trash picked up. Parking on the premise is free and easy. The location is a 5-10 minutes drive to heavenly village where all the shops and restaurants are located. Best value for the price! I will definitely book again the next time I visit.

It would be nice to be able to access the jacuzzi later. Our family didn’t have a chance to access the jacuzzi since we couldn’t be home before 6:30 pm.

Overall, I really liked this hotel and especially the studio. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. In fact, I thought it would have been a great place to stay for several nights if I hadn't already had another reservation.

The only issue at check-in was that there is no 24-hour reception. Guests have to call to get the code for the key box, but when we arrived late in the evening, no one answered the phone number provided in the hotel's message. After several attempts, I finally found a different phone number in the lobby information, and someone answered and gave us the code. It would be very helpful if the hotel ensured the correct phone number is provided and clearly explained where guests can find an alternative contact number if needed. Unfortunately, the biggest problem happened at check-out. Before leaving the room for breakfast, I double-checked my Booking.com reservation, confirmation emails, and hotel messages, and all of them stated that check-out was at **11:00 AM**. At around **10:00 AM**, while I was out getting breakfast for my family, someone knocked on our door telling my husband it was time to check out. We explained that our reservation clearly showed an 11:00 AM check-out. A short time later, while we were eating breakfast in the room, the housekeeping staff knocked again and insisted that we had to leave immediately. After speaking with the receptionist by phone, I was told that the hotel had changed its check-out time to **10:00 AM** about a month earlier, but this information had never been updated on Booking.com or in any of the emails or messages we received. Instead of notifying us about the updated check-out time, we were rushed to pack our belongings and leave while we were still eating breakfast. It was stressful and honestly shocking. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced being asked to leave an hour earlier than the confirmed check-out time because the hotel failed to update its information. The room itself was excellent, but the poor communication regarding check-in and especially the incorrect check-out information significantly affected our overall experience.

Perfect location and beautiful interior. Full kitchen with all you need. Big fridge, fireplace. Simple but good breakfast ‘grab and go’ on weekends. We used grill both evenings - very nice option.

The suite was in great condition and was well furnished. Especially the kitchenette and living room were well stocked.

The check out time was not provided when checking in and was earlier than typical. I only found out when I went to the front desk to register and only after I specifically asked for the time. It was 10am which is earlier than the usual 11am time.

Nestled in the pines. Clean & roomy. Nice fireplace tho we did not use it.

Beautiful and quiet location very near the restaurant and tourist area

Beautiful little TIMESHARE tucked in the bottom of Kingsbury Grade coming into Stateline. Quirky layout and let’s make everyone scared of bears with all the warnings. Parking is tight to say the least and Rose at the Front Desk is great at Ghosting a Situation.

Someone, (Red Small SUV with California Plates - Handicapped - Philadelphia Eagles Fan) hit my truck while it was parked in the parking lot. Gave all information to Rose, who she said she created an incident report, which I didn’t sign, and she would follow up, which she never did.

It was a small apartment, very nicely equipped. Laundry over from the apartment but free which was good and parking at rear. Very satisfied.

Signs posted literally everywhere about ‘take the party around the corner. Quiet times listed. Strictly enforced’. On Saturday they provide breakfast but you cannot dispense coffee with a sign posted. A line of people to have the attendant do it for you. Receptionist must unlock the jacuzzi room door. And you’re required to shower. Came out to our truck with a tow warning because we didn’t park perfectly between the lines in the cramped parking lot. You’re prohibited from backing in. Etc!!! .

After reserving months in advance and explaining I would be in town early, I tried checking in and did some pre-checking in at 930 am!!! Event I was there for started at 5pm, I never received any call or text like the lady at the desk promised so at 430 I called and room still wasn't ready!!!! I was not very happy at all and just told them forget it and canceled!! I can not believe this place did this to me!! So no I was not happy one bit with this place. Didn't quite ruin my trip but they did nothing to help it either. The lack of communication is what really got to me!! I will never, ever even consider staying at this place!!

The whole thing could have been better!!! Would love a refund but of course that probably won't ever happen!

Just minutes from downtown center of South Lake Tahoe. Lots to restaurants, stores, and parks.

No room for opening luggage in the bedroom. Had 3 luggage on the living room floor. Offer coffee but you can’t get it until 8:00 and it wasn’t fresh brewed. Came out of a machine that makes lattes etc. just wasn’t great.

Spacious, clean and well stocked amenities. Polite and accommodating staff. Quiet environment, close to shopping, casinos, dining and beaches.

Would have preferred a later check out time after spending time out shopping, dining, sightseeing and playing in the casinos. Would not stop me from staying there in the future.

Loved the beautiful lobby with the fireplace and books and 30's music. Enjoyed the pool table in the game room and the Saturday breakfast with homemade cinnamon rolls. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and pans in the room's kitchenette. The apartment was clean and well stocked. They had quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, yay! The front desk staff were all very nice.

Very minor things, like the light switches could have been labeled. The procedures for checking out, like putting all linens and towels in the laundry basket, and running the dishwasher when it wasn't full, were confusing.

I was just disappointed that you could not use the whirlpool till 9:00am and check out was before 10:00am. Would have liked to use it earlier that morning.
