Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Tolles super günstiges Hostel in sehr zentraler Lage, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, nettes Personal.
Leider ist es in den Zimmern etwas eng. Die Bäder sind in den Zimmern, was toll ist, allerdings gibt es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten und das ganze Bad ist überschwemmt, nachdem man geduscht hat.

Я не собирался ставить этой дыре плохие отзывы, но ночному сторожу и его толстопузому любовнику не понравился запах моего мотоцикла посреди ночи и они решили поиграть в инспекторов пожарной безопасности и выкатить на улицу мой мотоцикл, хотя на полу не было ни следа бензина или масла. Этого им показалось мало и они разбудили меня в 4 утра, чтобы сообщить это.
Что вообще за ситуация такая, что кто то чиркает зажигалкой над моим бензобаком???

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Гнилой бассейн, скудный завтрак без кофе, весь день играет очень громкая арабская музыка. Громкая стройка напротив здания отеля. Кондиционер в комнате работает только ночью, а в коридоре почему то круглые сутки. Матрас под простынёй упакован в пластиковый пакет и кожа не дышит. Раковины расположены прямо в помещении комнаты. Магнитные замки это круто конечно, только с другой стороны кровати у ящика нет какой-либо стенки, так что если кто то решит вас обокрасть, это несложно сделать, чуть отодвинув кровать. Неадекватный персонал в довершение всего.

Но хочу отметить что когда я пребывала в комнате было 2 или 3 человека - было комфортно, если бы было 10 не знаю на сколько было также комфортно. Но в любом случае это хостел и мы должны понимать это. Утром был завтрак по типу шведского стола - я считаю данный завтрак очень хорошим для хостела. Плюс угостили пивом) мелочь а приятно) я была в хостеле 1 ночь, на 1 ночь идеально) есть бассейн даже - я не купалась - но он выглядел чистым. Кстати писали что воды в хостеле нет - она есть , мне спокойно пополняли мою бутылку всегда)
Мне не очень комфортно что выключают кондиционер рано утром. Часов в 6-7. Все понимаю экономия, но мне очень жарко было. Когда его выключили. Я просто вот ещё думаю , а если бы в комнате было бы 10 человек с выключенным кондиционером. Было бы прям не очень.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hostel. Its location is outstanding, right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, with easy access to airport buses and other destinations. Being directly opposite a mosque and several halal restaurants is a major advantage for Muslim travelers. Although the rooms are small, they are modern, spotless, and well-maintained. The elevator is also a great convenience, especially if you have heavy luggage. The complimentary breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate to start the day. Tea is free, although coffee is available for an extra charge. One of the hostel's greatest strengths is its young, friendly, and multinational staff, who create a welcoming international atmosphere. The happy hour every evening from7 to 8 p.m., with free beer, is a fantastic opportunity to meet other travelers and share good moments. Finally, the value for money is unbeatable. It's hard to find better for the location, the facilities, and the comfort in this price range. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to discover Hanoi in the best conditions.

Der Timer für die Klimaanlage. Umweltschonend ein Plus, aber die Zeiten fand ich nicht so gut gewählt. Aber was ich gar nicht gut fand, dass ich am Ende 620.000 Don für eine Weiterreise mehr zahlen musste und wesentlich mehr zeitlichen Aufwand hatte. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte mir auf mein Nachfragen hin, dass ich günstiger reise. Der Aufwand und das Geld hat mich schon geärgert. Pool hat keine Überdachung - pralle Sonne

Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein für 6 Personen! Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, die Klimaanlage wurde nur zu bestimmten Zeiten angestellt, dafür kommt das Personal ins Zimmer (ein Mann in den Female only Dorm). Frühstück sehr enttäuschend, Personal im Hostel am Vapen (rauchen), schauen Fußball und kümmern sich kaum um deren Gäste.

Stayed in the 8 bed female dorm which was spacious and the AC was perfect. Would definitely recommend 💜 special shout out to Jane & Gonzo for looking after me so well 🫶

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Without a doubt, after 86 days in Vietnam, this hostel undoubtedly has the best staff of all the hostels I've stayed in. I always say that 95% of the problems in hostels are the guests, but in this case, besides the guests, there's another detail that prevents me from giving it 5 stars. This hostel had the highest concentration of marijuana smokers I've ever seen. The idiots smoke even in the bathroom. I got tired of walking into the bathroom and finding some jerk just smoking in there. In the pool area, every single day I went up to use the pool, there was some idiot smoking marijuana. The staff is partly to blame, because it's possible to see it on the cameras and smell it. But my rating isn't due to that.
My rating is due to the fact that they turn off the air conditioning in the room between 7 am and 9 pm. During that time, it becomes almost impossible to stay in the room, because you don't always want to spend the day outside; some days you want and need to rest.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026La localisation etait parfaite ! Le fait qu’il y ait toujours quelqu’un a l’accueil si besoin. Il y a plusieurs activités proposées que nous n’avons pas pu faire malheureusement mais qui doivent être chouette !
En arrivant sur place, il nous est annoncé que nous passons d’une chambre de 6 à 8 à cause des travaux (le prix a été adapté). L’établissement etait en travaux, il y avait donc beaucoup de poussière (dans les chambres aussi). C’était super d’avoir une salle de bain, mais l’organisation de la salle de bain dans les dortoirs n’était pas au top. Ainsi que des petits insectes qui se baladaient dans les douches… Un manque de respect de l’intimité des femmes dans les dortoirs : a plusieurs reprises un homme du staff est rentré sans prévenir les autres femmes du dortoir.

la piscina estaba super sucia, aunque la vista está bien la limpieza y el calor la hizo inutilizable, y algunas paredes estaban con humedad.

Es gab eine tolle Rooftop Bar und jeden Abend gab's Programm und zusätzlich für eine Stunde Freibier Beim Frühstück konnte man sich zwischen verschiedenen Ei-gerichten und Pancakes entschieden, das hat total gereicht Im Frauenzimmer gab es ein eigenes Bad mit zwei duschen und zwei Waschbecken, hat auch total gereicht :)
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bis 6 Uhr morgens, dann von 13-15 Uhr und dann wieder ab 21 Uhr.. Als ich da war, war es fast 40 Grad, dementsprechend war es kaum auszuhalten..

The bathrooms are small and one shower and one toilet for 6 people Do NOT book a tour through them. Way overpriced compared to street vendors, just book outside of hostel. Also they will message you in WhatsApp before you arrive and try and pressure you into tours. Don’t do it. Then I had a thousand problems, tours cancelled, booked on tours that didn’t include what they were supposed to. They will try and raise the price after you agree for the tour. They have no communication. Messaged me at 11am at night before a tour at 7am saying they have to cancel or change it and then no help and no schedule. I had so many problems and they just say sorry. There is an excuse for everything. The business model is to get you to book before you arrive and charge you 2.5 times more than tours on the street, then change tours, cancel tours, and provide no information. Do not fall for it and book from agencies in the street. Stay at hostel but no tours from them

Room is very comfortable for a good night sleep and with ensuite shower bathroom in the dorm room. Value for money. Location is very convenient in the old quarter and near to Long Bien airport bus dropoff location. Highly recommended.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Tesisle veya çalışanlarda hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Konumu harika kahvaltısı lezzetli bir konaklamaydı. Aşağıda söyleyeceğim iki şey dışında çok keyif aldığım bir konaklama oldu.
Tek sorunum normalde 4 ranza olması gereken yere 5 ranza koymuşlar. Alan çok dar üstelik belli saatlerde klima kapanıyor. Her yatağın başında küçük vantilatör var ama onu çalıştırınca da telefonunuzu şarj edemiyorsunuz çünkü yatakların sadece tek prizi var.

Missed soap at the crane, but you could grab body soap from the showers. And bag storage was a bit awkward but very safe.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Lo único que me pareció bueno es el personal. Muy amables y sobre todo la gente latina. Los desayunos están buenos y el area de comer tambien. La ubicación esta bien.
No me gustaron las habitaciones para nada, en mi caso habitaciones compartida de 6 camas. Algunas camas hacen ruido ya que son como de fierro, y eso hace que no se pueda dormir bien. Además, solo hay un baño disponible para usar, lo cual no lo hace practico para 6 personas. La limpieza que realizan es por arriba, se nota que no hacen limpieza profunda, es algo que deberían implementar sobre todo por la humedad y moho. Aunque sea barato, son detalles que podrian mejorar.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Very clean and organized hostel. They provide towels and free breakfast.
The upper beds of the bunks still get a lot of light from the outside as they don't do all the way to the top.
