The hotel is very well located, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive.

However, there were several things that significantly affected our overall experience. The room was advertised as being 25 m², but in reality hardly more than 16 m². This was particularly disappointing because the size of the room was one of the key factors in our decision to book this hotel. We also constantly had to remind the staff about basic things: sometimes there was no toilet paper, sometimes they forgot to provide water, and on other occasions the towels were not replaced. Having to repeatedly ask for such basic necessities was quite frustrating. The breakfast selection was very limited, although the food itself was tasty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very welcome. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

The accommodation is wonderful and located extremely close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque—you can easily walk everywhere! The breakfast is excellent and super varied, with a delicious selection of traditional local options each morning. We also loved our room, which was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and spotless. On top of that, the staff was amazingly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help with a smile. We truly felt at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wij hebben een supergoed verblijf gehad! Het hotel ligt op een perfecte locatie, op slechts 2–5 minuten lopen van veel toeristische plekken, moskeeën, bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Er is ontzettend veel op loopafstand te doen. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar, helpen met alles en verwelkomen je zelfs met thee. Je merkt echt dat ze het vanuit hun hart doen en oprecht met je meedenken. Ook de kamer was zeer schoon. Daarnaast waren ze erg flexibel: hoewel we om 12:00 uur moesten uitchecken, mochten we tot 14:00 uur blijven en hebben ze ook nog op onze koffers gelet. Zeker een aanrader! Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug. ❤️

La camera è piccola e manca di piccoli accorgimenti per appoggiare le proprie cose. La colazione si presenta quasi completamente costituita da piatti salati, molto ricchi e pesanti. Non c'è molta scelta in alternativa per colazione dolce.

A special thanks to the Reception Manager, Mert, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and cooperative throughout my stay. His warm hospitality made a real difference. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages everything is conveniently nearby, making it very easy explore the area without hassle. The hospitality of the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything was well organized, and I genuinely have no complaints. I had requested a one hour late check-out, and the hotel kindly accommodated my request without any inconvenience. I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. The entire staff was excellent, always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The location was also great, making it easy to get around and visit the main attractions.

As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be nice to have a bit more variety at breakfast. Other than that, the quality of the food was good.

An address that makes you feel at home, right in the heart of Sultan Ahmet As soon as we arrived, we were blown away by the reception. While we were ahead of our check-in schedule (scheduled for 2pm), someone left the hotel directly to pick up our luggage, by car. They already knew who we were, everything was ready. This kind of little attention immediately sets the tone for the stay. The hotel really surprised us: it is a chic establishment, really chic, despite its small size. It is felt that no corner has been left to chance, and this attention to detail creates an atmosphere that is both refined and intimate, far removed from the impersonal reception of the big chains. Breakfast deserves a special mention: varied, generous, delicious. We had planned to go and discover brunches elsewhere in Istanbul, but we had a hard time resolving it because the hotel's is so good. Another strong point: conveniently located just a stone's throw from Sultan Ahmet and Hagia Sophia, literally just around the corner. All the major sites are within walking distance, and transport to shine in the rest of the city is right next door. You can't find a better base for exploring Istanbul. What struck us most was the team. A kindness and hospitality that seems sincere, not played. We really felt like we were dealing with a family rather than employees: smiles at every cross, a real desire to exchange tea with us at any time. And yet, between visits to Istanbul, we were never really there, we left early and came back late, eager to see everything. But every time we returned, the room was impeccable, everything was taken care of without us ever having to worry about it. In the end, it is this rare feeling of being treated as at home, but with a real level of service, chic and authentic hospitality, that will remain of this stay. This hotel will be taken back without hesitation every time you return to Istanbul.

We travel frequently and love discovering new places to stay that are preferably family owned and operated. It is in an unbelievably good location given that all of the main attractions are within easy walking distance (at most a 10 minute walk) and is also a surprsingly quiet area as well. There were lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a small mini mart just around the corner. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived, in fact even before that as we had arranged an Airport Transfer through them and they contacted us on Whatsapp to check on our arrival. This is a small Boutique Hotel that has a soul, where you know that you are treated like family and you feel at home. The bed is very comfortable with a pillow menu which is not often the case with smaller Hotels. The breakfast (traditional Turkish) is beautifully presented and so fresh. The scrambled egg is some of the best we have had when travelling. We loved the experience of a different type of breakfast than we have at home and found we skipped lunch as we were so full. The room itself is well apportioned, very clean and the bathroom is gorgeous with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The Hotel is only a few years old, a new building of 4 levels, with a lift and only 4 rooms per floor and double glazing on the windows ensuring a wonderful sleep. All of the staff know you from the moment you check in and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend you to stay and know that, like us, you will not be disappointed. They have a wonderful website as well. Thank you Mert for our lovely chats, you and your staff have made the start of our Mediterranean Holiday simply wonderful. We will definitely stay with you again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Thank You Hotel. It is an excellent family-friendly hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic, in a beautiful area with a unique spiritual charm, and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Mert, the hotel manager, along with the entire team, were exceptionally kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home. The breakfast was homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and, God willing, we will definitely come back again.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja – Hagia Sophia, Błękitny Meczet i Pałac Topkapi znajdują się zaledwie 5-10 minut spacerem od hotelu. Mimo położenia w samym sercu historycznej części Stambułu, hotel znajduje się przy spokojnej, cichej uliczce, co pozwala odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku. Pokoje są niewielkie, szczególnie dla trzech osób, ale bardzo czyste, co było dla nas dużym atutem. Na pochwałę zasługują również śniadania – smaczne, urozmaicone i z dużym wyborem lokalnych specjałów.

Pokój był dość mały dla trzech osób i brakowało miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy, choć ostatecznie daliśmy sobie radę. Jedynym większym minusem dotyczącym organizacji były godziny śniadań. Dla osób planujących intensywne zwiedzanie miasta dużym udogodnieniem byłoby rozpoczęcie serwowania śniadań choćby 30 minut wcześniej. Dodatkowo nie ma możliwości wejścia na śniadanie nawet kilka minut przed wyznaczoną godziną. Poza tym pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie – to świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Stambułu.

The hotel is located on a cozy, quiet street. It is easy to reach from the airport by public transportation (metro + tram). The hotel is just a 5–6 minute walk from the tram stop. From the hotel, you can reach the Spice Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia within a few minutes on foot. The staff are very friendly. Everything is clean, tidy, and peaceful. If you happen to forget to have dinner while exploring the city in the evening, you can always enjoy a meal at the hotel's restaurant, whose tables are set up outside on the street in front of the hotel. We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel for a wonderful stay in Istanbul. A couple from Vilnius.

Everything. The hotel is brand new, cozy, spotless clean close to all the main attractions. Efe and his brother and all the staff are very friendly people. Hospitality at it s best as it should be in Turkey. We did not feel like in a hotel, we felt at home. Every day room was cleaned, they helped us with getting around Istanbul, bosphorus boat tour, airport transportation etc. We will be back for sure

El servicio es impresionante , te hacen sentir como en casa , te ayudan absolutamente con todo . Yo fui con mi padre , y la primera noche teniamos una habitación muy pequeña, que era la que tenía mi reserva , las otra cuatro noches siguientes , nos dieron una habitación más grande donde pudimos estar super comodos. The location, so close to the Blue Mosque, is ideal. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel and its rooms are compact, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is a bountiful and highly flavoursome introduction to Turkish cuisine. However the main reason to stay here is the staff. Each and every one is a star. I cannot recommend the Thank You Hotel highly enough.

Was very clean with absolutely amazing staff. They catered for all my needs. Upon arrival my bags were taken straight out of the taxi and to my room. Didn’t have to wait for my key cards as they immediately handed them to me and even upgraded my room. Location is amazing as it’s right in the heart of Istanbul. Once again must commend the staff as they were all exceptional and I’ve never met such great service anywhere. I’ve stayed in many 5-7 star hotels but this service was amazing and I felt a personal connection with all the staff. Very very welcoming and they have an outdoor restaurant as well which just adds to the experience. Amazing atmosphere and just such a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go Istanbul.

The property’s location is very convenient, close to all the major attractions so everything is accesible by foot. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, they were happy to give advice on things to see/visit. Self service breakfast was also great, had a variety every morning.

Suite avec lit double et canapé d'appoint car nous étions 3. Lit très confortable mais canapé extrêmement inconfortable donc préférez un vrai lit si vous voyagez à 3.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése volt pont az Óváros közepén közel mindenhez, mégis csendes utcában.

Nagyon kevés pakolási hely van a szobában, csak egy akasztós szekrény van és két fiók. A ruha akasztó nagyon magasan van, egy alacsony ember nem éri el. A fürdőszobában is csak két fiók van nincs polc vagy akasztó. A szobára azt mondták hogy 25 m², de szerintem nem volt nagyobb mint 16 m², ha fürdőszobát is hozzá veszem akkor max 20 m².

Las habitaciones son limpisimas con todo lo necesario en materia de confort pero muy pequeñas. Lo mismo que el loby qué prácticamente no existe.

Lage zentral an allen großen Sehenswürdigkeiten (allerdings nicht gut zum Essen gehen, weil viele Restaurantbesitzer sehr aufdringlich sind und die Preise überteuert). freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer das auf den Innenhof gerichtet war. Dieses war leider total dunkel. Auch war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer und das Anreisen von Gästen auch in der Nacht. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück Hafer- oder Soyamilch gewünscht, sowie richtigen Saft und kein Konzentrat.

Очень удобное расположение, до всех достопримечательностей в центре - пешком. Плюс улица довольно тихая, без сквозного проезда для авто. Мыла и шампуня вдоволь. Чайник есть, запасы чая и воды пополняли каждый день! Есть тапочки, шапочка, косметический и зубной наборы. Сейф в ящике у двери, достаточно вместительный, ноутбук 16 влез. Постельное меняли раз в 3 дня, полотенца вообще каждый день, но однажды почему-то не сменили. Белье всё новое, чистое, приятное. Матрас и подушки удобные. Удобный диван. Отличный вид на узкую улочку, а окна в нашем номере были почти по кругу - очень красиво. Фен есть достаточно хороший, только тугой провод, руки уставали, пока высушишь. Главный плюс - отличный напор хорошей горячей воды! Лучше, чем дома Кондиционер тоже отличный, потолочный с регулировкой на панели. А ещё есть лифт, не надо бегать по крутой лестнице.

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój Superior, ale na wstępie powiedziano nam, że został zamieniony ma lepszy, bo mój jest... tuż za recepcją. Ok, doceniam - jednak nasz nowy pokój nie miał okna, tzn. Miał na ściane. Trochę słabo na pokój superior :) Kolejny minus to ściany z dykty, wszystko słychać. Jeżeli masz twardy sen I nie przeszkodzają ci hałasy sąsiadów, np. Jak oglądają tv to słyszysz jaki program jest włączony lub brak okna to 10/10. Ps: pokoje są małe

The Hotel was nice, clean and cosy. Just a short walk from the main historical buildings and Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was delicious and the Staff was always polite and helpful. Our special „Thank you“ goes to Furkan (a memeber of the staff), who made our stay even more enjoyable. We had many questions and he was always polite and patient in answering them. We had lots of laughs with him as well. If we will return, it will be definitely to this hotel.

Проживание в Thank You Hotel Istanbul оставило крайне негативное впечатление. Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют действительности. Вместо заявленного просторного номера нас заселили в очень маленькую комнату, расположенную прямо за ресепшеном. Номер находится на первом этаже, окна выходят на террасу, из-за чего уровень шума критически высокий. Слышно абсолютно всё: разговоры сотрудников, звонки и даже видео, которые администратор смотрит на телефоне. Отдохнуть в таких условиях невозможно. Мы сразу попросили поменять номер, но получили отказ. Нам сказали, что переселение возможно только через два дня. Мы согласились подождать и вернулись через два дня, чтобы получить другой номер, но в итоге нам отказали — бронь просто отменили. В результате мы остались без проживания, несмотря на то что номер был оплачен. Отель не соответствует заявленному уровню, а отношение к гостям оставляет желать лучшего. Не рекомендую.

Posizione ottima per visitare i principali monumenti in pochi giorni. Struttura recentemente rinnovata e camere molto pulite e curate. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Da sapere: la colazione è abbondante ma la cucina è tipicamente turca. Varianti più "europee" sono considerate come extra. Due torte/dolci del giorno sono sempre incluse nel buffet del mattino. Inoltre l'hotel offre un servizio di navetta per l'aeroporto molto utile per chi non conosce la città e l'aeroporto.

La colazione alla turca è una proposta interessante e apprezzabile, ma credo si potrebbe fare un piccolo sforzo in più per una colazione di tipo continentale o che si adatti a più gusti ed esigenze, qualche dolce in più, più frutta di stagione, qualche bevanda in più...

A great option for those wanting to stay in the city center, the rooms are lovely, the shower is fantastic, and the hotel restaurant's food is delicious. The chef is very attentive, and you absolutely must try the chicken and meat wraps. The location is perfect, just a 1 minute walk from the most important points of Istanbul.

First of all, all the basics were covered - fantastic location (it feels like everything is within a 5-minute walk), quiet, clean, we got a room upgrade (the room felt smallish but not insufficient and we didn't spend much time there anyway), great shower gel too (it's odd to mention it but it did smell amazing), good shower - good pressure and also draining properly, comfortable bed (it's on the harder side, I was a big fan of it), and a pillow menu (the Visco pillow was sooooo comfortable that I ended up ordering one for myself at home). Breakfast was abundant, I really liked it because everything was delicious and filling. Some people who are used to having some specific types of breakfast might find the spreads and salads weird but I did enjoy them, and the French toast was the way my grandma made it. The personnel is an absolute highlight and Mert is a Superman, indeed. I won't go into details of what he did for us as I don't want all guests to expect something similar of him but I can say that we encountered an issue with our luggage and to say that he went above and beyond for us would be an understatement. Massive thank you, Mert, and I am sorry I couldn't say goodbye in person. Until next time!

We did struggle with how to turn off all the lights at first (at least in room 201 the trick was to press both keys by the door simultaneously a couple of times until they turned off). It was more amusing than annoying though. And we absolutely hated that we had to leave.

Staffs were very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. It’s just a short 5min walk to the tram station and it’s near the Blue Mosque.

Wonderful stay with welcoming staff, especially the reception guys. Clean, cozy room in an excellent location near Istanbul’s iconic sights. Fresh breakfast, and I’d happily stay here again next time in Istanbul.
