I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was beautifully arranged and felt incredibly cozy from the moment I arrived. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The apartment had everything I needed, from practical amenities to thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel even more pleasant. One of the biggest advantages was the secure underground parking, which made traveling with a car completely stress-free. The location is also fantastic: the metro station is just a short walk away, and within about 15 minutes you can reach the very center of Vienna. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay, and I would happily return in the future.

Lage gut, Supermarkt & U-Bahn in der Nähe, Balkon super, Garagenstellplatz top, Kaffeekapseln vorhanden.

Eigenartiger Geruch im Bad, haben alle Handtücher nochmals gewaschen, mir persönlich war das Bett leider zu hart, Wohnungstüre viel zu schwer, kaum aufzubringen, Decken auf Couch (als Schutz? wirkten unhygienisch), Haare & Brösel am Boden, Geschirr nicht sauber, Geschirrspüler hatte ekelhaften Gestank - ließen wir einmal leer waschen, System mit Garagenschlüssel liegenlassen kompliziert, weil man den braucht, um in die Garage zu kommen. Details (Bodenfliesen Balkon, Tischsets, Teppichlösung Vorraum) unpassend. Wir sind dann einen Tag früher abgereist, da das Wetter leider schlecht war.

The apartment was very comfortable and tastefully put together. I had all the needs of a household with the cooking utensils the shower, the comfortable couch and. Flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The host had even remember to give a couple stuffed animals as comfort to greet our kids! It was near a couple markets and Asian market. There was a Take out food nearby in about 20 minutes from old town Vienna. Very hospitable host we felt right at home.

It was a little tricky getting in/out of parking garage unit. But that was probably us and a “user error”.

Everything was just like we expected. The apartment was very clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. There was a market just across the street which came in handy and the subway was at 5 min distance - it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and perceptive to our needs. I definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful apartment, we are very pleased we stayed here. We liked: clean; good communication; everything we needed, most things brand new; great location very close to Alte Donau station. Very good window blinds so you can make it nice and dark at night. Overall a high quality build with great fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable. Nice balcony. Super clean and nice bathroom. Hot water comes very quickly. The hosts provide plenty of towels, cleaning products, shampoo etc. This was not expected but very much appreciated. Nice supply of tea and coffee also, as well as coffee machine. We appreciated the sofa bed that was made up for us on arrival. I love the window blinds. Very big TV (I didn't use it, but it is set up for all the sorts of things you would expect). Nice lighting that you can dim and make comfortable. All in all a very comfortable and modern apartment.

Very minor things: would be useful to have an empty cupboard in the kitchen for food storage. The kitchen is well equipped but there are more pieces of equipment than are necessary and no space to store food. The road noise on the balcony is quite loud. That is a pity because otherwise the balcony is a nice place to relax, but it is a busy road. However the windows are very good and you don't hear any noise when the windows are closed. The air conditioning works fine but the controls are quite confusing. I would suggest putting an information sheet for the different controls, and also for the lighting. Also we could not get into the apartment building without waiting for someone (another resident) to come and open the door. This was about 15 minutes. It isn't possible to get into the building without the key but the key is inside the building. It wasn't a big problem for us, but if you are arriving late at night it could be an issue. However I would like to say these are really minor things to improve, but I still give 10/10 overall.

Very nice apartment, modern furniture, clean, very well equpied, large balcony. Great location for us, near the U-bahn. A huge advantage is a free parking spot in the underground garage of the building. Hosts were very kind and also flexible. We abbolutely recommend.

everything is superlative, from the host, who is very nice, to the apartment, which is in a new building, big and clean with everything you need in it. very important that you have a garage in the basement. we will definitely come back!!!

Excellent apartment near Donau River and green area around. The apartment is bigger than the most 1- bedroom apps in Vienna, very well equipped with everything you need for a stay, with a huge terrace and house holder provides free garage place. The apartment is just a few stops from PRATER by U1. To reach the U-Bahn, you just have to cross the street. Our stay was perfect there.

Booked with air conditioning which did not work - and was only fixed day before I left. It was really hot. I tried to ask for a small 10-20% refund but was refused. The door is really hard to open both with code and with supplied keys. The area is a bit noisy (main street)

The apartment itself is very well equipped, it is close to the metro station and close to the VIC or Donauinsel. Very clean.

The apartment bedroom is facing the very busy street with lots of noise during the night so you can not open the window but you have to use the airconditioning which was tricky becouse the remote control was hidden and we asked twice for it. The mattress in the bedroom is too soft. It is a bit difficult to open the doors with the code, it took me several minutes to find how to do it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Schones Living, the appartement was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean!It is also very well equipped and homely- communication around the property such as how to check in, where the nearest facilities are and just in general were the best I had ever experienced.It is also ideally located within Vienna close to the Austria Center, the city and train stations! Awesome apartment. Stayed here for 2 nights with the family. We arrived before the official check-in (~2 hours) and there was no any problem neither to enter the appartment, nor to park the car. We just notified in advance, after all the instructions with the code (to enter the appartment) and detailed instructions regarding arrival processes were delivered in time. So no stress from our side, everything went smoothly. Apartment itself: very-very clean, cosy, warm, light, modern. There wasn't a single thing that we might have missed: much space for sleeping, enough bed linens, towels, coffee, etc. General verdict - check-in and enjoy) Kids were very happy to see a bath here. Free undeground parking. Billa. Asian supermarket. U-bahn in 5 minutes walk. Working wi-fi. Very quick responses for any kind of our questions. I would highly recommend this appartment, it's worth each spent euro!
