Nature Hanoi Hotel

Good hotel with good facilities. I recommend it.

Everything was right.

Good amenities, nice decoration, my room was spacious and comfortable. Nice location, there's most of everything we could need around. Everything worked perfectly for me. I would literally recommend.

There's nothing I didn't like thatbI can mention, I mean, the building is cool and in a good location, rooms are simple but good overall. Nothing to complain.

Helpful staff with extra pillows and early checkout

One pillow only per person Very long commute to Old Quarter despite short theoretical distance due to Hanoi traffic No appropriate power outlet for kettle No mini fridge Sewage smell from toilet drain

Nothing, staff is friendly though

Wasn’t clean and too far from the centre

Clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and a excellent customer service

We had some sound issues in the room at the beginning but the staff helped to solve the problem.

A last minute booking and was comfortable Staff welcoming Hotel sits in a vibrant part of the city with good food choices

All you need to have in Hanoi

Really nice hotel...nice rooms, clean and good place to stay with restaurants all around you. The view from the balcony was also really nice. The internet and tv worked really well. The breakfast selection were really good. I was very impressed.

A bit difficult to find even with maps.

NULLA

Trevlig personal. Safety box i rummet.

Excellent internet

The breakfast was very limited

Ko gian rất rộng rãi sạch sẽ Buffet sáng rất ngon

Propre - bon petit déjeuner- proche de l'internet cafe gaming X - bon wifi

Ok tốt

Bạn nhân viên thân thiện

Scelto perché vicino alla stazione degli autobus. Struttura sembra rinnovata da poco. Colazione valida

Sporco.

Nice stay overall. They let us keep our bags there for a couple of days whilst we did an overnight trip. Staff very nice and friendly. Laundry service is good

Grab location is wrong so it tends to direct around 50m away.

Friendly personal, room was comfy, everything was perfect

Could be a little noisy from cars outside, but overall it isn't a problem

Vị trí ổn gần trung tâm,giao thông tiện lợi Lễ tân / nhân viên chăm sóc đều rất nhiệt tình và gần gũi (lễ tân siêu xinh) Được ký gửi đồ trước,và bảo vệ tài sản tốt cho khách Có cái cửa chính rất nổi bật,nên khá dễ tìm thấy Bữa sáng có nhiều sự lựa chọn,phòng nghỉ cũng tạm sạch k mùi Mình thấy siêu buồn cười,chính là có cái cửa sổ có thể trèo ra ngoài,do bỗng nghĩ tới việc ngoại tình có đường trốn chạy
