Probably one of the nicest places I have stayed so far. Everything from the location, room layout, furnishing, appliances & electronics was just outstanding! Having stayed there 5 days, it just kept feeling more like home. If ever again I do come back to Kyoto, I will surely stay here and highly recommend to anybody.

Excellent service from the staff, very convenient, clean and very comfortable apartment.

The traffic noise is a little high but it didn't keep us from sleeping nor from enjoying our stay.

Hotel bien hubicado, a 10 minutos andando de las zonas más visitadas. Espacio perfecto para la familia.

El sistema de check-in… prefiero lo que van con código o tienen una pequeña taquillita en el mismo sitio. En este tienes la recepción muy lejos de la habitación. Se ha de decir que tienen un servicio gratuito de bus que te llevan hasta la habitacion (al llegar) pero al volver si quieres dejarles el equipaje se hace un poco más complicado.

Le lit pour le 5e adulte n'était qu'un fauteuil riquiqui qui se transformait en lit trop petit pour un adulte et très inconfortable. Une horreur. Et que 3 chaises autour de la table. Idem pour la vaisselle en nombre insuffisant. Dommage, le reste était très bien

The room was tidy but there was dust around beds, on the doors frames and in the building lift. Not according to 3 stars hotels in Japan.

清水寺や祇園に非常に近かった。子供連れの家族で過ごすのには、洗濯機や浴室乾燥機、簡易キッチンがあり、大変便利だった。 偶然、若宮五条陶器市が開催されており楽しめた。

コンビニが少しだけ遠かった。でも歩いて行ける範囲でよかった。

Super attentive and respectful personnel. Nice location. Even though it was golden week, room was decently priced. Free shuttle service and luggage drop area after check-out. Of course as a classic Japanese accommodation culture, free amenities, umbrellas and etc.

We were 5 people and there were two double beds and one couch that turns into a bed. However it that couch was merely an armchair and it turned into a slim, super tiny and uncomfortable bed-like structure. Every night one of us had to sacrifice his/her sleep :/

The sofa bed is actually a pull out chair. It is quite small and wasn’t very comfortable. Tight for 5 people.

Spacious room with large tv and projector which the kids loved. Bathroom has functionality to dry clothes which was very convenient. It is only a 15-minute walk from the lively Gion area. Chenbi was a very friendly and helpfull.

On paper this property looks ideal. The room sizes / location and facilities

We left 2 days early as there was a lot of noise coming from the room above . I’m not even sure that the guests knew they were being noisy but you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and ceiling. The carpet was incredibly dusty too. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise and the dust and in the end we just left. Even though we spoke to the management about the noise they couldn’t actually do anything (even though all the guests sign an undertaking to be quiet ) . I asked to be refunded for a night and they didn’t give a stiff. Stay at the Hilton Double tree 100metres down the road - it’s much better

La chambre était très bien, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel du check in était top et la navette pour nous emmener au logement était très appréciable. L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité de Gion et d’une station de métro.

Nó không gần bến tàu lắm, phải di chuyển bằng bus mới đến được Ga Kyoto Station để đi các nơi. Nhưng lại rất gần Gion và Chùa Thanh Thuỷ, có thể di chuyển đi bộ.

Kitchenette was decent size. Bathroom was spacious. Room was spacious with separate sitting room and projector screen. Beds were extremely comfortable. Check encounter office was directly across from the train station and the offered a shuttle bus to the hotel, which was extremely convenient. Staff at the checkin counter office were extremely kind and helpful. Luggage storage service was offered at no charge on our last day.

We had no issues with this accommodation.

We liked the area and check in and reception worked well. As the accommodation is not ever so central the transfer was really helpful

La ubicación

Good space for a family of 5. Loved the shuttle bringing us there from near the main Kyoto station. About a 10 min walk to closest subway station. Good location to get to Kiyomizu-Dera and Gion early before the crowds arrive. Loved having laundry in our room!

The staff were amazing and helped us retrieve our bag we left on a bus. The location was awesome, great food options all within walking distance. Supermarket too very close. Also walking distance to Sannenzaka, the gorgeous cobbled streets and tea houses. We loved our stay here so spacious for a family of 5. Plus awesome having washing machine and drying room.

The sofa bed was very tiny for our teenager should specify its quite small when booking for 5 people.

Świetna obsługa w języku angielskim. Bardzo miły i kompetentny Pan nas obsługiwał. Można było zostawić walizki w biurze, a do apartamentu zostaliśmy dowiezieni (bezpłatnie) busem. Ponadto na nasza prośbę mogliśmy nadać list z dokumentami na adres biura i odebrać - bardzo pomocny personel. Lokalizacja fenomenalna. Jeśli otrzymasz pokój na 4 piętrze (nie od strony ulicy) jest spokojnie. Łóżka bardzo duże i wygodne. Materiały dot. atrakcji turystycznych, obsługi sprzętu domowego - wszystkie profesjonalnie opisane w języku angielskim. Na miejscu palarnia, automat z napojami, parasolki. Ładnie urządzony apartament w pełni wyposażony. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i skorzystamy z tej firmy i obiektu ponownie.

we needed to travel to the other side of town with our laggage in order to do the check in, we were asked to pay extra cash on top of the booking.com fees. we had to leave our bags at the office and come back again to pick it up in the afternoon. very inconvinient process of check in.

Shuttle service to the nearest station at the time of check-out would have been a good addition.

The check-in process was clear to us, had no issues, just followed instructions from mail. Location of the apartament was great for this price. We had bus stops and metro stop 5-10 minutes walks away. It was also not far from some main attractions like Kiyomizu dera or Gion. Accessible by walk. The room itself was very spacious. Beds were super comfortable, I will miss them. Toilet and bathroom were super nice. We loved that we could do a laundry and dry it in the batroom, this option was a life saver. The kitchen was nice too. We only used a microvawe for bentos and a fridge. It was very quiet in the room even tho it's located next to a main road. You can use a luggage storage room before check in and after check out and this was also very nice. There are few konbinies near by, but there is also a vending machine with drinks right in front of the door. Truly an amazing place.

Location was good, place was new and nice. Room is big and comfortable. I love that it had a washing machine. Also nice that the toilet is separate from the bath. Also, they are very responsive when you email them if you have queries. I also appreciate it that they accomodated the disposal of our broken luggage.

The washing machine was useful but it needs cleaning. Also there were corners in the room that needed thorough cleaning but overall it was cleaning.

Très bien situé, proche du train et du kiyomisu dera, l'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Notre famille a passé un très bon séjour à Kyoto.

The amenities provided by the hotel exceeded expectations; even the bathroom included bath salts and cotton pads, and the living room had both a projector and high-quality speakers, as well as a smart TV. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. There were numerous trash cans and chairs in the room, which was very convenient. The bathroom heater even had a drying function, allowing laundry to dry overnight. The hotel even provided laundry pods, a much more premium option than powder or liquid detergent.

There's nothing to complain about. The reception counter is a bit far from the accommodation, but they provide a free shuttle service after check-in, so there's no inconvenience about that.

La situation était le point fort , prêt du quartier de gion et du Kiyomizu-dera que nous avons pu rejoindre à pieds, ensuite il y’a des arrêts de bus à proximité et le métro également. Le Check in se fait dans un bureau en face de la gare de Kyoto , c’est bien organisé , on peut laisser les bagages à l’accueil en attendant la préparation de la chambre et une navette gratuite peut vous déposer à l’hôtel. La chambre était un peu juste pour 4 mais c’était correct quand même, bien équipée avec un coin cuisine et un lave linge. C’était propre à notre arrivée.

L’hôtel en lui même est sans personnel et il n’y a pas de service de ménage durant le séjour . Nous avons eu une chambre côté route donc assez bruyant .

從京都車站出來，走對方向的話，櫃台就在京都車站對面的大樓，距離京都車站非常近，提供接駁車到住宿地點，有中文服務人員，不怕語言不通，提供寄放行李的服務，至櫃檯有電梯可供搭乘。 房間內有提供洗衣機、小廚房可以料理晚餐、有提供投影機、電視。 距離清水寺步行可到，清水寺會獎勵每個早起的人，清晨二年坂挺漂亮的。 缺點是距離超市非常的遠。

Beautiful stay with bunk beds perfect for family of 4. Very close to sannenzaka and Ninenzaka streets. Excellent check in process with proper explanation of room facilities.

The check-in staff was some of the nicest staff we encountered on our trip. They gave us a ride from check-in to our location. The location was right by shrines and nice areas to walk in. An incredible Indian restaurant was right around the corner from our place. We stayed in a room with four bunkbeds and they were so cute. Pretty comfortable, though the pillows were pretty flat. That is the only thing that could be improved. Plenty of chargers, coffee and bath salts were included in the room, a really nice separate kitchen area, separate bath area, sitting area, and a desk. We were very happy with the size of the room for a family of four. The washing machine was great, and it was wonderful to have a bathtub along with a shower.

Honestly, it was pretty wonderful. Being from America, we are used to more, and larger pillows, and maybe the inclusion of some plastic hangers to hang laundry, -but that was the only thing that I would change. We were very happy with the space. All the staff was particularly helpful and friendly.

Buena ubicacion cerca de Ninenzaka

Check in is at an office near Kyoto station and was a fast smooth process. Shuttle bus are available at request to tour accommodation from the reception office from 8am-8pm however you need to go to the office to request and it is only a one way transport. The accomodation is huge and perfect for a family of 4/5! Both beds were comfortable and even the sofa bed was nice to sleep on (unless you’re big) the view were good and near a tourist attraction! You can also rent the scooter right below for ease of movement around Kyoto. Room was exactly like in the pictures
