Lovely room. Clean. On the small side but perfect for 1. I was solo travelling so it was perfect. Bed was comfy. Room had kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, fan. Tea tray was a little sparse in room but loved the free coffee stations in reception. Coffee was lovely too. Staff all polite and helpful.

Great! We liked the room, the free coffee in the reception and water machine. Nice touches. Comfortable bed, nice clean shower room. Will 100% be back soon!

It did not have plug sockets on the bed end, but that’s a minor thing. Other than that, excellent in every way.

Accessible for work good facilities

I have stayed at the willows over 40 times in the past 2 years due to location of my work summer is always bad due to there being no air conditioning. I the rooms . The fans supplied are ineffective. It makes sleeping hard & uncomfortable.

Lovely peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. The grounds were beautiful and it was a convenient place to stay for the conference.

There wasn’t anything major that I didn’t like. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Double bed was put together by 2 single beds and kept on sliding apart , it was frustrating

I didnt realise you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. You shouldn't have to. Tea and coffee in the room wasnt very generous and no biscuits were provided. The room was a bit dusty but clean. Room was very warm and stuffy although there was a fan. Not all tv channels were available. Definitely not 4 star imo

Everything! Staff very friendly, helpful, and welcoming in all departments we encountered. The room was excellent - clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. We had booked a twin yet when we arrived in our room it was a double. The lady in reception sorted it in no time at all to transform the room to a twin. The free drinks, fruit, and biscuits in reception was a surprise bonus!

Our room.was a long walk from reception with all our luggage, however it was worth it when we got there. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The fact there was no fridge. They could do better than just regular fan in this weather. Them fans were just exacerbating the heat 🥵

Have no complaints

The room was a decent size, light and airy, which created a pleasant environment. The property was welcoming overall, and the staff were helpful.

While the room itself was clean and well presented, the twin beds were noticeably small. Throughout the night I felt as though I might roll off the edge, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. This significantly affected the overall experience, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in case larger or more secure twin bed options are available for future guests.

Erg ongezellig. Lekker ontbijt, maar de ontbijtzaal is een soort kantine.

Venue, location room

Bar service non existent, evening meal service takes forever even though there was practically no one in the bar or restaurant needing food. Breakfast service both days painful - food needs replenishing more frequently - no cups/mugs for coffee, no milk coffee machines empty and have to ask for everything to be replenished. Waiting staff have no urgency at all and there seems to be no proactive system to ensure food/comodaties are kept replenished. From an observation point of view most of this seems to be from a total lack of adequate staffing

The beds were comfy. The space was okay, I'm glad I had upgraded room size after seeing the size of the room I was initially going to book. The complex it was on was nice.

The room had no air conditioning, it did have a fan but it honestly felt like the heating was on. Inside the room and the corridor. When going to find staff to question this I couldn't find anyone, I waited around but no one was there to talk to. I had booked one double bed and ended up with 2 single beds. The shower would automatically flick between temperatures. We ordered breakfast but left it as it was not good at all. I was not impressed.

Staff, facilities, cleanliness.

Unfortunately our stay was in the middle of a heatwave so the room was extremely hot. The staff were very helpful and gave us 2 fans for the room. Maybe in future a small air-conditioning unit might be of benefit.

Breakfast was in what looked like a school canteen and was £15.00 regardless of what you ate. It was all in hot plates with only one member of staff, so we didn't bother. We chose to eat at a location offering fresh food.

The room was a shambles, no soap, no toilet roll. The Spa facilities were not available and this wasn't stated on the website. Only one member of staff on the bar despite a large group of people there.

It was big and had access to other great activities on site

Just so clean and fresh

Location was good

Staff were very poor, not very customer friendly. Breakfast was very expensive with limited availability.. had to ask at 9:30 for additional hot food but was dismissed by the waiting staff.

The room was spacious and supplied with fans as we were in the middle of a heat wave. The bed was comfortable with good linen. The staff were exceptionally helpful particularly as my partner is disabled and on oxygen therapy. Jessica, the venue host, responded to all our requests and other staff offered assistance without being asked.
