Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Property has better cleanliness and hygiene than found in most worldwide hospitals. It's proximity to "true" Moroccan neighbourhoods makes it a very authentic experience. The host is very genuine and hospitable. His enthusiasm in meeting new people clearly sets him apart from the "regular" Marrakesh tourist traps. Great WIFI too was an unexpected bonus. This truly is a fantastic offering and I recommend it highly.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Een ontzettend fijne ervaring!
Niets.

PERFECT location to reach the airport by feet, you an even grav your coffee on the way, the neighbourhood is safe and full of shops, coffee places, restaurants and services. Access is very easy, Halbi makes sure you got every info you need before your arrival, communication is very smooth in different languages. The appartement is very very clean, well furnished an me equiped, rooms are calm, beds confortable and sheets feel fresh and tidy, just like at home ! I defenitely recommand this place, and would even say that he should ride the price, the quality you get is surely worth a lot more than the low price he asks for it !

Ubytování v Chraming room bylo čisté a příjemné. Hostitel milý a ochotný, pomohl nám i s tiskem letenek z Marakéše. Toto ubytování doporučuji všem, kteří hledají ubytování blízko letiště Marakéš.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025Superb place to stay for a great many reasons: close to the airport AND within walking distance, so no faffing around waiting for a taxi. The digital entry also made it easier not having to carry keys. The apartment is clean, and it looks like there are constant improvements being made. Halbi is knowledgeable about many things ~ the local area and where to get good, well-prepared food. The wifi is very strong and that was really useful for me. I would also say that it's a nice place to stay to ease into Marrakesh. At some point, I expect to return to this place and no doubt see even more improvements. Thank you for the stay.
I liked everything. Though I realise that very late arrivals could disturb some people...I have earplugs
