The manager is, without a doubt, the hotel’s greatest asset. We were very warmly welcomed, and throughout our entire stay he was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. His hospitality truly made a difference to our experience. I will definitely be back.

Estaba bien situado. En la playa y en la zona de ambiente pero era una calle tranquila. Camas cómodas, limpio, aire acondicionado potente y personal muy amable y atento. Nos dejaron ducharnos habiendo dejado ya la habitación. Además gestionaban los taxis que necesitases a buen precio. Muy recomendable.

The manager was very friendly and helpful! Location excellent, approximately 50m from the beach and close to main attractions including restaurants on the beach and diving centers.

The cleaning of the room was just a quick touch up , didn’t replace all towels.

オーナーはフレンドリーかつ、やり手で、ナンユアン島へのボート、港へのタクシーなどを安価に提供してくれた。 チェックアウト後にたまたま空いていた掃除前のほかの部屋のシャワーの使用を許してくれた。 （もちろん常に許されるわけではないです。） 大人用シュノーケルを安価に貸してくれた。 部屋はサイリービーチ隣接の最高のロケーション。ナンユアン島へのボートも目の前のビーチからでます。

特にない。しいて言えば大型のピックアップトラックタクシーがホテル前まで入れないので、大きな道から5分ほど歩く必要がある。しかし帰りは荷台付きバイクで送ってくれたので、楽だった。 また、中型のゴキブリが死んでいたが、これはこの地域では普通のことと考えている。

L’emplacement au bord de la mer, bien qu’il y ait eu plusieurs fêtes juste à côté…

Le bruit, le sol trempé par la clim, l’odeur de moisi dans l’une des chambres. Certaines photos sont trompeuses. L’hôtel ne donne pas directement sur la mer, la photo avec les poufs sur la plage correspond au restaurant d’à côté. Pas de petit déjeuner disponible.

The manager went out of his way to help us. From searching the island for beer coolers to organizing taxis for day trips and back to the pier. Location was perfect - right by the beach

Such a lovely stay. The staff here are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble they’re just happy to help. It’s right on the beach. Can’t fault it!

Grand Beach Resort is a hotel that is located right on Sairee beach. The hotel offer air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a minibar providing exceptional comfort and convenience, the staffs were nice and helpful. I stayed there for 4 times because it was good value for money and comfortable.

Schönes Zimmer, tolle Lage am Strand, liebenswertes Personal. Sehr sauber. Unbedingt vorher mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnehmen und sich einen Taxiservice vom Hafen organisieren- günstiger als die Taxis die vor Ort auf Touris warten.

Die Unterkunft war sehr hellhörig.

Slight smell outside the property but nothing to do with the hotel

A great place to stay in Koh Tao if you're there for diving, as very close to the beach. I am not sure if he is the owner or the manager, and I am sorry I cannot recall his name right now, but he was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and very helpful. When we needed to get to the ferry at 06.20 in the morning, he organised it and drove us. Very helpful, and we will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Great hotel located right on Sairee Beach. The rooms are clean, comfy beds, fresh towels and water delivered every day. Even though it's in a lively area with many bars, it was very quiet in the room at night. The staff is super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Lots of amazing restaurants just a few steps away. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in a convenient area, within walking distance to Sairee Walking Street. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more pleasant. 😊

The only downside is that the room doesn’t block noise well from outside or neighboring rooms, so it can get a bit loud at times. Overall, though, I still had an enjoyable stay.

This is definitely neither a resort nor a hotel. It is simply an apartment complex with a bunch of units located in a very loud area close to bars, not a great beach. In a dusty alley not at all what I expected. I plan to stay for three days but I stayed one night and cancelled the rest of my trip there.

メーハートからダイビング船に乗るためこちらに泊まりました。港からのアクセスもよく部屋は清潔で電子レンジもあり過ごしやすかったです。周りにレストラン、薬局もあり、メーハートまで降りればセブンイレブンもあり便利でした。

Fantastisk bra hotell! Jättefina rum som har allt man behöver kyl, trevlig balkong och bra avlastningsytor. Sköna sängar, rent och fräscht. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och strandpromenaden där man hittar massor av restauranger och shoppar. I anknytning till hotellreceptionen finns jättebra dykcenter med väldigt trevlig och bra personal. Mannen i receptionen, Tavin är en fantastisk man med otroligt servicemind. Vid vårat nästa besök på Koh Tao är detta ett självklart val av boende 😀🙏

The hotel was perfectly located on the beach and near to so many restaurants and shops, it felt like we were in the heart of Koh Tao! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable as well!

The Location and the people were very kind

Estaba todo muy limpio. El staff era muy amable y estaba a pie de playa.

El aseo está dentro de la habitación y es molesto ya que la gente no coge su neceser y se va al baño sino que todo se hace en la habitación lo que aumenta más el ruido.

No complaints! Great value for money and a fantastic place to stay right on Sairee Beach, large comfortable room, good air con, modern bathroom - what more could you ask for?

Demo at the front desk was from the start 110% so welcoming and helpful and wonderful, he was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond helping us with local tips and how everything worked. We had a massive suitcase which he helped us with and also helped us with taxis and calling a local person to help us get all our luggage to the taxi! We are very grateful to him for making our stay so easy and friendly. The room had good aircon and our balcony was soo close to the beach even though it wasn’t the “sea view” it was just regular but it ran along side the road to beach so we could hear and see the sea slightly obstructed but still very close and nice from the balcony. Cleaning ladies were lovely also.

Demo, the manager, and all around everything guy, was great! He recommended great places to eat, arranged transportation, and went overboard to ensure we were comfortable. Everything we wanted was nearby.

Host was so kind and helpful.

Attention!!! Hôtel sur la plage même. Tout est parfait mais si vous cherchez un endroit au calme il faut fuir cet hôtel. c'est la fiesta des jeunes toutes les nuits. Un grand merci à Demo dans la réception qui a le savoir être et le savoir faire.

Bar trop proche musique forte jusqu’à 4h du matin

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, a 2 minutos de la playa y de la calle principal donde hay restaurantes y tiendas. A 5 minutos tambien hay un 7-11. La habitación era grande y la cama comoda, tenia un balcon que era muy útil para secar la ropa. El recepcionista fue muy amable, y ofrecían tours alrededor de la isla. Ademas nos contrató el servicio de ferry para ir a ko phangan. Lo recomiendo mucho!

A veces el rececionista se ausenta un rato, pero en 10 minutos suele estar de vuelta.

Wij hadden een dorm geboekt maar de manager raadde ons aan om een prive kamer te nemen gezien het hele gebied een enorme partyvide heeft en er dus tot de late uurtjes wordt gefeest. Wees hier van bewust. De kamer die wij hadden was gloednieuw en van allr gemakken voorzien. Het bed is 2x2m. De locatie direct aan het strand is super en je loopt zo de leuke winkelstraatjes in. In de prive kamer hoor je de muziek van de nabije kroegen niet. Wel hoor je langslopende mensen en de bovenburen indien die de kamer verbouwen snachts (maar dat zal overal wel zo zijn).

De riolering was volgens mij nog niet helemaal gereed, er hing in ieder geval een zeer penetrante lucht in de kamer en vooral de badkamer. De manager was zich hiervan bewust en was aan het werken aan een oplossing. Of dit al gereed is weet ik niet, maar als je deze review leest en dit is al een paar weken oud dan zal het ongetwijfeld opgelost zijn.

Le dortoir n'a pas de rideaux, donc multiples réveils entre les personnes qui allument la lumière tardivement ou très tôt le matin. En plus de cela, le ménage de la chambre durant 2 jours de suite a été fait à 7h du matin, un réveil supplémentaire... En bref pas très reposant

Didn't clean the room in the mornings (changing towels , sheets ..)

Good location on the beach if you want to party, and the room was clean. The restaurant did a good job with our meal.

No deadbolt on the door, just lock on the doorknob, toilet was slow draining, and no one at reception when we arrived. Noisy as hell but that is to be expected with the location.

L'emplacement de la mer est à deux pas. Tout à pied les restaurants et les commerces.

On est restés deux nuits et le ménage et le changement de serviette n'ont pas été fait. Oubli ? J'ai demandé en fin de journée une serviette et il m'ont proposé deux serviettes et deux bouteilles d'eau. Pas de navette entre l'hôtel et le port.
