Tenían un muy buen secador de pelo que luego lo busqué incluso para comprarmelo, pero con la diferencia de voltaje no lo hice. Muy bien situado y con café, agua, microondas y amenities en la recepción.

El colchón estaba hundido por uno de los lados, probablemente esto es exclusivo de la habitación que me tocó a mí. Lo que creo que afecta a todas son las almohadas, que son terriblemente incómodas y además pesan muchísimo. Tuvimos que pedir otras almohadas en recepción porque de verdad eran horribles, aunque nos lo solucionaron muy rápido.

Incluso nos solucionó un problema que tuvimos con el envío del equipaje a la siguiente ciudad. Además, está muy bien ubicado ya que está cercano de trenes y buses y el centro de la ciudad está a 5 minutos andando.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The rooms are modern, clean and large. The hotel is just a 5 minute from Nishiki Market and a 10 minute walk from Gion. There are many good restaurants nearby and there are two grocery stores next door. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I will certainly stay here again when I return to Kyoto.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Konumu gerçekten mükemmeldi. Otobüse, metroya, Nishiki Markete, mağazalara çok yakındı. Hem şehrin kalbinde hem de kaostan uzakta hissi veriyordu. Sadece doğru otele gittiğinizden emin olun bir sürü şubesi var. Oda Japonya için fazlasıyla büyüktü, yatak kocamandı. Duş çok konforluydu. Resepsiyonda ücretsiz kahve alabileceğiniz bir makine, soğuk su için sebil vardı hoşuma gitti.
Checkin saati 15.00’ti biz 13.00 civarı ordaydık oda hazır olmasına rağmen bu konuda yardımcı olmadılar, odaya erken girmek için 1200 Japon Yeni ödedik. 706 numaralı odada kaldık yatağın sol tarafı çökmüştü. Klima biraz ses çıkarıyordu.

Está muy bien situado, cerca del Nishiki Market andando, y a pocos minutos de la estación de Kyoto tomando el bus. Las camas fueron muy cómodas y la habitación era muy amplia, para los estándares japoneses.
Por el precio que pagamos el hotel estaba genial, así que ninguna queja.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026ダブルでしたからお部屋も広く（ツインより） 使えたし、窓も少し開けられたから 8階から京都の街並みも眺められました。 部屋に時計がないので、リクエストしたら フロントで貸し出してくれました。 レインシャワーも良かったし 枕もマットレスも良くて眠れました。 昼暑くて夜寒く、個別空調は助かりました。 エスプレッソ、お水も24時間 スタッフは外国の方でしたが いつも親切に対応してくれました。 アメニティも揃ってましたし、立地も 正面に100均、三軒隣がスーパーで便利でした。 近くに美味しいパン屋さんも発見しましたよ。 地下鉄の駅からだと少し距離があるのと ランドリーがないのが欠点ですが、 泊まれたお値段なら定宿にしたいです。
地下鉄の駅から距離がある事と （でも阪急線を使えば徒歩5分です） ランドリーが無い事ですが、 こちらは街中のランドリーで対処できます。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026L’emplacement dépend beaucoup de ce que l’on souhaite faire pendant son séjour. Dans notre cas, nous pensions être un peu plus proches du centre historique, mais le quartier reste intéressant, notamment grâce à la proximité du marché et de plusieurs restaurants. Le petit-déjeuner était servi chaque matin sous forme de boîte-repas. Nous ne l’avons pas trouvé particulièrement convaincant et il est préférable de prendre le petit-déjeuner dans les cafés ou restaurants du quartier. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon établissement et une bonne option pour découvrir Kyoto.
Le nom de l’hôtel est assez long, mais la partie importante est “Teramachi”. Nous ne savions pas qu’il existait plusieurs hôtels avec un nom très similaire, ce qui a parfois créé de la confusion sur Google Maps. À plusieurs reprises, cela nous a dirigés vers un autre établissement, entraînant des détours, des kilomètres supplémentaires à pied ou en transports, ainsi que une perte de temps. Finalement, nous nous sommes davantage fiés au marché voisin pour nous orienter plutôt qu’au nom de l’hôtel.

The hotel name is not updated in Google Maps, and there is another Rakutan Stay Urban hotel with almost the exact same name. We originally went to the wrong location and had to take a 2nd taxi with all of our luggage which was frustrating.

My friends and I also find the room to be very clean and enjoyed our stay in Kyoto. There were also a few stores eg Family Mart, 100 yen shop and a ramen place near us, making the stay even more convenient! Within a 5 minute walking distance, we are able to reach the main shopping / food streets as well.

Cleanliness was very off. Our room had a funny smell and it gave me lots of allergies every time I entered. The carpet looked dirty. The pillows are very uncomfortable as well as the mattress.

Reviewed May 6, 2026The location was perfect for our trip, especially exploring around Kyoto because it is near the station and popular spots.
None. I just wished we had a bathtub to relax after the long day of walking around the City. But for the price, it was really reasonable.
