Otelimizden çok memnun kaldık. Konumu oldukça güzeldi ve ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü; konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Benim için ayrıca çok güzel bir detay da otelde ReFa ürünlerini deneyimleyebilmekti. Japonya’da özellikle merak ettiğim ReFa ürünlerini konaklama sırasında kullanma fırsatı bulmak gerçekten harikaydı ve otel deneyimimizi daha da özel hale getirdi. Genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Tekrar Kyoto’ya gelirsek memnuniyetle tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

I would recomend this hotel without hesitation.The location is perfect. 5mins walk to the train station and one train ride away from all notable sights. The staff was always polite and very helpfull making our stay truly worry free.The room was cozy and spotless. The tatami floor is a nice touch and the soft bed what i needed after long days of walking. We had no issues with space having two large and two small suitcases .Fresh amenities and clean towels faster that i could ask for them, there was even a traditional matcha tea set. Also amazing soundproofing. There was a construction nearby and I only figured it out when I walked past it.

2nd time staying here and loved it all over again. Perfectly placed. Smells are amazing. Super cute area. Would come back again and again. Staff are so helpful. They have everything you need.

Majoitus oli hyvällä sijainnilla, aivan ravintoloiden ja kauppojen kupeessa. Huoneet olivat siistit ja hiljaiset, hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä. Erikoismaininnat huoneessa olevasta matchasta, sekä mahdollisuudesta laita ilmakseks esim. Kiharrinta aulasta.

Huoneiden näkymä parkkipaikalle, kuitenki sen sai peitettyä ”verholla”, pienet huoneet ja ei kaappeja.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were professional and courteous and the location was central to the sights we wanted to see. The amenities were also generous and the breakfast inclusion was very handy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

The lighting was a little poor and made it hard to read at night especially when planning trips for the next day.

Voor ons lag het hotel op de perfecte locatie. Het is een 3 sterren hotel maar heeft werkelijk waar alles wat je nodig hebt. Ze hebben dagelijks een echt Japanse culturele activiteit waar je aan zou kunnen deelnemen. Met warm weer kun je een gratis ijsje pakken. Zoals in alle Japanse hotels is aan alle gedacht en is alles geregeld.

It was our first time visiting Kyoto, and we were incredibly happy with our stay. The location is perfect—very central and close to everything, making it really easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. Fresh towels and bottled water were left at our door every day, which we really appreciated. Another lovely touch was being able to borrow ReFa hair straighteners and curling irons from the reception. If I ever come back to Kyoto, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you so much for everything!

This was an amazing hotel. The hotel puts on free events in early evening such as calligraphy writing and musical performances. I only got to see one performance but it was amazing. The hotel is very well located, close to the bars and shopping areas by Kawamaramachi and an easy walk across the river to Gion and Higashiyama. The proximity to Sanjo station was helpful for day trips to Nara and Uji although both require a change at another station. The bed was probably the comfiest I've had so far and fortunately they give you two types of pillows one firmer and one softer whereas most Japanese hotels I've had only have the former type. There was also a bath in the room albeit it a smaller one, was still super relaxing. They also gave free ice cream!!

Not much to not like but the flat screen TV isn't a smart TV so couldn't watch netflix or YouTube or access any English channels. Connecting to Kyoto Station for Shinkansen was a little trickier as you have to take a bus and they can deny you if you have suitcases which I didn't realise!

La situación del hotel es inmejorable , cama y almohada comodisima y te dejan un kit para hacer tu propio ritual del té , es un detalle.

La habitación quizás un poco justa siendo dos. , me pareció individual. El desayuno es de comida italiana en el restaurante del hotel que es un italiano. No lo esperábamos la verdad, no buscábamos eso.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, ideal location, friendly staff. The hotel had daily cultural performances that were free for guests, they also had ReFa hair tools available to rent which I appreciated as I heard how good they were. We were given towels, bin bags, and fresh bottles of water daily and the room also had a traditional matcha tea kit for you to make fresh matcha during your stay.

It would’ve been handy to have signage for the door for rejecting additional towels. By the end of our 3 days we ended up with quite an abundance as we reused hand towels etc

It was right in the middle of the city

This was our second time staying here, we rebooked because we had a good experience the first time around. But this time, the room was not clean at all - there was dust everywhere and the nozzle in the bidet was so dirty - Thankgod I saw it when I was trying to help my little one wash up. It was like layers of dirt. We asked for a queen bed but it was just two single beds joined together and they kept coming apart. We were a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids under 2 so you can imagine how chaotic that was. Room is very small barely any space to move around. Don’t be fooled by their laundry service downstairs. The clothes don’t end up clean.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel hosts small events to entertain the guests. It is close to the main attractions and malls, but still quiet at night, allowing you to rest.

The breakfast was bad. The food was bland, soggy, or simply not tasty, to the point that we decided to skip breakfast (which we had already included and paid extra for). If you're vegetarian/pescatarian, there were almost no options for you in the morning; everything had meat on it (eggs, quiche, etc.). I think they'll be better at offering just a traditional Japanese or local menu instead of their interpretation of Italian cuisine.

The decoration in the floor that I stayed with the flowers by the elevator were very gracious. Unfortunately I only stayed there for one day.

I originally had booked for 3 days and cancelled 2 days ahead of time before getting the penalty. They wanted me to pay more. I showed my papers to the front desk guy and complained. After a long explanation he still said that I had to cancel and rebook with booking. com and I said that I did not do anything wrong and was tired and had to be grant the original price that they granted me. I did not need this aggravation staying there for one day. This was very stressful for me. They should not have done that.

For me, the most charming room in Japan. Elegant and aesthetic, tatami mats on burled wood floors, screens covering the windows and a layout which gives space. All objects in the room are well thought of and colour coordinated. Plum and black water glasses on pale sanded tables and jensen clocks and phones . A delight for those who wish for serenity in a japanese setting. Remarkable common space called Living Area with comfortable sofas, a coffee dispenser, long table to eat on while waiting to check in or just to relax Quality japanese cultural programs every evening.

Posizione centrale, molto comoda soprattutto per le metro ed i bus. Distante circa 20min dalla stazione centrale di Kyoto.

Fa sorridere che si professano ecologisti, ed è il motivo per cui durante il soggiorno puliscono - male e in modo superficiale- ogni 48 ore le stanze, eppure ogni cosa che consegnano è in plastica. La cosa peggiore della stanza, aldilà della polvere, è stata la poca accortezza nella pulizia (comprese le asciugamani) e la luminosità: la stanza è molto buia nonostante ci sia una finestra con vetro opaco che dà su un cortile interno. Luci soffuse che non facevano letteralmente vedere nulla. Inoltre, la lavanderia dell’hotel èvergognosa. Letteralmente uno schifo per terra e all’interno delle lavatrici e asciugatrici, noi e altri clienti dell’hotel ci siamo ritrovati in una lavanderia a gettoni poco distante (oltretutto, ci sono per circa 10 piani di hotel SOLO due lavatrici e due asciugatrici).

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is newly built and has a luxurious feel, like a smaller version of a high-end hotel. The location is great, only about a 10-minute walk from Gion. The hotel always smelled wonderful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having fresh towels and water every day, as well as the good variety of amenities provided. Breakfast was good. The laundry room was also very convenient, especially for a longer stay. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent location, and thoughtful amenities. We would happily stay here again.

The only downside was that the room was cleaned only once during our 5-night stay. We would have preferred daily or at least every-other-day cleaning.

Standard room was tiny, had to pay for an upgrade to fit our bags in the room (good camera angles are used in photo). Room very very dusty- they clean every 3 days and even then, it’s not a deep clean. Cleaners hair was left in our bath and sink, all surfaces very dusty. Bathroom felt very shabby compared to the rest of the room. Cheap and not very nice design.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale, ti fa sentire coccolati già all'arrivo. Durante la nostra permanenza ogni pomeriggio sono stati fatti spettacoli d'intrattenimento giapponesi. C'è la possibilità di prendere acqua e caffè tutto il giorno nella zona relax. La camera era pulita.

Avevamo una camera matrimoniale ed il letto era un po piccolo. Ma comunque le dimensioni della stanza sono maggiori rispetto alla media delle camere di hotel giapponesi.

Il mio punto di riferimento a Kyoto , non è la prima volta che alloggio qui e tornerò il prima possibile

Abbiamo avuto un’ottima esperienza in questo hotel. La posizione è centralissima e davvero comoda per visitare Kyoto e spostarsi facilmente in città. Il personale è sempre stato gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Le camere sono confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario; vengono forniti anche pigiami, ciabatte e phon, oltre a diversi piccoli comfort che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Hotel curato, comodo e in una posizione perfetta. Lo consiglio assolutamente per un soggiorno a Kyoto!

Super Lage, sehr sauber. Die amenities gibt es als Bar neben den Aufzügen, was uns unter Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet.

Great location and lovely room.

The room was quite dark and lacked lighting in the entrance of the room right where the floor length mirror was, which made it hard to see each day. Walls were a bit thin and could hear people’s alarms going off in other rooms.

L’hotel si trova in zona centralissima di Kyoto, vicino al ponchoco e alla fermata della metro Sanjo. Attenzione, la camera viene pulita solo su richiesta ma di questo ci hanno avvisato prontamente. Gli asciugamani puliti e l’acqua vengono, Comunque, lasciati fuori dalla stanza ogni giorno. Personale gentile.

Avrei preferito essere avvisato che la camera era priva di finestra (nella scelta della camera non era specificato). La finestra in verità c’è ma viene nascosta e chiusa (anche bene) perchè l’affaccio è a meno di un metro dal palazzo adiacente con un forte odore di cucina che esce dalle cappe. Abbiamo scelto di fare la colazione un solo giorno, non è un granché onestamente.

Tesisin konumu inanılmaz derecede güzeldi. Direkt şehrin merkezinde olması nedeniyle otobüs ve metro ağına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Turistik mekanların hepsinin dibinde olması nedeniyle akşamları yürüyerek tüm mekânlara ulaşım sağlayabildim. Ayrıca bina içerisinde sınırsız kahve içebilmek için içecek köşesinin sunulması, sigara içme odasının bulunması da ayrıca keyifliydi. Bunun haricinde tesis içerisinde akşam etkinlikleri de bulunuyordu bunlara katılmak da çok keyfliydi. Güzel dekor edilmiş, japon estetiğine göre dizayn edilmiş odaları ile son derece keyfli bir 5 gece yaşadık. Konaklama düşünen arkadaşlarım güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz.

L'hôtel est bien placé pour se déplacer dans la ville : Il est possible dans se rendre à certains temples à pieds quand les autres lieux sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun.

Very pleasant! The staff were very friendly and our room was already ready way before 3PM. Our room was perfectly clean and we received clean towels everyday. The location is great too! It is directly located on the main shopping street, where you can do lots of shopping, have a nice dinner or catch the bus / subway to visit the main shrine and temples.

The team was very kind and professional, there was an event when we went there where they simulated a typical Japanese festival, this was quite fun. The bed and amenities was comfortable. The hotel was very well located in Kyoto, we had access to a lot of the city and it was near the subway and train station. Also perfect if you want to run.

We were on the 2nd floor so we heard noise from the outside all night. It was bad especially when there were parties that lasted all night long. The breakfast quite local, but having tasted Japanese food it was not so great in comparison (lack of fruits, not really fresh food, lots of greasy and fried food, limited coffee choice)

La ubicación excelente del centro y cerca de autobuses para llegar a Kyoto Station. Puedes ir andando a Nishiki market, Pontocho, barrio de Gion y templos. En 1hora en bus al Bosque de Bamboo ,etc. El Hotel es muy bonito y el personal super amable siempre.
