Horrible admin I was practically begging for the invoice and when I was given the invoice it was incorrect and they refused to fix it. I spent nearly the whole month trying to contact them as I needed a correct invoice for expense claim at work. Very unprofessional.

The property doesn’t have hot water and for two days I bath with cold water, the care taker is 8/9 months pregnant she can’t do anything but yet being sent to assist. The sheet and duvet cover wasn’t cleaned, they were all dirty with stains, the pillows were dirty with women’s hair, the cousins are dirty including the couch with stains. This is not an environment a human being would sleep in. Cigarettes buds all over, the floor was dusty including the tables. The pregnant lady said they haven’t had guest for while so meaning this place has been dirty for weeks and still not cleaned.

There was a power outage when we arrived. I would suggest a generator for the whole building. I assume the units are not owned by one person but still I am certain there is a way to work around that.

BED BUGS!!!! I am covered in bed bug bites. The sheets had black marks on them which I have since discovered is a tell tale sign of bed bugs. The room didn’t seems clean - the couch and chair were very stained. I felt unsafe. There were people hanging around outside smoking dope. The door to the balcony did not close or lock.

The towels were only for one night, I requested fresh towels and never got them. The wardrobe had no hangers. The washing machine next to the toilet on the outside was very noisy and irritating. There was no bathroom mat, I almost slip from the shower.

Upon my arrival at the place at 14:00. There was a delay for me to be provided with check in instructions and access code. I was very tired, having driven all the way from Joburg, and I tried to call and text with no response. I had to wait outside like a lost person. When I eventually checked the linen was not completely dried. I asked for a dish cloth, and it was only provided the following day after 17h00. The couch and the chair need a thorough cleaning. Wifi password provided couldn't connect.
