Spacious room with clean linen. Comfortable bed and bit of a ocean view. Modern bathroom and parking.

I don't like self check in.....feels like the guest is not important to the establishment. Church street also tends to be busy.....with alot of traffic....and noise at night.

Issues with the TV not playing

We had a comfortable stay. Everything there just had to bring our food. Host very helpful with the check into our unit. Beautiful place to stay.

Safety regulations not up to date that may cause hazardous and costly problems for the property. Being a health and safety officer I have the tendency to notice all dangerous situations. Firstly no railings on the patio leading onto sheet roof with a drop outside that can cause nasty falls. Also the braai and pool are are very dangerous to move around in. There is a drop between the pool and braai. Need a hand hold or railing. Walkway to unit slippery when wet and no railings again with yet again a boarder surrounding a tree with a drop where you can fall into. Very dangerous. Not at all child friendly. I would friendly recommend taking precautions please to prevent safety risks in the future.

Der Blick von der (kleinen)Terrasse geht zwar Richtung Meer, hat aber ein riesiges Wellblechdach eines nicht mehr bewohnten Hauses direkt im Blick - die hinterlegten Fotos suggerieren etwas anderes. Leichter ( Keller) Geruch

My father was transferred to Bay View Hospital ICU so I needed somewhere close to stay. Sunny Bali is a 2 minute drive from the hospital and after a terrible day it was the perfect place to come home to. The decor is beautiful and calming, cozy and serene. The bed was extremely comfy with gorgeous linens. There is free parking in the property. There is also a beautiful view of the sea.

It is on a busy road BUT, once inside, the noise is minimal and the cottage is so beautiful that nothing else matters.

There is nothing not to like. The B&B is central and at certain times it is busy so there is a bit of noise peak hour.

No breakfast included. Would have preferred to park car behind locked gates

Very clean and bright

There were so many things that I loved about the house, but one thing that stood out to me was the aesthetic interior and the comforting atmosphere you get from the views and the house itself. The atmosphere was so quiet and relaxing and when we arrived the host left us a welcoming snack

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property, but just a side note I would’ve loved it if there was a manual balcony light because it was so dark when we braai’ed we have to use our flashlights

Friendly and positive hostess that made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Accommodation was excellent with great attention to detail. We especially enjoyed the outdoor warm tub with nice additions for privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Nespresso coffee machine was very dirty inside, I had to spent about a lot of time cleaning/rinsing it. The fresh milk in the fridge was no longer fresh and I couldn't use it.

A perfect stay in Mosselbay! The cottage is lovely, very clean, beautifully decorated with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It has a magnificent view from a very comfortable bed with lovely Egyptian cotton linen. It is well situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood and easily accessible from your car with no stairs. The host, Christine was gracious and friendly and spoilt us with a lovely fresh bread. This cottage comes highly recommended.

This was a great little stay! The views are wonderful, close to lots of attractions, and the host is very responsive!

Sweetheart little apartment with everything we could possibly want, beautifully set out. Just lovely, and with a view to the ocean. We had our best meal of our trip so far at Carola Ann’s.

The apartment lived up to its pictures, boasting a lovely interior, a cozy bed, and breathtaking ocean views. The host was kind.

Our stay at the apartment had a few drawbacks. Upon arrival, we were met with a rather off-putting "punishment catalogue" outlining fines for any damage or rule violations. While understandable, it created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The bathroom also presented some minor inconveniences. The toilet lid had a tendency to snap shut unexpectedly, and we found ourselves lacking basic amenities like teaspoons for coffee and a dishtowel (despite the emphasis on paying for damages like spills and stains). However, the most significant issue occurred on our main day at the accommodation when we woke up to find no running water. The host was already aware of the problem but failed to inform us proactively or offer any immediate solutions, such as providing water for basic needs. While we understand that such issues can arise, a more empathetic response, perhaps a discount considering the lack of access to the whirlpool, would have been appreciated. Overall, while the apartment had potential, these issues unfortunately detracted from our enjoyment of the stay.

This is really a sunny spot! We loved the view, how clean it was, how practical and comfortable! A well thought out space with everything you need! Christine was helpful, and all instructions were very clear. The surprise bottle of wine which one can purchase if you forgot to bring your own was so thoughtful! Every detail was attended to, including everything you need for that first cup of coffee!

The property could be an 11/10 if they would consider adding a small screen to the left of the barbecue area. Relaxing in the outside spa bbath, one feels a bit exposed. We still highly enjoyed it though but a little more privacy will go a long way!

The road can be noisy during the day but its okay. When one showers all the water runs out from the shower but we just put a shower towel in front that prevented some of the water run off

The building was in a shocking condition from the outside. Weeds growing 40cm high out from between the paving blocks in the parking area. The property was in a derelict condition from the outside and appeared deserted. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe and left within 3 minutes of arriving. Despite having booked a mere 2 hours before arriving and having paid in advance for my stay, the host Christine refused to refund me at all despite several requests to do so. I have been ripped off. Disgusting.

Very spacious! Temperatures were great and the whole feel of the apartment is outstanding. Definitely a place for couples.

The milk 🥛 in the fridge was old, may need to be looked at after guests check out. The trees kinda blocked the seaview from the braai stand 😔.
